Hello! I just want to check if okay yung location nung nakita kong apartment sa airbnb. Here's the description nung location.

The flat is centrally located along Orchard Road, just behind lucky plaza and Scotts square. Within walking proximity to Paragon Medical and Mount Elizabeth Hospital. 2 minutes walking through Scotts square you will be able to view the iconic Orchard buildings such as Shaw House, Ion, The wheel lock place etc.

Price is at 17k for 4 days and 3 nights good for 4 adults + baby na.

Good deal na kaya? I've searched for hotels in Agoda and nasa 23k up yung nakita ko. I didn't consider yung mga nasa Geylang, Little India and Chinatown cos may kasamang baby.

Or okay lang kaya to book hotels within those areas kahit may kasamang baby?

^that location is good, nasa center na. Try to look for anything cheaper within the area. Kung wala na, oks na yan.

Pero actually pwede rin naman sa Geylang at Chinatown kahit may baby. Ang importane malapit sa train station at bus stop, para easily accessible if you want to commute by public transport.

^Thanks sis! Nag-alangan ako dun sa AirBnb since short term lease is illegal sa SG. I booked at YMCA instead. 20k for 2 twin standard rooms - one room is for 3 nights and the other one is 2 nights lang. 1am kasi flight namin pauwi so I booked an extra night dun sa isang room para makapag relax pa before going sa airport since we have a baby in tow.

Sale sa Singapore Airlines, 6k per person, return. 30 kg baggage allowance per pax :-) Booked tix na for Jan 10-15, tamang-tama birthday gift ko sa mother ko at graduation gift sa cousin ko.

Napapagreserve ako sa Park Avenue Clemenceau sa may Clark Quay, okay ba yung area na yun, mga sis? Sabi kasi walking distance from Orchard, Forth Canning and even Esplanade.  Kasi yung arrival namin is almost 9 PM, dunno how long it takes from airport to the serviced apartment, but plan namin maglakad lakad at mag late dinner pagkadating sa apartment, may open pa ba na shops etc. pa ba by that time or okay pa ba magstrall strall ng mga ganyang oras? Maraming salamat sa sasagot :-)

hello mga sis! i've been reading this thread for days now. until now hindi pa din ako nakakagawa ng IT namin. haha. 2011 pa yung last time akong nakapunta sa SG and I can't remember kung paano kami naka survive noon (in terms of transpo, food, etc).

I'll be travelling with my mom, sister and brother this coming October 6-9. Biglaan kaya until now wala pa kaming IT. I booked at Jetstar, 6k RT. Mas mura compared to Tiger and CebuPac knowing na 2 weeks to go na lang yung trip. ang questions ko mga sis, kung anong magandang IT ang gawin. we will be arriving in SG around 2:30pm, then naka book kami sa Arton Boutique Hotel. I really don't know how to get to different tourist spots. Ok ba yung Singapore Tourist Pass or EZ Link na lang? As of now, ganito pa ka-blank yung IT namin:

Day 1
2:30 PM - arrival at Changi Airport
3:30 PM - check in at Arton Boutique
5:00 PM - feasible pa bang puntahan yung MBS, Esplanade, etc or any other suggestions na pwedeng mapuntahan sa hapon until dinner time?

Day 2 - USS / Sentosa

Day 3 - City Tour (but no idea yet kung saan pupunta)

Day 4
7AM - 2PM - free time
4PM - Flight to Manila

Help po sa pag gawa ng IT and yung mga MRT stations kung saan bababa papunta sa mga attractions. TIA!

I'm going back to SG! Pero this time kasama na si boyfie. Parang kelan lang ako lang mag isa pumunta SG dahil sa sobrang depression but here i am! Super happy! We're going to Malaysia first Nov 1 then SG Nov2-5 then we'll go back to Malaysia Nov 6 pabalik ph. Still looking for a good hotel though. Kahit wala kami the whole day sa hotel gusto pa rin ni bf na maganda yung hotel. So yeah, May masusuggest ba kayo along Orchard or near MRT? May sale ba today. And regarding sa zika virus, we're going to buy here mosquito repellent. Mahirap na, maglalagay pa rin kami kahit matutulog na. Mainit ba today sa SG?

^sis redhead69, when we were in SG last Dec2015, me and my BF stayed at Hotel Nuve, ok naman yung hotel. Walking distance sa Bugis Station and may malapit na coffee shop (Artistry Cafe).

Mga sis questions lang:

1. Ok ba sumakay ng cable car around 3PM? Hindi ba masyadong mainit? Or mga around 5PM na lang?
2. Ano mas OK unahin, USS or cable car? Or it doesn't matter?
3. My officemate who went to SG last month told me na GRAB daw sila most of the time. Mas mura ba GRAB/UBER compared to regular taxi?
4. Our return flight is at 12:40AM so dapat mga 10PM (previous day) check out na kami. If magtataxi kami, need ba magpabook? Or marami pa naman taxi sa daan by that time? Sa YMCA kami.

^re the checkout, confirm with your hotel what is the time. Most hotels place the checkout at 12nn. Some allow late checkout without extra charges. But rarely they allow as late as 10pm. Some consider that as a new day

2. depende, ano ba ticket nyo, 1 way lang or roundtrip?
3. depende pa din sa surges/peak hours, there are times na mas mura nga grab/uber pero may time din  mas mura regular taxi. Consider din booking charges.
4. For regular taxi, I seldom book, madalas nangpapara lang ako. nagkukuripot kasi ako sa booking fee hahaha but if may time konti ang taxi or dun sa lugar na hinde masyado daanan then I book. YMCA is in the city naman, madaming taxi sa area na yan, also 24hrs naman ang taxi sa SG.
Everytime I go to airport ng madaling araw never ako nahirapan mag-abang, i live in a residential area.

Hi po. Ask ko lang po ng feedback sa YMCA hotel? Or any recommendation ng same level ng hotel na yan (price,location etc)? Naghahanap kase ako ng budget hotel for our first 2 nights since nakabook na ako ng last 2 nights namin sa The Marina Bay Sands hotel. Pricey at butas ng bulsa pero gusto ko kase relaxing ang last days namin sa SG at ma try na din ang infinity pool nila.

This is our first time in SG and ngayon palang ako nagbabackread. Our flight is on Nov 27-Dec1. Wala pa akong solid itinerary. Ngayon palang ako nagfafamiliarize ng mga areas na magkakatabe at in order na dapat puntahan. I just want a relaxing trip, actually excited ako sa mga rides sa USS (nabitin kase ako sa USJ rides two weeks ago) at pati Merlion yan lang ako familiar sa SG. If anyone can help me plan out my trip i will be grateful. Thanks in advance!

This is it! Today na travel namin to Malaysia (Nov 1) and punta namin to Singapore (by plane) is this Nov 2 na. (arrival namin is around 4PM)
Day 1 : Where to go ng ganong hapon? I'm thinking na mag Gardens by the Bay kami and then mag Night Market.
Day 2 : Then mag Universal Studios. (Whole day for sure)
Day 3 : Singapore Zoo (kakayanin ba namin? Pagod kami for sure since galing kaming USS)
Day 4 : ?? Shopping day + going back to Malaysia
Day 5 : Malaysia (rest) then going back to PH na.



Anyone na gumagamit ng klook and kumuha wifi unit doon? How was it?


Where can we buy authentic Perfumes na cheap. And ano mga mura dito sa SG na stuff?
