^Sis sorry I inquired way back in 2014. It would be better to give them a call. If I remember correctly it was about 60-70k? Or maybe that was for 2 nights already? I only remember it has a full kitchen and even a maids and drivers quarters. Then like 6 bedrooms or more?

We were going to use the ground floor and garden as for our after party sana. So in that sense, sulit rather than looking for a venue pa. We were choosing between Balai Taal and Discovery Suites. But Balai Taal was cheaper and bigger.The property is owned by Joe Concepcion's family =)

nikkipedia: Hello sis!! Yes next month na my wedding kaya super duper busy! =) Anyway, yes dapat different venue and ceremony and reception for the Tagaytay wedding. I was researching on preps when I found Balai Taal. I noticed a lot of Tagaytay weddings featured in Bride and Breakfast dito rin ang preps. At the same time we were looking for a place where we can have an after party also. And the setup would have been perfect for us, 1st floor -friends and after party, 2nd floor- groom and his family, 3rd floor- bride and my family.

Anyway hayyyy my wedding is just going to be here in Polo Club. Till this day I regret not sticking with our original plan and have the wedding in Tagaytay =(

Whaaaaaa we are also going to Oslo and Bergen in October of this year! We delayed the honeymoon so that we hopefully can catch the Northern Lights!! I hope you can give me some tips! =) Is it better to stay longer in Bergen or Oslo? Hehe sorry OT!

nacheck ko na si cocoon boutique and torre venezia. masyadong mahal si cocoon plus di namen masyadong nagustuhan yung ambiance nya. nasa 28k yung quote samen...3d and 2n sa standard room tsaka 2d and 1n sa presidential suite. pero maganda talaga ang presidential suite nila... 8k ang charge for wedding preps. yung torre nasa 18k lang lahat lahat na. 3d and 2 nights sa torino/deluxe suite tapos 2d and 1n sa milano... ganda ng milano and presidential suite... mas maaliwalas for me yung milano... may balcony pa.. okay din ang rooftop. dun ko nafeel yung this is it feeling. hehe. very reasonable yung rate na binigay samen. discounted rate yan sisses dahil plaza ibarra bride ako. may tie up sila sa plaza kase...

Sureness If Im not mistaken tig 2 days lang ako each, 2d in Oslo then we went to Bergen for 2d and then visited my friend in Stavanger for 2d. I'd say better to stay a bit more in Oslo? The weather was rainy nun pumunta ako. Siguro 2 days lang yung pinagbigyan ako ng magandang weather. But it's uulan, iinit... the other side is umaambon yung kabilang side is sunny lol, super unpredictable talaga! Oslo kasi is city life. Then andun yung highest ski. may napakagandang coffee/restaurant kameng pinuntahan sis! kaso umakyat kame via train gabi na pero breath taking ang city view...nasa taas sya ng mountain. anlakas maka-sosyal haha! masarap yung cocoa and  yung cakes. In bergen naman, I suggest yung fjord tour and we went hiking kahit umuulan ng onti, 2 small mountains lang... may highlight na mountain dun e. I'll ask my friend san nya ko pinagdadala. hehe

Thanks for the tips. Talagang we are targeting a fjord tour sana. Heard its one of the best in Europe. whaaaa thanks for the tips!!! Medyo takot kami mag stay in Oslo long because I heard its super expensive. Will definitely visit that ski place you mentioned with a city view!! =) =)  We have 5 nights to spare in Norway and sana relaxed pace lang since its our last stop before going home. For sure pagod na kami by then hehe.

^sis Chili1113 you can climb up the ski may mga stairs which di na namen nagawa. also, there's this must-see park sa Oslo na may magandang architectures ng mga nude na tao and andun yung famous baby na galit yung face.

For those who are planning to book Edsa Shang for their hotel preps, BDO is having a promo right now! (They have a booth in Shangri-la mall). I was able to book the Horizon Club Executive Room for my fiance, for only 10k net (vs the regular 14K net)!  Unfortunately, there's no discount on the bridal suites

So so excited for Conrad!! Ive been leaning towards getting them for my preps for my supposed wedding last Nov but their opening got moved again and again-- My cousin who works for Sm hotels said finally june na raw! I hope by October finally open na talga sila:)

This will give Sofitel a good rival lalo ngayon Sofitel is known as not supplier friendly so out ang sofitel sa preps ko

Check out B Hotel in Scout Rallos. It's relatively new. Sulo is hotel is old and overpriced considering the reviews.

@prettylove Yes strict ang sofitel sa pictorials, they charge 15k for it, then they will only allow 1hour (including setup) pictorial on the spiral staircase and only during 10:30am-11:30am and 3pm-5pm. They allow also garden photo shoot but that is subject to availability and only 3 person at a time are allowed there. They also charge another 5k I think if you're going to use drones.

^thanks meixin.. Sobrang exagged ang 15k for a limited time ng photoshoot. Not worth it talaga. Maybe i'll just stick to manila hotel. Tho' some says there are rooms na a bit dark but i guess diskarte na ni photog un. Hehe. Thanks sis!

Hello! I'm looking for hotels at Quezon City for preps. Any feedback for Luxent Hotel, Hotel Rembrandt, Torre Venezia? Or are they too pricey? Any hotel recommendations na reasonable price, supplier-friendly and aren't strict for doing shoot? Dami kase sa QC baka meron kayo personal experiences so I can shortlist

^meixin, yup but also i asked the opinion of my photog and he chooses manila hotel or sofitel but it's up to me daw so i think i'll just take the manila hotel option na lang. Di rin kasi sila mahigpit when it comes to food and persons allowed inside the rooms, so i wouldn't have a hard time on the day itself. Thanks sis! ❤️❤️
