^wala masyado sis. Been there last friday lang, 11am na kami dumating pero nasakyan namin lahat ng rides. Naka ilang ulit kami sa Battlestar Galactica hehe.

No need for express pass as long as maaga kayo dun at unahin niyo na yung mga popular rides. Ganun ginawa namin.

2. Revenge of the Mummy
3. Jurassic Park

etc... Pag dating namin dun ng 9:30AM, nauna na kami kaagad

mga sis, a noob question. i purchased a singapore cable car sky pass at klook. nakalagay doon pwede siya sa mt. faber at sentosa line. what does it mean? i'll choose whether i'll use it sa sentosa or mt. faber? we'll ride the cable car kasi papunta uss. kindly enlighten me mga sis. first time ko sa sg.

one way ticket ba sis? Yung first SG kasi namin, nag-avail lang ko ng tour sa travel agency. Then binaba kami sa Mt Faber, from there sumakay kami ng cable car going to Sentosa (binigyan kami ng one way ticket). From Sentosa naman, nagbus na kami going back to the hotel. So kung one way ticket siya, pili ka na lang sa dalawa. Kung roundtrip naman, pili ka kung san starting point mo.

Nung second SG kasi namin, DIY na lahat and train lang kami to Sentosa.

@forumera hindi rin kami nag-express pass, nasakyan naman namin yung mga gusto namin. Yung Revenge of the Mummy, hubby ko lang sumakay. Mas mabilis yata pag mag-isa, sinisingit na lang kasi. hehe! Inuna namin yung Transformers tapos last naman Jurassic Park Ride, if ever mabasa kami.

true, near USS closing time, short na ang queue sa mga rides.
If you have the whole day naman for USS, I don't think kelangan pa express pass.

@tomatostellar, I think lahat ng punta ko sa USS ng weekdays meron pa din pila talaga esp the popular rides around noon time, pag pag gabi na wala ng pila.
Last visit ko USS was on a Sunday, took us only 10mins to queue for Transformers, tanghali pa yun, sinwerte lang siguro    Battlestar naman salamat sa ulan hinde kami pumila ng matagal

mga sis wala bang issue ang airbnb sa sg? nabasa ko kasi illegal raw doon if you will have a short stay... gusto ko sana doon kaso nag aalangan ako dahil dito  ..any clarification about this lalo na sa naka try na doon? TIA...

^ ang alam ko illegal iparent for short stay are the HDB units.
So far sa airbnb puro condo naman /landed houses nakikita ko or yung iba nasa commercial buildings.

anyway, another question. gusto ko kasi pumunta sa botanical at orchid garden, then i wanna go din sa gardens by the bay. ano ba pagkakaiba ng dalawa?or i can skip na one of them?

We stayed in an Airbnb unit last December. 8-10 mins walk from wheelock place in orchard road.

Here is my 5day itinerary. please help me if correct yung activities in a day. And the allotted time per activity. First time namin sa SG. We are booked at Strand Hotel.

Day1: Thursday
0900-1000H Arrival at Changi Airport via Cebu Pac
10-11AM - travel from Airport to Lucky Plaza
11-12PM lunch
12-1PM Lucky plaza, CebuAir and Travel to buy tickets for USS, Legoland ETC
1-3PM check in at Strand Hotel
3-4Pm Merlion Park
4-5Pm - helix bridge
5-7PM - Gardens by the Bay 2 conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Dome)
730-830PM - GBTB light show (supertree grove)
930PM - MBS Light show

Day 2 Friday
8-9AM travel from Hotel to Cable Car
9-10Am - Cable Car
10-6PM –  USS
6-7PM - dinner
7-830Pm - Sentosa
830PM - Wings of Time
930PM - Lake Hollywood Spectacular or Lake of Dreams
1030PM - travel back to hotel

Day 3 Saturday
Initially planned for LEGOLAND, but since weekend, we decided to cancel it nalang to avoid traffic and long lines sa park.
830AM- 130Pm - Jurong Bird Park
130-2PM - travel to river Safari
230-7PM - River Safari

Day 4 - Sunday
10-6PM – Singapore Zoo
6-7 – Dinner
730 - 1130Pm – Night Safari

Day 5 Monday
9AM - Open time, Maybe Bugis, Orchard, Little India and Chinatown Area for pasalubong
*Any suggested plan for the morning?
3PM Check out Hotel
330PM – 430PM – travel to Airport

Super fun ng SG trip namin, 6 days pero bitin na bitin, so many reasons to go back, sigh.

