@pchym you can take the public buses.

Option 1: via JB Sentral

(From Bugis) Bus 170 then after JB Immigration lakad lang kayo to JB Sentral, dun sa baba may terminal, sakay kayo ng bus LM1 then baba na kayo Legoland
or
(From Woodlands MRT) sa bus interchange take bus 950 then same lang din,  after nyo JB Immigration take LM1 bus sa JB Sentral

Option 2: via CIQ 2nd Link (Tuas)

From Jurong east mrt - go to interchange take Causeway link bus CW3 or 4 then after Malaysian Immigration sakay kayo bus JPO2, papunta Legoland na yun.


eto pinakacheapest way to go to Legoland, less than 10sgd lang to balikan na. you can use the ezlink for the SG buses, but for the bus in Malaysia, pay in cash in ringgit.
Ingat lang sa mga bag when in Johor public bus, uso nakawan dun.
may schedule yung LM1 at JPO2, pasearch na lang.

^Nakamura kami sa Redbus. Tapos yung bus niya yung nare-recline na pahiga yung seats. Since the day before we went to Legoland nag-USS kami, natulog kami on the way to Legoland pero saglit lang dahil walang traffic so mga 2 hrs travel time lang.

depende ang travel time sa traffic, queue sa immigration and waiting time ng bus.
siguro from 1.5 to 3 hours one way
mahaba pila sa immigration papasok ng Malaysia on Saturday morning then palabas Malaysia on  Sunday hapon up to evening.i

walk to dhoby gaut mrt and take the red line to Woodlands mrt. (est 45mins)
Pagbaba nyo punta lang kayo sa bus interchange and sakay kayo bus 950.
Malalaman nyo naman nasa wodlands checkpoint na kayo kasi lahat kayo bababa ng bus. (est 10mins)
After SG immigration, sasakay ulit kayo ng bus 950, hanapin nyo lang pila.
pagtawid ng causeway (less than 10 mins if no traffic) bababa na kayo sa JB.
After immigration, lakad lang kayo papunta JB Sentral, look for the signs na lang. basta makikita nyo Starbucks at mga money changers then baba lang kayo sa Terminal.
Sakay kayo bus LM1, pay around 5RM upon boarding ng bus. will take 40mins to 1 hr to Legoland.

if magbubus kayo from Strand hotel going to woodlands checkpoint, sobrang tagal around 50 stops siguro, more than an hour.

Kaya ba ng walking tour ang Merlion park-> Raffles (ano po meron dito?)          -> esplanade (what else to do if hndi naman manood sa theatre?) -> makansutra (dinner) -> helix bridge -> MBS -> GBTB?  Or may iba pa po kayong suggestion? Thanks for the feedback re Redbus.sg, sis forumera & Heatherette! I think mas cheaper bumili ng tickets sa Redbus site instead of Busonline kasi may mga promo sila. We'll be taking the Starmart Express bus from Boon Lay instead of Golden Mile Tower kasi mas malapit ang Boon Lay sa apartment that we're renting in Clementi. Anyway, I'm crossing my fingers na maging okay yung trip namin. Sa August 9 (National Day ng SG) pa naman yung trip namin to KL.

Btw, has anyone tried buy SG$ at Chinatown? Any recommended money changers? Also, how much ba usually ang budget (including top-up) for an EZLink card? We'll be in SG 4n/5d.

Naku, mga sis, na rebook yung Cebu Pac flight namin due to runway closure at Mactan Int'l Airport. Because of that, 2:45am na ang arrival time namin. Haaayyy!! Since we plan to take the trains going to the city, and 7am pa yung check in time namin sa airbnb condo, is there a resto or snack place in the arrivals area that's still open at this time? Dito nalang siguro muna kami maghihintay till the train service resume. Kindly recommend naman mga sis. Pwede din ba mag terminal hehe...Thank you!

Day1: Thursday
0900-1000H Arrival at Changi Airport via Cebu Pac
10-11AM - travel from Airport to Lucky Plaza
11-12PM lunch
12-1PM Lucky plaza, CebuAir and Travel to buy tickets for USS,
1-3PM check in at Strand Hotel
3-4Pm Merlion Park
4-5Pm - helix bridge
5-7PM - Gardens by the Bay 2 conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Dome)
730-830PM - GBTB light show (supertree grove)
930PM - MBS Light show

Day 2 Friday
8-9AM travel from Hotel to Cable Car
9-10Am - Cable Car
10-6PM –  USS
6-7PM - dinner
7-830Pm - Sentosa
830PM - Wings of Time
930PM - travel back to hotel

Day 3 Saturday
Initially planned for LEGOLAND, but since weekend, we decided to cancel it nalang to avoid traffic and long lines sa park.

Day 4 Sunday
Any suggestions where to go? Initial plan was Jurong bird park and Night Safari but parang boring naman.
i'm thinking of going back to Sentosa for Cable car, Luge, SG flyer, Madame Tussade and SEA Aquarium.

Day 5 Monday
9AM - Open time, Maybe Bugis, Orchard, Little India and Chinatown Area for pasalubong
*Any suggested plan for the morning?
3PM Check out Hotel
330PM – 430PM – travel to Airport
