Babies due on SECOND QUARTER OF 2016 (APRIL, MAY, JUNE) - Thread 2

I had been busy since last week kaya no recent posts.  Mostly setting up for the incoming baby.  Crib na lang last to fix but everything is already there. 
I had my weekly check-up yesterday at 38 weeks 3 days.  Cervix still closed and baby is already 3.5kgs.  Ang laki and still growing as the days pass by.  I'm still hoping for NSD.

^34th week of pregnancy tomorrow. Still working and still driving myself to and from work. Hospital bags already prepared. Although di pa ready ang baby room. Need pa isetup yung drawers and crib ng baby.

Last sunday, kinailangan kong bumili ng additional maternity  clothes sa rob metro east. Nagwowork pa rin kasi ako at kaunti na lang nasusuot kong damit.

 I bought from Mommy Plus and Buntis brands. 2 dresses na pwede din gamitin for nursing. 1 button down shirt. At 2 maternity pants. Gusto ko sana bumili pa ng additional nursing dresses sa Tiny Tots kaso mejo kapos sa funds. Kakalipat ko pa lang kasi ng work at may mga papers pa na kailangan ayusin bago matanggap yung first salary ko.

gusto ko sana bumili pa ng isa pang crib for baby (para may crib downstairs), 3-4 nursing dresses, at isa pang crib mobile. Hopefully next week, matapos na ang processing ng papers ko para makasweldo na.

Just had checkup today. I'll be on my 34th week this Saturday. Told her about my mild & occasional external itching down there. And she IE'd me. No infection/inflammation and odd discharge naman. She did prescribe candibec & clotrimazole supp to control the itching. She's so gentle when she IE'd me. Na feel ko na chineck nya rin cervix ko hehe. Yung dati ko kasi na IE sa triage, resident doctor nag I.E. ang sakit! When she checked the heartbeat and measured the fundal height ang likot likot ni baby. Hahaha.

2 weeks before the final U/S for placenta location!

Nag pa check-up din ako today then tinignn ng doctor yun pepe ko kung may bleeding garbeh super sakit!! Thank god walang bleeding and sarado pa ang cervix ko. Pero uultrasound ako para malaman kung breech lpa din ba si babay or umikot na.. 😊😊

^sis good to know na closed pa ang cervix.. Medyo kinabahan ako sa IE ah. Haha. Never pa ko na-IE ng current OB ko sana hindi masakit.

Kainggit ang mga 30+ weeks na mommies! I'm 29 weeks na tomorrow. Nagwowork parin ako full time and will do that til my 36th week kasi yun lang ang allowed sa mga expecting mums dito.
Di parin ako nakaka feel ng "nesting" so lahat ng gamit ni baby ay naka box pa and plastic, wala pa akong sipag mag organise ng bags at maglaba, maglinis, magkuskos. I had to prepare 2 bags pa naman, one for me and baby.

hi sisses! andito na din pala yung mga former brides! shoutout to sis simang and belle_v2g! anyway, currently on my 38w and 4d. in IE ako last Monday. ang sakit. hahaha closed pa siya pero mababa na daw sabi ni OB. so lakad lakad galore na ako.
thinking of getting epidural.pagusapan namin ni OB.

hallo sissy!!! 33 weeks na ako bukas 3 weeks nalang for my placenta location ultrasound sana umakyat na siya next week .. super excited na kami ni hubby pati ang mga kids sa pag labas ni baby #3

I already gave birth last week. I was on my 38th week. My edd is April 6. Thank God everything went well. Was anxious at first cos i thought i would not be able to deliver via NSD due to my SCH and bed rest for 6 months. Labor signs for me were cramps at 6am and bloody show at 7:30am. Went to the hospital (Capitol Med) at 10am with cervix soft but still closed. At 12pm, it was 4 cm agad. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy at 7:30pm Good luck and praying for healthy babies & pregnancy and smooth delivery to all the moms to be

Hi mga sis! I am 34 weeks na and I am preparing my hospital bag.

Aside from the usual outfits needed for me, partner, and baby, ano pa ba ang mga kailangan bitbitin. Like, I read somewhere na magdala daw ng alcohol (and specific sya just forgot if kailangan isopropyl or ethyl and yung alcohol solution -70%, 40%) ano pa ba ang mga kailangan bukod sa usual na sinusulat sa mga checklist na available online?

Congrats lucky07!

By the way mga sis, do you guys know your blood pressure? Yesterday, my BP during check up naging 120/80 and my OB wasn't too thrilled about it. 2nd time na nangyari to kasi usually my BP is 100-115/70-75. Haaay. Diet modification daw. Less fastfood/sodium/msg. The thing is I haven't been eating fastfood na. Haaaay.

@lucky7 congrats!! 😄 tagal mo nag bed rest. Selan mo mag buntis.. Pero worth it naman. 😊😊


^^ sis coco cola..  Nung  monday BP ko 110/70 kahapon 120/80 na.. Pero normal ko 110/70.. Mejo nagulat nga ako.. Ok lang naman normal pa naman daw 120/80.. Pwede kapa kumain siguro ng gusto mo wg mo na lang damihan hehe.

@lucky7 congrats! Na-excite na kinabahan naman ako since malapit lapit na rin ako. 35 weeks na pero pinag 2 weeks bed rest ako due to spotting with contraction.

@coco_cola nag 120/80 rin BP ko twice na. Normal daw iyun sabi ni OB kapag hindi preggy. Pero borderline daw iyun for pregnant woman dahil during labor pwede raw iyun tumaas. Kaya ayun less salt rin and ingat raw ako sa food.

thank you sis simang. oo nga lapit na. kakatense. although mas relaxed na ako lately kasi I have opened my options to get epidural.

sis i_am_zayda, if you have philhealth, yung card mo and MDR might be needed.

akalain mong nagkita kita tayo dito! recently ka lang nag decide sa epidural? why sis, hesitant ka ba dati? it's the best thing they did when i had my first child. no pain at all. dito pag 7-10cm di na daw nila binibigay ang epidural kaya worried ako.

update:
i just had my GTT today. fasted for 10 hrs then straight to the pathologist this AM. ang sakit ng 2 arms ko lol! sana ok results. bad thing about nurses having blood test is we know if they are doing it the wrong way. so far in this pregnancy, eto pinaka masakit na blood test ko.

This is my second baby.  More than 3 years old na panganay and he was 3.4 kilos then.  Good thing my OB is not a "doctor CS".  She still believes and encourages me that I can deliver through NSD.