Here is my review:

Flight: Singapore Airlines, 17k pesos for me and my son (adult fare kasi promo), no delays, comfortable trip, thumbs up.

Stayed at: a condo thru Airbnb, when I check his post in Airbnb all good reviews, kaso when we got there, di ma close yung sliding door sa may veranda, di naman kami naakyat-condo hahaha, wala naman nawala. 32k+ for 5 nights divided by 4 adults, so around 8k, not bad.

Attractions:
USS - purchased Express Pass, best decision.
SEA - not bad but I was not amazed. we went here first before USS.
SG Zoo - my tip for you is to follow the scheduled feeding trail. check shows' schedule and follow it too.
River Safari - huhuhu inulan, hindi kami nakapag boat, nag extra bayad pa naman kami for Amazon River Quest
LEGOLAND - my kid enjoyed it very very much, nasa bus pa lang kami sigaw na ng sigaw kasi natanaw na ang hotel. ang mura ng Legos nila hehe, compared ditto sa PH ah.

Transpo: all hands down, very convenient and MRT nila. there was a day na kami lang ng 3-year old kid ko ang nag gala, yung iba naming kasama nag shopping, while us, sumabit sa friends ko na nag check in sa THE Marina Bay Sands Hotel, at hindi ako na stress sa pag uwi namin from hotel to condo. We did not stay overnight sa hotel, nag swimming lang kami hehe.

RedBus.sg - very good, nung papunta 8 lang kami hehe, nung pauwi medyo ugh kasi may kasabay kami na mga indians na very strong ang smell. as in from 8 naging 18 kami. kamusta naman ang odor di ba.

Next stop, Japan, daw, sana matuloy. Maraming Maraming thank you sa lahat ng sumagot sa mga tanong ko. Bye SG thread hehe.

Yeah ako rin sis im considering mag air bnb na  lang. At least we can cook in case na magutom aa gabi. Yung nakikita ko kasi na mura sa geylang, ayoko naman sa area na yun. Anywaya hows youe airbnb experience? Okay lang ba? And how do you pay pag airbnb ang gagawin? First time ko sakali kasi mga sis mag airbnb. Tnx

this is the unit where we stayed for 5 nights, 32k something. very near MRT, Farrer Park station, purple line, very near Mustafa Center, as in walking distance. What we do, we eat breakfast here before umalis, pag uwi minsan nagluluto din minsan hindi, hehe. Kung mag Airbnb kayo at magluluto, bili na kayo supplies ditto kasi, nag grocery kami sa Mustafa, medyo hindi ko kilala mga tinda nila hahaha, may binili kami sabi sa package chicken nuggets pero lasang siomai haha, meron din naman grocery na matino, mga 2 blocks away, nasa basement ng isang building.

payment made thru credit card.

okay sakin Airbnb kasi nakaglaba pa ako ng mga light clothing and undies hehe

kung may kasama kayo or kayo mismo, smoker, okay na okay ditto kasi may veranda

where's the best area to book a hotel/room? orchard, bugis, geylang? we wanted sana yung strategic yung lugar, parang center of everything.

^in my experience basta malapit ka sa MRT keri na hehe

^^Orchard or Bugis, parehong okay. Pero mas prefer ko Bugis since mas mahal mga hotels sa Orchard.
 
Wag sa Geylang. Red light district yun. Hehe.
