Your Favourite Chef

Who is your favourite chef/chefs and please list your favourite dish created by this chef? If they have a cookbook or TV shows, ddocumentary, list them as well. Basta, just sharing of ideas for foodies out there.

At the top of my head, I think Thomas Keller, Anthony Bourdain and David Chang. I have the Momofuku cookbook by David Chang and was able to try the pork buns. It was ok but not as good as the picture. I have yet to try the Ramen Broth.
