sis crzysxycl, napapansin ko sa umaga maliit yung tummy ko tapos sa hapon medyo malaki naman sya. ewan ko ba baket ganon. pero hindi ako nag aalala kasi ang likot ni baby, lalo na kapag gabi pag nakahiga ako. pag andito ako sa office madalas ko rin syang nararamdamang gumagalaw.

re pangangati ng tummy, saken 1st tri pa lang nangangati lagi yung tummy ko. at di ko maiwasang mag kamot ang ginagawa ko nilalagyan ko ng HHN sunflower oil.

sis xadie28, yun nga iniintay kong irequest niya eh. pero hindi niya naman nirerequest. tanong ko ulit pagcheck up ko, ang kulit ko lang. hehe anong nakikita pagnagpaganon sis? yung sayo daw, active contraction daw ba yung sayo? naninigas padin tummy mo til now?

sa 1st baby ko sis twice ako nag stress test, yung unang stress ko siguro 1 hr ako sa labor room. minonitor nila yung contraction ko if i remember correctly 6months na kami noon. tapos after 1 hr pinauwi din ako, pinag take lang ako ni ob ng ixosilan. the second time na nag stress test ako 7 months naman ako noon, active labor na yung contraction ko pero close pa yung cervix ko. more than 24hrs ako noon sa labor room. akala ko nga manganganak na ako noon, pero thank God hindi pa nag pumilit lumabas si baby.
dito kay baby ngayon, may time na tumitigas yung tummy ko pero di ako nababahala feeling ko part lang ng laki nya ito
pag masakit yung tummy mo sis tapos tumitigas, inform mo si ob. baka nga need mo pa stress test

shegie hindi ko alam sis kung kasabihan lang talaga about sa pagkamot ng tyan gamit ang kuko, pero iniiwasan ko rin, wala naman mawawala hehe. yung SIL ko naka 2 babies na sya, walang stretch marks, wala rin sya nilalagay basta hindi lang daw nya kinakamot saka di sya nagsusuot ng undies or shorts na masikip.

120515 scary nga ng nangyari sayo, ingat lagi sis. naku, lalo pag dito sa pinas kasi napaka init ng panahon ngayon.

Which is Witch sis yung paninigas ba ng tyan since 1st trimester mo pa nafifeel? ako kasi once ko palang naramdaman, nakahiga ako noon tapos parang seconds lang ang tinagal nya.

xadie ganun din ako sa umaga sis, mas maliit ang tyan ko compared pag tanghali or hapon na. siguro sis dahil wala pa laman ang tyan hehe.

hindi ko pa rin nararamdaman yung sipa ni baby. meron naman ako nafifeel na konti, pero mahina lang. yung parang tibok sya, tapos isang beses lang, not really parang pulse tapos nandun sya sa pwesto ni baby so feeling ko sya yun.

mga sis pinag abdominal binder nga pala ako ni OB para maitaas daw yung tyan ko. hindi ko naitanong further details sa dami ng tanong ko kasi sa kanya nung last visit ko. meron din ba sa inyong ganito? sabi ng tita ko na midwife, support daw dahil bumibigat ang baby.. pag hindi raw kasi nag binder, prone na sumakit yung pempem na parang mahuhulog daw ang puson mo, dahil daw bumibigat ang baby. kaya kahit mainit ngayon at minsan eh nasisikipan din ako, tinitiis ko nalang tong binder. ang dami kailangan tiisin, can't wait na makapag LOA na para makapahinga rin ako ng bongga.

sis xadie28, hindi naman siya masakit. Nagbabasa basa ko. and it felt more like braxton hicks. kasi nabasa ko pagcontraction, painful and hindi siya nawawala pagnagchange ka ng position. yun sakin naman, paghumiga ako paleft nagiging okay na. pero syempre sasabihin ko pa din kay OB para sure.


sis crzysxycl, hindi sis. lately lang, nung nagsimula na nga siya gumalaw. so sana nga dahil lang sa paggalaw niya yun sis siya na yun, yung 1st kong nafeel, parang tibok na isang beses lang. Di ko rin sure that time kung siya na yun, pero now, sure na ko. Kaso yung ganung tibok na feeling, mas madalas na siya at saka mas malakas na. So feeling ko si baby na yan! mababa ba yung tummy mo kaya pinagbinder ka? kelan LOA mo sis?

