Hi! Any suggestions for hotels within Makati/BGC area that's flexible in terms to bringing in outside food, number of pax in a room and photo shoot within the premises? Our ceremony will be at Magallanes Church and reception is at 1Esplanade. Thanks.

^ Hi sis, try checking Fraser place. It's a serviced apartment style pero maganda talaga yung property and very spacious yung rooms. Raffles makati is nice din lalo na if you go by a vintage themed wedding.

Does anyone know if hotels allow Senior Citizens (parents of bride/groom), with their Senior Citizen discounts, book rooms to be used as preps for a wedding? The Senior Citizen will also stay in the same room booked.

^ hi sis. Rizal Park Hotel is nice. bago lang sya actually so i haven't been there. nakita ko lang sya once then the photos of some friends na nakapunta na looks nice

question mga sis, may nakapag preps na ba sainyo sa Crowne Plaza Galleria? were they strict sa pag bring in ng suppliers meal?

I just found out that Conrad now charges P50k photoshoot fee! The photoshoot fee is on top of being required to spend at least P50k on rooms/consumables. Total cost would then be P100k for the photoshoot.

Grabe.

Still trying to talk to management if this photoshoot fee can be waived.

EDIT: This is for a Non-Conrad reception photoshoot.

Hello sisses @ellie0826 and @marie_gjkylie! CTK Greenmeadows ba kayo? You might want to check The Cirque Serviced Residences at Circulo Verde, Calle Industria lang. Di pa kami graduate pero dun ang prep venue namin. We booked last January, di naman sila mahigpit sa pagpasok ng crew meals and suppliers. Wala rin silang photoshoot fee.

we booked at Hotel Jen, dito din kasi kami nung kinasal ang brother ko previosly 5 star sya as traders hotel, no extra payment. near manila

@ishtarmeow, management wise I think kaya naman. Make sure to get experienced suppliers. Good time management is very critical. But fyr lang din na suppliers will also ask for additional fees.

May nag wedding preps na ba recently dito sa Seda Vertis North? How did you bring in food for your suppliers? And worth it ba kumuha ng presidential suite? We?re thinking of doing our preps here dahil sa Fernwood ang wedding namin.
