^sis may BPI credit card ka ba? Mag Singapore Airlines ka kung may BPI cc ka. May Singapore Explorer Pass ka pa. Google it for details. Pero don't book online, book on Feb19-21 sa Glorietta. Or sa ticket office nila or accredited travel agents. They have as low as 150usd

wala ako credit card sis saka wala din ako sa Pinas ngayon. sayang naman. good deal yan ah.

@ToughEmpress sis we bought NETS Card in Changi Airport for SGD12, with SGD7 for travel value and SGD5 non-refundable.

OT: I'd like to ask rin sa mga nakaalis at nakabalik na and sa mga paalis pa lang, did you opt and are you opting to plastic cling wrap your luggage? Hindi na kasi kami bumili ng new luggage.

is it true na sa booth lang pwede bumili ng SG flyer tix? yun kasi nakalagay sa site ng SG flyer mismo. they will not honor tix bought from other sites daw... is this true?

sis @ToughEmpress we loaded twice SGD10 pero may natira pa sa NETS ko na SGD9 point something, medyo malayo kami kaya mas mahal ang fare namin. hindi ko na ni-surrender yung NETS ko kasi plan ko pa bumalik ng SG hehe ü

^ sis clarify ko lang ah, i think sis esmeggle refers to ezlink card not NETS card.
An ezlink card costs $12, with a stored value of $7. You can use this in MRT, bus, some establishments (can check their website)
ezlink cards are not NETS card AFAIK because all my ezlink does not have the logo for NETS.

Another type of card you can use is the NETS FlashPay MRT Card but hinde ko alam price nito, this is like a cash card and can be use sa madaming stores, yeah this one uses NETS.

Medyo generic kasi ang term na NETS card, it's like a Payment Processing System. parang Mastercard/Visa, baka pag bumili kayo sa counter ng mrt at matapat sa masungit na Auntie, hinde kayo magkaintindihan

^Sis, may free payphone sa Changi so you can contact your Airbnb host. May wifi din dun

Nasa SG na pala kami. Na-delay ang flight papunta ng mga 1 and a half due to technical problem with Cebu Pac's plane. Lumipat kami ibang plane.

Pagkadating namin we reloaded our EZ Link card. Then nagpunta na kami sa hotel to check-in. Naka-early check-in pala kami. Before that pala we ate lunch at DTF. Mahal hahaha

Next stop namin sa Lucky Plaza to get tickets to Legoland and GBTB.

Legoland pala tumaas ang price. From SGD45 naging SGD47. Bumili din kami combi tickets for Marina Bay Observation Deck and GBTB at SGD39. Naka-tipid kami ng SGD3 than if we buy it separately - GBTB SGD20 and Observation Deck SG22.

Medyo mainit pala kahapon pero kaya naman. Our original plan was to go to Merlion Park - Esplanade - Makansutra dinner - Helix Bridge - MBS Observation Deck kaso di na kami nakapunta ng Merlion Park. Another day na siya.

btw, isang napaka-weird na tanong. haha! we'll take the bus kasi from airport to condo. paano ko malaman na yun na yung stop namin.19 stops later kasi according to gothere.sg... may LED signage ba na nagfa-flash just like in HK kung anong stop yun? ;-) i never got to take the bus kasi nung nag-SG kami,e. hehe

^ some buses have LED signage, but not a lot (and from experience minsan mali pa). i think your best bet would be to ask the bus driver to let you know if it's your stop na, or try to look for landmarks na malapit sa condo. counting stops won't work din kasi if there's no one waiting at the bus stop and no one pressed the button to alight, the bus can skip the stop entirely.

^Sis I suggest check for landmarks. Let's say 3 stops before your stop may so and so bldg or establishment, para at least ma-alert ka na malapit ka na bumaba.

Minsan ayaw ng driver na kinakausap sila lalo na pag nagmamaneho, takaw aksidente kasi yan.

You may also check Google Map Street View. Saan ba ang location ng condo na pupuntahan nyo baka matulungan ka namin, you can PM me sis.

Day 2 at USS

Success!!! Last time we were at USS umulan tapos Sunday pa so ang daming tao. Kanina konti lang at di ganun kahaba ang pila. We were to ride the following:

Transformers
Revenge of the Mummy
Jurassic Park Rapid Adventures
Canopy Flyer
Puss in Boots na ride
Carousel haha
Crate Adventure
Enchanted Airways
Shrek 4D
Lights, Camera, Action

Dapat mag-Spaghetti Chaser kami kaso nagkaroon ng technical problem so binigyan kami ng single pass na ginamit namin ulit sa Transformers 40 mins din ang waiting time.

Umuulan siya pero mabilis din mawala. Di na kami nagdala ng umbrella.

Nakapagpapicture din kami sa ibang characters. Natapos kami mga 5:30 na then nagpunta ng Merlion Park na na-missed namin kahapon. Picture dun then punta Ion Orchard ulit at may mga binili

I suggest to buy SIM card and load Na Lang for data. Use waze or google maps. You don't really expect  the bus driver to advise you if you reach your stop. At the same time, compare the taxi and bus stop and mrt rates Minsan of group of 4 cheaper Ang taxi. Download grab too

^ sis okay ba yung HI! TOURIST prepaid sim ng Singtel? 15sgd with 4GB data. 500 minutes local calls. 100 local sms. 30 mins international calls. San pwede bumili nito sa Changi Terminal 2? If ever hindi ko mapagana yung data dahil sa settings will they assist me?

^ sis inconvenient ang bus from Airport to that place kasi may transfer pa pala. If not cab then take the MRT instead. Nearest station is Downtown  or pwede din Marina Bay.
Buy a local sim here, mahal mag roaming. AFAIK sa airport walang mabibili nung $15. Yung 30$ sim binebenta nila dun.
Singtel and Starhub meron nung $15 sim, both have $18 value
Yung sa starhub may free 100GB data!

^ yes sis, same line pa din, lilipat lang kayo platform pag labas nyo ng train sa tanah merah,  left door ng train kayo lalabas then andun na din ang platform towards city/joo koon.

the simcards are available in micro/nano and the regular sim. you can buy prepaid sims sa 7-11, and starhub/singtel shops.