^ thank you for the concern, sissies, i've been mandated by my husband to take a cab home. haha! we're in sg  and owning a car is highly prohibitive here.

^^Ah nito lang pala yung pagtigas ng tummy mo sis. Hindi ko masabi kung mababa tummy ko sis kaya ako pinag binder. Related ba yun sa placenta? Ok naman placenta ko, hindi ko lang naconfirm kay OB para saan yung binder, sabi nya lang para maitaas haha, baka nga nababaan sya sa tummy ko. Masama ba yung ganun sis? Oo nga, feeling ko si baby na yun. Mahina lang kasi, pero dumadalas na rin, minsan di lang isang tibok, mga tatlo hehe. Napaaga LOA ko sis, gang end of March nalang ako mag work. Ok na rin sa akin kasi nahihirapan ako ngayon sa left hand ko, hindi lang ata carpal tunnel syndrome ang meron ako. Yung sa may side ng wrist ko naman ang lagi masakit eh, tapos parang namimitig lagi yung dulo ng mga daliri ko. Sabi ng therapist ko ang sensitive ko raw mag buntis.

I've been having brown spotting last 2-3 days, only bag urinate I wipe and see yellow-brown smear on toilet paper. Super paranoid, although last earlier this week just had check-up/US and doctor found cervical polyp and said that was the reason for my brown spotting last week. I hope it's still due to cervical polyp but worried lang kasi 3 days na. Has anyone experienced the same thing?

sis crzysxycl, baka dahil malaki na yung tummy kaya ned ng support sis? tapos na therapy mo sis? tapos di pa rin nawawala yung sa kamay? ok yan makakapagleave ka na agad, para madaming pahinga.

sis yummymummy, sabi ni ob before pag yellow/ brown spotting/ discharge, pwedeng due to infection. Better magpacheck ka na ulit para sure Baka may need i-take na meds.

^ sis yummymummy, I agree with sis which is witch, you may need to go back to your doctor. I read that if the discharge is yellowish or brown and it has a smell, there might be an infection. better to be safe. did your doctor give you any medication?

^ sis which is witch, yup, it's easy to just call a cab. I do prefer commuting by train though because I get to walk home for the station and I consider that my daily exercise. but yesterday I finally succumbed to the cold virus circulating around our office and sg, so many people everywhere just coughing and sneezing around me for weeks. i had mild fever, headache, clogged nose, and muscle pain the last two days.good thing it was our baby appointment yesterday and the doctor gave me safe medication so I feel more comfortable.

we saw our baby, too! baby is very active - our doctor said "mommy needs to start getting lots of sleep!" hahahaha! our baby kept turning around during the ultrasound, moved his/her arms about, and even kicked around for a bit making it hard to take measurements. based on the ultrasound, our baby is estimated to be 115 grams and looks healthy. all fingers accounted for!

by the way, sissies, how much weight have you guys gained so far? I've already gained 5.2 kg since I got pregnant!  itlooks like the weight is going to my torso and thighs. I've never hit 50 kg in my entire life
and my husband and I just laugh about how fast I gained all this weight. the doctor doesn't seem bothered so we're also not worrying too much. bUt I also don't want to get gestational diabetes.

^ang saya naman pagganun ang baby sa ultrasound! malikot! hehe. Do you know the gender na sis? Ako din sis, nung last check up ko, almost 5kilos yung gain ko. Well,  both my OB and immunologist asked me to eat a lot so I will blame both my doctors kung magka GD ako. hehe pero wag naman sana no!! Yun lang ang worry ko eh, yung bumagsak sa mga lab test. hehe. Next week pa yung lab test ko to check kung may GD, hopefully okay ang result. Sana gumaling ka na agad sis, ang hirap kaya may sakit. sipon pa nga lang hirap na hirap na ko. pahinga ka lang sis!

