Anyone who had their honeymoon which required the Schengen visa? Just wanted to ask if how much need na show money or any tips hehe? We'll be staying for 3 weeks.

Hi sis! We have no itinerary yet. But for sure, Kyoto and Osaka kami. Around 150-200k siguro ang budget. I have no idea pa how much ang rates ng hotels e kasi we just booked plane tickets pa lang. Ngayon lang kasi kami nakapagdecide dahil initially, sa Maldives ko gusto. Will inform you pag nafinalized namin itinerary. Sa feb pa naman yung wedding namin.

You should have no difficulty getting one as long as you comply with all the requirements. Feeling ko hindi show money ang habol nila and they don't even state how much you should have. I did however, show enough money for 2 people (for a 3-week stay)  just to be sure. Pero pag di ka compliant sa list nila doon sila nagrereject.

Inggit ako kasi we're postponing the honeymoon to Christmas time. Busy period kasi sa work and also to spread out the cost. Pero ok lang kasi we are having a destination wedding so para na din mini honeymoon.

I'll post once final na yung itinerary namin sis. Pero Kyoto and Osaka lang kami. hehe Kasi February yun. Ayoko kasi ng palipat lipat pa ng madaming places since 1 week nga lang. And winter by that time.
Yung places na yun ang maganda pag winter. Sayang nga e. Dapat April-May para cherry blossom. hehe

If you're going to Japan in winter you might want to check out Shirakawa-Go.

Hi sis nikkipedia, I think mas mura kung wag kna magtravel agency for the plane. Book a separate flight na lang then hanap ka ng tourguide ninyo. I've been to Coron twice already. Ang hotel namin e Sunz En Coron. Maganda yung place. May kilala ako na tourguide dun. Owner siya ng Bluelagoon Travel and Tours. Mila Gamboa ang name. Eto number nya 09216721865. You can email her at mila@corontravel.com para masend nya tour package. Pwede din ata na hotel accom + tour na. May mga katie-up sila na hotel. Kami kasi nagbook kami ng hotel sa Agoda.

Highly recommended ko sya sis since twice na ko nakapunta dun. hehe Hope this helps.

@nikkipedia: I went to Coron 2 years ago with my fiance, and we did a private tour. Our tour guide was recommended by my aunt (who also did a tour with her). The tour guide was very professional, knew a lot of info, was very accommodating, and the food she cooked for us (on an island) was great as well.  She doesn't work for a company. ^ You don't really need a tour guide for Coron. Just go to the docks in town and you catch a boat. As for food, you can go to the markets and shop. The boatman will cook it for you.

We love Coron. It's one of our ideal holidays. Very restful. Kasi my H2B and I love snorkelling. So we snorkel all morning, minsan we are out in the water for a couple of hours then sleep in the afternoon on the boat or beach. Then in the evenings have a beer while watching the sunset.
