Kasi within the cut-off na-refund din eh.

Got emails from PAL informing me of a change in my flight schedule. It isnt even asking for my permission, its just really FYI.

My mnl-caticlan flight in December was moved to an hour later. Problem is i'd be late for an event. Is there a way i can disallow the change, or at least get a consuelo travel voucher or discount or something for said change in case it is implemented?

Thanks!

^ You should call them sis. It's always better to call them. Sa Cebu Pac, 'yung e-mail message nila is either you click "Accept" or call them to change the flight. :) I will have a hard time believing PAL has worse services for that, especially since you are trying to make it on time for an event. :)

@kobekitten Better call them now to have your schedule adjusted/changed. PAL can accommodate changes naman, especially for same-day flights. IDK if i remember correctly but for 1-hr changes, the passenger is allowed to adjust within the day; if 4 hours or more, can be up to 1 day before or after. This is based on a conversation i had with a PAL CSR few years ago, but I wouldn't know if this still holds true now.

Hello! Anyone knows if PAL is strict on baggage allowance on regional flights (MNL-HKG-MNL).  I'm travelling with family (6 total) kasi next week and 20kg checked bag per passenger is too much naman for a 6-day stay.

Last March 2015, we were allowed naman to combine our stuff in 2-3 suitcases each not exceeding 30kg.  I understand that for other international flights, strict sila sa "per piece" but for regional flights like HKG, allowed pa ba since we're booked on the same flight naman?

According to the CSR I spoke to earlier, it is within discretion of the person at the check-in counter.  Eh, that doesn't really help.  As if naman makakabili kami basta basta ng luggage dun before we check in to our flight  :(

Hi sis nikki! PAL kame always ng family namen in going to HK from Manila (3x), allowed naman kame na pagsamahin lahat ng baggage di naman sila strict sa kung ilang pieces per person, kahit kapag pabalik to Manila from HK. :) But to be safe, we always weigh yung mga dala namen so not to exceed, and each kame may baggage allowance.

Nag-PAL kami sa recent US trip and disappointed with our flight out kasi walang seat-back monitors yung old plane.  Alam ko most airlines are slowly doing away with this dahil daw most passengers have devices naman when traveling, but still, mas convenient pa din na sa harap mo at eye level ang monitors.  Grabe din yung delay namin both departure and arrival.  We haven't used PAL for the longest time kasi usually CX kami and now I remember why.

Check mo sis kung anong klaseng plane ang gagamitin for your flight.

^omg thanks for this info! I haven't flown PAL ng international in a long while. And isa nga din to sa kinoconsider ko for MNL-SFO or MNL-LAX. Ano po experience nyo with the fellow pinoy passengers?

hi mga sis! Disappointing nga ito for PAL, na wala silang infotainment monitors thinking na its the 1st Airline in South East Asia but hanggang dun nalang, being pioneer na hindi nasustain ang "class". Hindi na nakapag upgrade ng fleet. Even Manila-HKG or Macau, or even Singapore wala silang monitors. They will just give you the option to watch in your own device, which needs you to download MYPAL player.

Sis Michi247, oo nga parang budget airline tuloy tee hee!. ;D

If there's a will, there's a way.

Shempre mas kampante ka and hindi kakaiba ang mga amoy if you know what I mean hehe. Ang kagandahan lang nung old plane na nasakyan namin eh 2-4-2 ang seat layout so wala kaming katabi ni hubby. Nung pabalik sa newer plane 3-4-3 na. Pero keri naman kasi yung katabi namin pabalik was petite na Pinay din so di siksikan. Economy lang kasi kami.

Hello sis! Pumapayag ba si PAL to be a standby passenger? Na try ko na kasi to sa cebupac and airasia, like I have a confirmed flight and mag rerequest ako if possible na maki sabay sa earlier flight nila. But this is my first time for PAL

^happened 4 years ago na we checked in 3 hours before my flight to Caticlan.
Tinanong ako may flight in an hour kung gusto namin 2 kunin na iyon we said yes.

Pero last week, nagtry hubby ko from Singapore kung pwede siya sa early flight pero sabi nung staff, yes daw pero may additional fee since iba daw ang price ng 7PM flight sa midnight flight. So feeling ko pag within the Philippines, pumapayag sila o masungit lang yung staff na yun. hehe!

Hi sisses,

Questions:
1. May price difference kaya kung mag book ako online vs mag book sa mismong ticket office nila?
2. May discount ba for senior citizens/student for international trips?

Thanks!
