Tagal ko na hindi nakakapag bake due to pregnancy.

May sis na nagshare ng nutella brownies recipe dito, gusto ko itry. May mga nakita rin ako sa net, yung iba may dinagdag na brown sugar and baking soda. Looks yummy!

Re caramel, gusto ko rin bumili. May nakita ako before sa all about baking, naka plastic pouch. Parang ok pang drizzle sa cupcakes.

For those who frequent Farmer's Market in Cubao, MK Kitchen Supplies has some relatively affordable baking stuff. Wala pa ako time to go to Killion, unfortunately Excited to make red velvet cupcakes and light fruit cake this weekend!

What brand of baking glassware aside from Pyrex do you recommend? Yung good quality and with warranty din. Puro Pyrex kasi kami ever since medyo sawa na I'm thinking baka may ibang ok din.

What's an alternative to Hershey's chocolate chips (semi sweet), I find local brands too sweet and less chocolate-y or should I just add some local dark choco chips to achieve that???

Also, where's your favorite baking shops po.

@shyla_c For special baking ingredients, I go to Chocolate Lovers or WonderBake @ UP Town Center. For baking stuff, I like Gourdo's, Pioneer Supermarket or MK Kitchen

Hello! You can buy whipping cream at big groceries. I bought one at Landmark, found also at waltermart in Chino roces and Rustans usually they are refrigirated also ar Chocolate Lovers. I am also in search of buttermilk. But there are alternatives.

Yung nakita kong buttermilk sa Sweetcraft (bukas pa ba to?) e powder.  Pano ba pagtimpla nun?  Ang good substitute ba yun sa fresh buttermilk?

I miss baking so much. may problem kasi sa oven namin since December and haven't had the time to fix it.

Can anyone recommend a good shop where to buy gas oven that's not so expensive? aside from olx.

^^hi sis! may nakita akong imarflex outlet store sa may gil puyat, medyo malapit sa LRT station. balak ko rin kasi bumili pag nasira na yung turbo ko. sabi ni hubby dun daw dati madalas bumili yung tito nya.
