But some milk naman has vit D3 na din. :) Calciumade has vit D3 din.

Kasi eversince i took mine last week sobrang dark ng poop ko. I havent asked my OB about it pero sabi ng nurse sister ko baka daw yung iron yun.

^^Oo nga sis eh hehe. Thanks! :)

Yung take ko appetite OB, multivitamins + iron sya.

Uy buti may ganitong thread! Makainom na nga ng milk twice a day.  I read nga dapat we take calcium dahil kung hindi baby will take our calcium!

Fish oil is omega 3. I read if you eat salmon 2x a week then you should be able to get the recommended omega 3. I used to do this before i was pregnant but when i got pregnant hindi ko nagawa, busy sa work hindi kami nagluluto. I started buying eggs that are omega-3 fortified.

For the first three months I took a multi-vitamin with folic acid and omega-3 tablet (dahil nga hindi ako nagsa-salmon). I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow I will ask what vitamins to take.

My first OB suggested that I take caltrate and anmum as source of calcium. Also sanggobion as source of iron... when 9 transferred to my current OB she said ok na kahit Di ako mag anmum so I stopped drinking at 34 weeks...

I remember when my sis was preggy she was taking fish oil... Ako hindi ni recommend ng OB ko. Necessary ba ito?

On top of my Enfamama, Obimin, Iberet with Iron, dinagdagan na rin ako ng Calcium Caltrate. I'm on my 5th month of pregnancy.

Hi Mommies!

On top of my regular prenatal vitamins (Obimin Plus, Calciumade, and Hemarate FA), I also want to take breastfeeding/malunggay supplements as I am currently near my 35th week na and I plan to exclusively breastfeed. I have yet to ask my OB, but are anyone of you doing the same thing, as well, or have done it in the past in previous pregnancies (na you'll take breastfeeding supplements para ready na ang supply once baby comes)?

Thank you!

1st Tri, Folic lang.

2nd Tri, multivitamins, iron supplement and 2x a day na milk (Anmum), pero ginagawa ko lang na once a day.

1st Trimester - Folart and Clusivol OB
                   - Enfamama was prescribed by my OB but I'm not taking it.
2nd Trimester - Clusivol OB and Sangobion
                     -  Enfamama was still prescribed but again I'm not drinking it.  I'd rather drink fresh milk.

subscribing!

early pregnancy ko pala. I'm taking PregnaCare with fish oil tapos anmum. okay na ba iyun? my friends keep on telling me to take more vitamins and no need to drink milk. though di naman nagprescribe si doc ng milk, gusto ko lang maging sure.

^ Sis, during my first trimester, I was only taking Elevit (prenatal vitamin). I checked the vitamin/mineral content, andun naman lahat.

I'm glad also I wasn't required to take milk, dami kasi sugar content nun.

i saw elevit nga din sa pharmacy, sige will try it pag naubos si pregnacare. hihi..

as for the milk sis, yay! i'll ask again my doctor next visit. feeling ko kasi, hindi healthy ang mga kinakain ko, plus puro maaalat ang cravings ko ngayon, kaya kawawa naman si baby ko, baka kulang sa nutrients.  :(

sis ece - I feel you! I feel like I can't properly eat anything else at the moment. :( Sarap kasi ng itlog na maalat tapos may kamatis pa... Hmm!

As for my vitamins, I'm only on my 13th week and prinescribe sakin ni OB is Appetite OB. Saka Enfamama :)
