Hi mommies! wondering if any of you guys know where I can find a good mananahi place. I want to start a leather bags business. pero I dont know where to start. I want o have some designs done so that i can post them on social media to gather interest. hopefully someone can recommend a place somewhere hres sa south. Hi mga sis. I started this thread para sa mga entrepreneurs na nag-start palang sa business. We can  brainstorm ideas, share advice, and work through challenges together.  As for me madaming struggles ang pinagdadaanan namin sa start up namin. nalugi na kami twice sa negosyo, bankarote talaga, baon sa utang. kaya back to work ako while si husband nagstart ulit ng bagong business. isa palang nagiging client namin,  tapos madaming bills hehe so pahirapan. kayo mga sis, kamusta ang start up business niyo?

dont lose hope, sis.. naexperience ko na yan.. while employed and doing business as sideline..
1st attempt ko, lost P100k, nawalan ako ng stocks due to lack of documentation of inventory..
pero di ako nadiscourage umulit, kasi, ako nilalapitan ng customer, so, di ko pinakawalan yung opportunity

2nd attempt, medyo natuto na, nag breakeven na ako.. then di pa rin nadala, kasi, again, lumapit na naman si same client,

3rd attempt, yan na.. namnam na namnam na yung katas ng profit...

sa first attempt ko na failure, na amaze lang ako sa sarili ko, na kaya ko pala mag provide nang ganong kalaking halaga.. kung gugustuhin ko pala is kaya pala...

now im very particular na talaga sa documentation.. importante sa business yun

I have Travel Agency, 2 Spa's and lately opened a BPO. Ang travel agency ko mag 4 years na and my Spa's ay 3 years na and I will be opening new branches soon.

Nong nagstart ako magbusiness ginagawa ko lang kasi hilig ko talaga mag business at wala akong tyaga maging empleyado. Walang negosyante sa family namin, so ako lang talaga ang nagstart. On the first few months ng business ko, gusto ko na talagang sumuko. Sobrang lugi talaga pero hindi ako sumuko. Ang mga kasabayan ko na nagbusiness halos lahat sarado na, ang dami ng bago sa building na inuupahan ko kasi sa totoo lang mahirap talaga mag business. Dapat talaga mahaba ang pisi mo.

As a business owner, dapat hind lang 6 months ang ibibigay mo sa business mo, dapat gawin mo lahat na magwork. Kung gusto mo kasi ang ginagawa mo at interests mo talaga ang business mo, gagawin mo lahat na mag stay pa rin. Maraming challenges ang magbusiness lalo na sa financial, kaya dapat bago mastart, alam mo na dapat ang pros and cons. Dapat alam mo kung hanggang saan ang kaya mo. Kung magnegosyo ka, dapat talaga malakas ang loob mo, dapat alam mo kung bakit gusto mo yang gawin. You should have a clear vision from the start and everything will work out no matter how hard it is along the way.

Good to know may ganitong thread for starting entrep. My husband and I are looking for other sources of income lalo na malapit na kami magkababy. My hubby is running a web design and development firm and ako ang marketer nya and we are planning to have other businesses , printing and laundry shop. Wise kaya na maginvest na kami ng 2 businesses? Paano din kaya ang registration nun?

Spa is 350K and Travel Agency is at least 500k.

sali ako dito! i took up BS Entrepreneurship pero hindi ko napractice . i started my own business when i was in college kasi part din iyon ng curriculum. lahat ng process in putting up a business dinaanan namin. from DTI to city hall to BIR.. pero after i graduated, instead of pursuing my business, i decided to get a job instead. pero wala talaga sa heart ko ang pagiging employee. i want to be my own boss...and now na medyo lumalaki na ang son ko, gusto ko na ulit magstart ng business..

being employed is a good start... a good training ground wherein you can observe how they manage their business.. adopt management system, tapping network (suppliers, friends, mentors)... give yourself a year or two then start putting up a business.. at least you have the knowledge na how to run a business..

wag ka muna mainip sa pagiging diskarte..sabi nga nila, be an empty cup... gain point sa iyo yun kasi meron ka matutunan.. ilagay mo yung sarili mo sa boss mo, kung magkabusiness ka at sabihan ka ng tao mo na, di sya makadiskarte ng sarili nya.. di maganda di ba..

for the online sellers, may i ask where you post your items? i used to sell online and the earnings were good. sa sulit ako noon. until olx bought it and started charging for posts that my online business started to dwindle. and eventually it closed. now i want to start again but ebay.ph does not seem to be a good place for online selling anymore. i hope you could give inputs. thanks.

ilagay mo yung sarili mo sa boss mo, kung magkabusiness ka at sabihan ka ng tao mo na, di sya makadiskarte ng sarili nya.. di maganda di ba..

not necessarily. it depends on the nature of work

 i used to sell online also sis (multiply, pero wala na ngayon). sa instagram and facebook na mostly ang sellers ngayon..  yung iba naman, they have their own website. pero mas madali ang facebook and instagram.

Separate ang registration non sis kasi iba iba naman ang business name mo. As long na kaya ng capital nyo mag start ng 2 businesses  at the same time, go ka lang. Sa business kasi lakasan lang ng loob yan.

@cheeseca3 - grabe nakaka inspire ka naman, I wanted to put up my own spa business, since hilig ko. Na kikinita kinita ko na nga kung magkakaron ako nang second branch agad eh haha excited lang. Pero dami ko din nabasa sa spa thread na madami ang dapat i consider.
