yes its effective. the facial exercise.
don't believe in the beauty industry its all about money.
it just need your commitment. just go and give it a try.

feeeling ko effective talaga siya. i think there was a thread here somewhere in GT about facial massage and yung ang secret nung mga mukhang bata talaga sa japan/korea. i did it for 2 weeks ata, relaxing and i'm not really expecting immediate results, which didn't happen din naman. pero pag pagod ka na kasi mej nakakatamad na gawin.
i can go back to it siguro this summer kasi i'm at home and there's a huge mirror na and i'm not doing anything. yung nakita kong face massage sa youtube (tanaka massage ata?) and it's just 6-7mins.
i tried facial exercise pero ang haba nung nakita ko (30mins to 1hr!!). maganda daw kasi ipair ang facial massage with facial exercise and mas effective daw ang facial exercise pero jusmee!  ::) ::)

I like Sulwhasoo better pa.

Hello sis, which Sulwhasoo line do you recommend? :)

As for my tips, hiyangan kasi ang anti-aging skincare products and botox, etc. but I believe the best treatment that works for everyone is peace of mind and a youthful, carefree disposition. Libre pa! ;)

I watched Tanaka Facial Massage Video and ginagawa ko siya at least 2-3 times a week, hindi kaya ng every night katamad :) tho im 31st na practicing na rin on how to stop aging.

Sjowbiz royalties like Angel Aquino, Gretchen B., Marian Rivera uses SK - II and some of them don't eat pork and beef. Kaya youthful looking parin.

Ang ruling daw dont eat anything with 4 legs. Hello?? Waaaah

^They also have weekly free facials, lasers, injectables, massage, etc. You need lots of protein too as you grow older; hindi rin pwede na iiwasan mo completely or puro supplements ka na lang.

Subscribing!

Been using VMV products such as the Re-everything and illuminants Lotion. Makes my skin supple and at 34, i still dont have crow's feet and very minimal wrinkles. :)

Where to buy aloe vera gel, and how much?

On the positive note, mas maalaga ako sa skin gawa neto Heh ;D

1. Good moisturizer (still on the look)
- Aveeno Body Wash, around Php 400, available on S&R, selected malls / groceries.
- BN EW Lotion, Php 1000+ for 1L (with spf), non sticky and light weight if used sparingly

My skin looks and feels more hydrated when I use Aveeno. A little product goes a long way, kayasobrang sulit ng Php 400. Kaso wala akong mahanap :'(

2. Sunblock
- Nagpapabilis sa skin againg ang too much exposure on UV light

3. Healthy lifestyle
- Eating is not only for energy, may effect talaga yung kinoconsume sa physical apperance (skin, hair, mood, etc)

Mga sis, who here uses organic facial wash? I saw a foaming facial wash with argan oil, rosehip oil, and hyaluronic acid. Brand name is Be Organic. Saw it in Sesou. Any feedback? I also saw an anti-aging facial wash from Zenutrients pero ginger extract ang laman. Firming face wash yata ang name.

I use the Be Organic Argan Oil Foaming Wash which I also bought from Sesou. I like how it makes my skin really soft. Read the reviews in BeautyMNL to know more about this product. :)

^ thanks! Just read the reviews. Does it contain rosehip oil?

Fine lines, Crow's feet, Wrinkles (Eye area)
« Reply #33 on: July 13, 2016, 08:47:57 am »
Hi Sissies,

Would like to ask for your advises sana. Im already 25, may mga fine lines na ko under my eye yung iba deep lines yung iba lumalabas pag nakasmile ako or other facial expressions.

Lately lang ako nagtry ng mga serum for eye areas and I know impossible na nun matreat yung mga existing ones pero baka maprevent (hopefully) yung mga future na signs of aging sa eye area ko.

Nakuha ko yung mga fine lines and wrinkles na yan college pa ko dahil sa excessive na pagkusot kusot ng mata (kati kasi and hindi pa ko maarte sa skin nun) may conjunctivitis kasi ako, yung namamaga talaga yung talukap and yung ilalim ng eyes ko pag sumusumpong.

Baka may mga marerecommend kayong tried and tested ng treatments and creams (kung eefect pa). Gusto ko lang talaga mabawasan man lang or matreat. Thank you all.

For eyes, injectable hyaluronic acid fillers for the wrinkles, iyon nga lang 3 to 9 months and at your age papayag kaya ang dermatologist to do it for you kasi advisable ito for mature skin. Thermage too is another option but also for mature skin.

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye, Shiseido Benefiance, Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng good reviews. Tretinoin you can try too but go slow on it.
