Babies due on SECOND QUARTER OF 2016 (APRIL, MAY, JUNE) - Thread 2

Speaking of excited, 31 weeks here at sobrang excited na kami, lalo na ngayon na ayos na mga gamit ni baby.  Nalabhan ko na 0-6 months clothes at naayos na sa drawes nya, ang cute ng mga white and pink stuff   Handa na hospital essentials ni baby, but not mine and hubby's.  Na put up na ang crib.

Concern ko nalang now at 31 weeks breech pa si baby, sabi naman ng OB ko usually umiikot pa daw, she wants to see me every two weeks na.  Pa pray mga sis na umikot si baby, ayoko ma CS.

Medyo worried lang ako pala kasi last night at pagkagising ko ne feel ko yong cramps when you are about to have your period. Prone pa naman ako sa Dysmenorrhea so alam na alam ko talaga pag cramps na. Ive read also na contractions yon but if hindi mawawala ng couple of days pa check na baka nag dilate na cervix ko. Im still on my 34th weeks kaya kinakausap ko baby ko n;a hwag muna and I took hot shower and drank lots of water. Im still observing it as of this moment. Sana naman BH lang. Hayzzz..Preggy problems talaga nakaka praning lang.

At 29 weeks, almost complete na ang gamit ni baby. Toys na lang ata ang wala, breast pump, etc. Kanina nag hahalungkat ako ng mga lumang gamit. Nakakita ako ng digital thermometer. Buti na lang di agad kami bumili nung baby fair.

Today, bumili ako ng matress protector, Bloom ang brand. 2 types. Maliit tsaka malaki. Yung malaki tig 400 tapos tig 200 naman yung maliit.

Ang concern ko lang ay transverse lie pa si baby. Pero our ob assured us na iikot pa naman.

Wala pa pala akong binder/girdle...makapaghanap nga habang nandito sa mall.

My OB called me earlier para sa results ng laboratory ko.. Apparently i have UTI and kelangan ko mag antibiotic for a week. Hay. I don't have any symptoms, i thought normal lahat. Nalungkot ako talaga -_- And also, my OGTT results were higher ng normal so i was referred to an endocrinologist. Magpapacheck up ako early next week sa endo. This i expected na medyo since notorious ang history ng family ko sa DM, plus my diet is not the healthiest especially recently. Haaaaaay.

Tapos pala this past week nagkaron ulit ako ng episodes ng nausea and vomiting. Twice lang naman ako nagsuka pero still, akala ko kasi at this point (25 weeks) wala na ko dapat symptoms. Di ko alam kung bat ako nahihilo lately, di naman ako nagpapalipas ng gutom... Nalulungkot tuloy ako. Hay.

Hi Simang,

Regarding UTI, marami talaga cases na asymptomatic or no symptoms yung UTI tas madetect na lang if may spotting or pain na. Be thankful na lang na habang maaga nalaman. The antibiotics will cure it. And drink lotsa water para ma flush out ang bacteria. Mabuti na lang, routinary ang labtests ng OB natin for early detection. 😀

Each pregnant body has different pregnancy aches and pains and at any stage in our pregnancy, our hormones are at wack talaga that's why we have varying symptoms. At 28 weeks, I've been having on and off mild headaches. May nakasama ako nun sa prenatal yoga before, she shared during class that she didn't have any morning sickness but come the third trimester, dun daw lumabas MS niya. Natakot nga ako kasi I didn't have MS as well during my first tri.

Balitaan mo kami sa check up with endo. I heard for some, diet modification lang yan. Dami naman success stories ng sissies natin dito.

my pap smear revealed that i had vaginosis. kakatapos ko lang mag gamot ng metronidazole nun weekend. tagal na sakin un nareseta pero recently ko lang take kase nga un side effects nya is same as morning sickness.. i still have a lil bit of morning sickness mas malala nga lang nun take ko un antibiotics.

2 days nako LBM pero wala naman ako kakaiba na nararamdaman.. if mag persist pa din ay punta din ako sa ob ko.

sabi ob ko i can choose any date between June 26-30 for my sked CS. so [textspeak!] kaya mas ok na date?

Hi mga sis!
I had my baby yesterday prematurely at 25 weeks and 5 days... due to placenta abruption. An emergency cs was done kasi sarado pa cervix ko. so to keep baby while he's still healthy and not distress and me narin they have to do it.  baby is ok and doing great sabi ng nurses sa nicu pero ang sad hindi kopa siya nakikita or nahahawakan because of the emergency cs done to me he was transferred to a
specialized hospital for premature babies while me naiwan sa ospital na na cs ako.. until now wala pa available na room for me don kung asaan siya to see him... nalulungkot ako but i have to choice i need to be strong..God is so good pa din and we're saved by great team at looked after me and him. my hubby was able to see and visited him  and got some photos na dun ko lang nakikita siya sa ngayon. I know he's in good hanfs of people sa ospital na yun..  please pray for us thank u.

@eklea123 congrats sis! Thank God both of you are safe and doing well. We'll be praying for a quick recovery, for you and your baby. Stay positive and keep that faith strong.

