Sa mga shoppaholic like me yung mga magagandang damit sa bugis na mura and maganda quality kadalasan sa pinaka loob pa and sa taas tuwing mamimili ako doon tig 5$ (150php) lang ang hinahanap ko pero maganda na. Sa mga sulok sulok lang. Yung mga tindahan na mejo tago. Nililibot ko kasi lahat yun as in lahat haha ganon ako kaadik sa damit.

Ano po mas ok, yung ez link card or Sg tourist pass? For those who did the skyride/luge, sulit po ba?

Mas sulit for us yung ez link (we were there ~6 days) kase use as you go, so parang per day nakaka-$5 lang kami -- versus sg pass na $10 per day.

Edit: And you can use ez link sa convenience stores. The sg pass you can only use it sa transpo (once nagexpire as a tourist pass magiging normal ez link na).

@ pchym: EZ Link is much better than SG tourist pass, usually di ka naman aabot ng more than $10 a day unless super ikot ka na nun. Every time we go to SG, it's a must for us to take the skyride/luge, even my nephew (6yrs old) loves it, gustong ulitin pa.

Here's our Itinerary:

Day 1 (Sunday):
1340 - 1710 | Travel to Singapore
1800 | Check-in to Hotel (Hotel still tentative)
1900 | Dinner, will try to find near Hawker Center

Day 2 (Monday):
AM: St. Andrew's Cathedral > Chijmes > Asian Civilization Museum > Esplanade Park and take lunch
PM: Merlion Park > Art Science Museum > Marina Bay Sands > Singapore Flyer > Dinner at Makansutra

Day 3 (Tuesday):
AM: Chinatown Heritage Centre > Sri Mariamman Temple > Clarke Quay and take lunch
PM: Singapore Zoo > River Safari > Night Safari

Day 4 (Wednesday):
AM: Universal Studios Singapore
PM: Sentosa Island

Day 5 (Thursday):
AM: Orchard Road (visit malls) and take lunch
PM: Gardens by the Bay

Day 6-7 (Friday-Saturday): Kuala Lumpur Leg

Day 8 (Sunday): Fly back to Singapore
AM: Bugis Junction to buy souvenirs
PM: Free Hours (will meet friends)

Day 9 (Monday):
AM: Check out Hotel
PM: Travel to Changi Airport > Travel to Manila

Will be going to SG next week and I need help with our itinerary.

Day 1
We will be staying at the Carlton Hotel, next to Raffles mall, arrival is 11:30AM so should get to the hotel by 12NN. We can leave our luggage and have lunch while waiting for check-in at 2PM.

Suggestions please on where we should eat?

Head back to hotel after lunch to check-in then head out again.

MBS > Helix Bridge > Esplanade > Merlion > Marina Bay Sands > Garden by the Bay and Satay By the Bay

Day 2
Brunch with Friends
Chinese Heritage Center
Sri Mariamman Temple

What else can we do?

We have a reservation at Jumbo Seafood at Clarke Quay at 10PM so I was thinking we can be there about 8PM to walk around before eating. No idea what to do before then

Day 3
Singapore Zoo til early afternoon?
Orchard Road?
Suggestion on where to eat.

Day 4
Our flight is at noon so we probably won't be able to do anything, except maybe an early breakfast. Suggestion??

Also, I want to bring back salted egg potato chips as pasalubong. I think there are two kinds that are popular, what are your recommendations?

I agree masaya ang luge! You can get the 3 skyride + 3 luge deal para mas mura.

Merlion > Esplanade > Helix Bridge > MBS > Garden by the Bay/Satay by the Bay

Unless gusto nyo mag dalawang round ng lakad, medyo malayo yan ha.

^^No need, kaya syang lakarin. Wag lang MBS tapos Merlion tapos balik nanaman ng MBS, yan ang nakakapagod.

Pero I suggest maglakad kayo sa Marina area pag hapon na para hindi na mainit.

Are you planning to go inside Gardens by the Bay? If yes, pwedeng ganito:

Gardens by the Bay Domes (since aircon sila), then early dinner at Satay by the Bay (hawker type to ha). Then walk to MBS > cross the Helix Bridge > Marina Bay Grandstand > Makasuntra area > Esplanade (the durian shape building) > Cross the new bridge from Esplanade to Merlion

After that pwede na kayo balik ng hotel.

From Bayfront MRT to Gardens by the Bays Domes to Satay by the Bay balik ng MBS mahabang lakaran na yan then walk to Merlion park pa. goodluck!
kung may kids and oldies hinde to kaya, mga oldies na napasyal ko sinusukuan ang gardens by the bay, tanaw kasi malayo yung domes, nagsshuttle sila. May lakaran din from domes to to Satay by the Bay.

Thanks for all the inputs! Will choose adventure cove over sg zoo na lang. Feeling ko mas mag eenjoy mga bata. Then we'll do the skyride and luge po. Is anyone aware of the sentosa fun package offers at the smx convention on july 9-10?sulit kaya? Need to revise my iti then. Which should come first, USS + skyride/luge or adventure cove + skyride/luge (different days) then Legoland the following day. Maraming salamat po uli. 😊

^Thanks sis heatherette! Ano ba magandang order, mon kami mag USS then tues yung adventure cove + skyride/luge then wed legoland or mon ang adventure cove then tues na lang kami mag USS. Baka kasi mapagod mga kids. Legoland yung last namin. Thanks po in advance.

^^Mas better yung una. Para di 2 theme parks na back-to-back since may bata kayong kasama.

Marami naman tao pero malaki naman kasi yung lugar na yan so hindi siya napupuno except siguro sa Merlion Park. Palagi maraming tao dun kahit weekdays. Unahan magpa-picture haha

Sisses, question lang.  How do we get to the Henderson Waves na very minimal lang ang walking?  Can we take the cable car from Harbourfront to Mt. Faber and pabalik naman, same mode din, Mt. Faber to Harbourfront cable car?  Lapit na ba Henderson Waves from the Mt. Faber Station?  Thanks

Hello again! Question lang po. Ano meron kapag hungry ghost festival? Holiday po ba nun sa Sg at Malaysia? August 31 kasi siya tatapat sa Legoland ang punta namin on that day. Thanks in advance! 😊
