kinda disappointed with the brands very limited halos lahat ng hinahanap ko ay wala. No urban decay, hourglass, tarte etc. Pero meron sigma brushes sa sephora.ph. Sa US and canada sephoras kasi walang sigma beauty brand

Anyone tried buying from the sephora site already? I'm having issues from my orders last week when it was still luxola.  I'm wondering those who ordered starting monday, ok naman?  Tried emailing them about my concerns but they're frustrating me already, paiba iba yung reply and now they're not replying na. 

Based from my experience when it was still luxola, door to door delivery with free shipping above 1300 purchases.

I had some issue din sa elivery ng luxola pero nag respond naman sila ng maayos and na deliver din agad yung package ko. Napansin ko lang sa sephora wala na free delivery and sale items wala

Pag mag-open kaya ang Sephora dito, same lang ang price sa sephora.ph? I checked the prices yesterday. Mas mura pa sa Beauty Bar. Yung TheBalm Instain blushes nasa P1k+ sa saphora pero sa Beauty Bar P800+ lang.

^that's because items come from SG pa. so if the items are locally available, better buy here na lang.

^^i had delivery issues with luxola as well. incomplete address daw, pero complete naman. and my residence isn't isolated naman or anything. i decided to change it to my office address instead. they're quick to assist naman. not sure lang now with sephora.ph.

Meh. I'd rather buy sa us na lang. Medyo mataas mark up tapos very limited lang yung items. I'd be really happy if there's a sassa ph tho

i asked sephora ph in facebook if pano yung delivery nila...they said it's door to door and we don't need to worry about customs.

I recently went to Singapore tapos may binili ako sa Sephora, yung Foreo Luna. Inofferan ako magpa-member. Black Card na yung status ko then may code ako for 10% off.

Maraming brands nasa website. Checked the prices, same sa Sephora store mismo. Wala na rin sa Sephora store yung Hourglass kasi hinanap ko din yun mismo sa kanila haha

Too late nako, sephora bought luxola pala hehe.. ive been buying all my cosmetics, skincare bodycare at luxola since 2014 nasa Sg pa ako, last January lang bili ko I didnt know until kahapon nag-order ako sephora.ph na pala sya. So far, wala pa'kong issues sa delivery, sulit pa rin.. sana naman sephora.ph wag sana. Next week pa dadating yung order ko.