Had a checkup last weekend. I weighed in at magkasing bigat na kami ng asawa ko hahaha! Naloka ako! Gained 30lbs na in total! Grabe anlaki laki ko na. Binawalan na ko sa sweets at salty food. Hehe... Weekly na ang checkup namin, nafefeel ko na ang excitement  i asked them ano dapat ko dalin sa hospital bag ko... Sabi wala, pera lang daw and clothes ko hahaha ipprovide daw ng hospital yung baby needs. Dala nalang daw ako pang uwi ni baby if i want. Ok na din, atleast hindi ko na kelangan problemahin yun... Yung pera nalang pambayad ang kelangan ko haha

Coco_cola, yes hopefully after my antibiotic mag normal na lahat. Now i have cough pa. Sana mawala na din to with the antibiotic. Naawa ako for my baby kasi 2x na ko prinescriban ng antibiotic so hopefully last na to. And true, ayun bawas lang daw sa maalat and more water talaga.

Eklea, hugs sis!!! Wishing you and your baby well. Magpagaling ka agad and let's pray na maging strong si baby mo. Ask ko lang sis, ano daw naging cause ng placental abruption?

Sis simang,

Ako rin nag antibiotic for yeast infection. Sa simula worried, but keri lang, Basta gumaling. May assurance naman din ni doc kasi pati rin siya daw nung magbubuntis, nakapag antibiotic din siya.

Pero I know how you feel, cause I'm super worried all the time too. Hahaha!

Sis Eklea! Congrats! Tatagan mo loob mo sis, magiging ok din yang si baby. Yong pinaka maaga na premie na nabasa ko is 20 weeks so im sure yakang yaka yan ng baby mo. Pagaling ka na lang jan.

Yong kaibigan ko 2 times din siya nag antibiotics, ok naman baby niya, ang ayaw ko lang sa anitbiotics e yong spacing ng pag inom ng gamot. May multivitamins ka pa, may iron, may calcium tapos dagdagan pa ng antibiotics. Nakakasuka isipin pero walang magagawa kasi kailangan ng baby mo.

Bukas second session na naman ng birthing class ko dito, wala akong maintindihan ni isa. Iba salita, iniisip ko na lang para sa asawa ko yun para at least mabawasan na yong tanong tanong nia sakin. Nag eenjoy naman siya kahit papano. Nakakatuwa nga kasi ang naguusap at maraming tanong doon eh yong mga husbands.

Hi sisses, meron ba sa inyo na advise ni OB magpa vaccine for Hepa B? Saan kayo nag avail and how much? :-) last check up ko she injected me with DTap (diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis). I think for tetanus and whooping cough in layman's terms haha

sis simang- wala rin nakita cause sakin sa mga previous scans, placenta is well attached and not low lying as per my Feb 3 check up. it would really depend lang talaga sa placenta if time na niya humiwalay sa uterus or what.

I called the hospital kase nagspotting ako last saturday and its bright red then I felt mild pains sa puson at back which is for me to say its time to call ot alarming na.I had few spots before pero brownish color lang and they say its not that serious spots lang unless my kasama pain. so we were advised to come to the hospital para macheck ako then did a speculum exam to find out san talaga nangagaling blood kase baby is ok pagcheck nila and everything is intact, cervix close din. pero the amniotic fluid around baby is measuring a bit lower than normal so they're thinking na baka yung membranes sa uterus ko nagrupture and that causes the bleeding but still unconfirm but then i bled heavy and then they saw clots na sa uterus and a sign placentais rupturing inside...baby still ok then so they decided to do emergency cs before he gets weak inside...

Parang lutang parin ako ang bilis ng pangyayari hindi kopa naabsorb na napaanak nako kahapon and baby is already our of my tummy. I feel pain physically because of the cut pero its more painful to think na baby has come out in the world earlier than expected which is hindi rin kami prepared. My hubby and friends na nakavisit sakin kahapon keep saying na I'm so strong , parang di ako naoperahan kase nakakangiti pako after. I have to be strong talaga because my baby is fighting for his life to live and my hubby is parang lantang gulay nadin brcause of what happened and I know its hArd for him seeing us na ganito. He doesn't like going to hospitals or seeing bloods/operations so I know how hard it is for him. on the other hand, we feel blessed padin na baby is doing ok since he was born kahit nakaincubator siya he is stable sabi ng nurses. and I got no complications after.. it will still take weeks bago siya mailabas pero i trust the carers around him na maalagaan siya..

@eklea123 trust in the Lord and congratulations for your safe delivery and to your baby.  Just stay strong and keep positive always.  It maybe hard to entertain bad thoughts but if you can always stay on the positive outlook to keep you away from stress.  Praying for you and your baby.

Thank u sis... he's only 830g. nakita ko na siya this early morning nailipat na kami sa ospital kung san siya... I can't explain how i felt sa first time namin pagkikita. .seeing where he is while nakawheelchair ako papunta palang naiyak nako.. i can see ang comfy niya s loob ng incub but can't help to cry seeing those tubes on him.

thank you  and yes God is merciful.. we still feel blessed despite of all that happened.. its just me and my hubby in a foreign land and have no other family to take care of me, just me alone pag back to work na si hubby from leave. great acts of kindness and prayers from my friends and other people really helps... i know we can get through with this, my baby is a fighter..

i'll keep you updated nalang mga sis...i'm just expressing my feelings here to ignore negative thoughts that I can think of that may cause depression...
