« on: January 22, 2016, 08:58:21 am »
Hello sissies!

I haven't seen any thread about this. Hence, creating one.

The one na parang tinitimbang and hindi naka box?
Kumusta po sa skin?

Thank you! :)

i love ABS. it's good for my dry skin, makes it supple and soft, plus it gives me a certain glow. nothing bad to say about it but maybe the scent is off-putting for some, mabilis matunaw and yes expensive. 500 pesos for a few grams of soap is really mahal. plus it's so elusive, where do you buy yours?

I used to buy from a seller, way back Multiply days and V&M but ang tagal na nyang walang stock. :(

^nakaka frustrate dry skin noh, sis. if i were to choose, mas gusto ko na sigurong oily skin mas madali i-manage since most products out there target this type of skin. sa dry skin, we are often taken for granted bihira ang products for us. hehe

anyway on topic: V&M has African black soap kaso now wala pang stocks ang tagal tagal na. siguro half a year na yata. i was told their supplier from Ghana had issues so they had to look for other manufacturers in the area. sad ang ganda pa naman nito sa dry skin sobra hehe.

I got one from my neighbor for free  haha. 299.00 daw yun online nya nabili. I haven't tried mine pero bakit di black yung nasaken? more like caramel/choco yung kulay? raw soap daw to and came from ghana? now i'm  starting to doubt my neighbor's intention tingin siguro nya dry skin ko lol praning lang.

^^lol, omg. same tayo ng kapalaran sa skin, pag itchy, paggising ko my sugat na din ako haha. anyway, good news, found a seller sa ig who sells raw ABS, 400+ for 200g and 200+ for 100g not bad. will try hers pagkaubos ng mga bar soap ko dito.

^yes sis yun raw ABS earthy scent na brown sya, then malambot sobra. parang may kung ano pa syang stuff sa soap mismo, basta iba ibang texture, kinda rough yung ibang stuff sa soap so hindi sya pwede directly i-scrub sa face. hindi sya typical bar soap na smooth ganon.

kanino kaya nakabili si neighbor mo? hehe

ako i pull or cut a small amount of the soap, knead it to a ball, mga kasinglaki ng marble, roll until smooth na sya and halos nasa loob na yung granules/particles. di ko sya directly ginagamit sa skin kasi may particles sya talaga and baka masugat ako. so i rub my hands then work up a lather, then saka ko sya isabon.

di ko sya binababad sa skin kasi sobrang squeaky and tight if i do so, kaya sandali lang talaga then rinse.

^ Same tayo sis, I cut it into small bars kase madaling matunaw and I lather it lang sa hands ko. May exfoliating properties sya, so 1-2 times a week ko lang to ginagamit kapag nag-mmask ako. Super clean yung feeling after. Hindi naman ako nagbreakout so far (sensitive skin here).

I bought mine sa IG (@beautybarbsorganics).

Anong name ng shop sis? Para may maraming options tayo. Haha! :)

entire body and sometimes sa face sis since it's good for exfoliating. i read pa na pwede din syang shampoo, but haven't tried that though. :)

^^ I just use it sa face sis. Nanghihinayang kase ako if gagamitin sa body. Pricey kase! haha.

Same yung hitsura, looks like a salted caramel brownie ;D Meron kase yellow spots due to shea butter, which has an earthy smell. I actually use shea butter to moisturize my flaky itchy arms due to dryness. >:(

Yung nakuha kong product nga pala merong small granules/particles. Sabi sa note, volcanic ashes daw to.

is this the type of soap na moisturized ang feeling na it feels gross to use lotion? because your skin was left super moisturized na?

hindi ko alam if ako lang ba or talagang drying siya? my face became somehow flaky na parang may rashes. :( super dry yung face ko na hindi maintindihan :( my husband had the same experience too.

I have few pieces left. let me know sissies if you want.

Stopped using this na. bumalik ako sa kojic. hopefully mag clear out na face ko and mawala yung roughness. ang pangit ng face ko. huhu  :'(

I had hormonal acne for the longest time and halos lahat ng products na-try ko and pa-derma. But only the African Black Soap made a significant change in my skin! Wala na yung big, cystic acne. I still get zits here and there pero nasa surface na lang sila and hindi na malaki and painful. I am glad I discovered this soap. I use the brand Shea Moisture. Super bango pa