^ nope, we don't know the gender yet but i feel it's a girl because i've had it very easy but my husband thinks he saw something while baby was tossing about during the ultrasound and he thinks it's a boy. however, we've already told our ob/gyn not to tell us and when the time comes, she'll write it down for us. my friends here who know i'm pregnant have already told me they'll throw a gender reveal party for us so we will pass the envelope to them when ready

^ gender reveal parties are so much fun, sis! we had one for another friend who is also pregnant last january, she's due may. it was a mexican themed party and i voluteered to do the decorations that time. we had papel pecados and fringes in bright mexican colors. we also had a voting clothesline where i printed baby onesie cutouts which said either "it's a boy" or "it's a girl" and guests would choose which was was their guess then they could hang it on a ribbon "clothesline". we used a piñata to reveal the gender, i filled it with confetti and the couple pulled a latch that would allow the confetti to fall out to reveal the gender - it was blue becaus their baby is a boy.

^^for travel, i think it's just a fit for travel certificate from your doctor. my doctor gave me one for our short trip this weekend. then she'll give me another one for my upcoming business trip to korea.

Hello mga sissies! Basa-basa lang ako the past weeks.

May mga tanong sana ako mga sissies that I hope you could help me with. First pregnancy ko kasi to and medyo advanced maternal age na. I'll be 16 weeks na tomorrow. So far, ilan beses na ba kyo na-ultrasound? I had my 1st (trans-V) when I was 6 weeks nung mid  January due to spotting from polyp. During my subsequent visits kay OB, mid Feb and March, wala na ultrasound pero Doppler lang and strong naman heartbeat ni baby. I'll have another visit mid of April and I asked OB if mag-ultrasound kami by then but she said that's not needed naman daw. Di ko alam bakit parang matipid OB ko but on my part sana, I want to know if the baby is growing as expected sa age of gestation nya, especially I lost weight the last 2 months due to nausea/vomiting and ngayong March pa lang ako nakakain maayos. Okay kaya pa-ultrasound ako sa iba?

Noong start ng 2nd trimester nyo when your symptoms have somehow abated, did you also feel na parang di na kayo pregnant? Kasi parang di na ako masyadong bloated and napa-praning ako na parang lumiit pa tuloy ang tummy ko. Hehe.

Lastly, at what month did you feel your baby moved? And paano idescribe?

sis crzysxycl, same tayo hanggang end of march na lang ako dito sa office. and re binder, siguro need ko din nyan kasi ang baba ng tummy. sabi din ng friend ko for back support din yung binder kasi nga di ba lumalaki na mga tummy naten. ngayon nag woworry ako kasi maliit yung tummy ko, marami na ang nakakapansin kaya medyo na papraning ako. 1st week pa ng april next ob visit ko.

sis 120515, get well soon. kwento ko lang, nung friday muntik na akong himatayin and ikaw yung naalala ko. it happened when i was at mcdo, lunch time tapos ang daming tao sa loob. nasa harap na ako ng cashier when i felt something, parang bumagsak yung energy ko at feeling ko namumutla na ako. sakto dumating yung mom ko and i told her na kunin na lang yung order ko. nag lakad ako papunta sa table namin, then i saw the cr, pag pasok ko sumuka ako ng madami then i felt relieved tapos uminom ako ng madaming coke and weird lang pero feeling ko bumaba ang sugar ko kaya nanghina ako tapos ang init pa. but any ways iwas iwas muna tayo sa mataong lugar ngayon kasi sobrang init na.

re weight gain, last check up ko (march 3) 104 lbs ako. pre pregnancy weight ko is 100lbs, so 4 lbs pa lang yung nadagdag saken. mahina kasi akong kumain nung 1st tri, ngayon feeling ko malaki na yung nadagdag kasi may baby bump na ako tapos nag ka roon na ako ng balakang

^ sis xadie28, thanks, sis! good thing you're also alright. it's a scary thing when it happens in public. you're right, we should all be extra careful especially with the hot weather and crowds. about the weight, they do say we'll gain more in the second and third trimesters

Gained 14lbs na at 21 weeks, bumulusok nung nag 2nd-trimester ako since bigla talagang ang takaw ko  last sat check-up namin, pwede na daw ako magpa-Congenital Anomaly Scan on my 22weeks also had my 1st shot of Tetanus Vaccine. Excited na ko magpa-CAS pero nakakakaba..sana ok ang lahat.

Omg I did not receive tetanus vaccine ever. My OB here did not ask me too. I might have it na lang  when I get back in the Philippines.
