For eyes, injectable hyaluronic acid fillers for the wrinkles, iyon nga lang 3 to 9 months and at your age papayag kaya ang dermatologist to do it for you kasi advisable ito for mature skin. Thermage too is another option but also for mature skin.

Thermage for the face is effective, proven ko na to. But not so much for the eye area, mismo my Belo doctor is not too keen on this. Right now I'm using La Mer's eye lifting serum. So far it lessens the appearance of the fine lines under my eyes by plumping it.

^was considering it pa naman in two years time for my hollow/sunken under eye area due to genetics. Hesitant ako sa fillers takot ako mabago mata ko; I love my eyes. Ulthera was done to my under eye area many years ago, very minimal effect lang naman kaya I don't want to recommend it.

re tretinoin, ito na yung mga stieva? retin a? for starter like me ano kaya marerecommend mong % ? i think kaya naman itolerate ng skin ko to since palagamit ako before ng mga rejuv sets (dr.alvin, beauche etc)

marereco mo ba yung mismong cream? or yung eye cream with tret/retinol na lang?

i think go muna ko sa mga pahid method di pa kaya ng budget ang treatments 😉

I can't comment on tretinoin, haven't tried it yet. Helpful iyong thread sa Tretinoin. Pero next month siguro pag naubos na retinol serum ko. Subukan mo na lang pareho tutal naman hiyangan din.

tretinoin is the best for me. sa gabi, toner and tretinoin lang. hanapin mo lang kung saan kayo hiyang. i tried retacnyl 0.025%. cream type. okay siya. then i used 0.05% from a derma. liquid type. mas gumanda reaction ng skin ko dito. planning to buy otc na liquid 0.05%. tapos may gel type din nito.
if you're preggy, hindi to pwede gamitin. bawal din if regular kayo nagpapa facial - correct me if i'm wrong.
sa umaga hindi pwedeng walang sunscreen lalo kapag naka tret kayo.
water - at least 2 liters per day sa akin.

sis wonder_elle yung nasa healthy options na complete collagen po. capsules siya. kaya siya ang pinili ko kasi meron siya type I, II and III na collagen. i read somewhere na magkaka iba yun. although i will be trying other brands. neocell po ata yung yung isang brand which is available sa HO and power and beauty kiosk - meron sa market market and glorieta.

^My mom is also 53 and before, she uses talaga yung mga high end products. Lahat meron siya kasi she has dark skin tapos my melasma pa. Yung braso nya parang may dark patches but those products never worked on her. One of her staff gave her a set of Professional Skin Care Formula rejuv set. Yung kojic soap din ang gamit niya sa body tapos binigayn ko siya ng lotions from BN. Ang ganda na ng skin niya ngayon compared before. Ang daming nakakapansin na iba na yung skin niya.

Ang project kasi namin ngayon is to make her more beautiful kasi nga sarili na nya dapat gagastusan niya for her age so nag IV and oral gluta na rin siya.

Minsan natatawa siya kasi 300++ lang daw pala makakapag-pa ok ng skin niya ang dami pa niya sinubukan.

I'm using beautederm, super effective. Pricey sya pero yung quality super ganda. 7 days mafifeel mo na yung improvement.

Tretinoin works wonder for me. I use it every night if may breakout, then every other day or thrice a week as maintenance. I always use Sunblock everyday.
