Hi GTalkers

Can anyone share their thoughts/experiences regarding liking/loving someone but the timing is way off.

just wanna share this line from the american sitcom How I Met Your Mother HIMYM

"If you have chemistry you only need one other thing – timing, but timing’s a b*tch."
- Robin Scherbatsky

yung movie ni maja salvador and dennis trillo na "you're still the one". whenever they would get together wrong timing parati.

meron sigurong ganon na attracted kayo sa isa't isa but the timing is way off. but i always believed that if it's meant for you it will happen. this just doesn't apply in the love department. kahit sa career ganon pilit kang dadalhin kung saan ka talaga dapat.

Right love at the wrong time is still wrong love. As quoted above, timing's a b!tch.

Assuming you feel attracted to a potential partner and start to hit it off, timing strikes again. What if one of you just ended a long-term committed relationship with someone else? What if there are some leftover feelings? You might not be ready to start another relationship yet. What if one of you recently experienced a conflict with a friend or family member? You might feel vulnerable and not ready to trust someone new. What if, instead of meeting in this moment, you met each other 6 months later…how might your behavior be different? More importantly, how might your relationship be different?

hehe to simplify sis I am wanting someone who's not available, not that married pero committed na. We actually went out one time parang day tour out of town trip, just the two of us tapos it just felt so good and happy by being with him and well we both admitted na may chemistry sa end naming dalawa :) Yun nga lang syempre di talaga pwede kasi maling mali and timing is really way off. End of the story hehe

If he can't let go of his present commitment for you, kahit gaano pa yan katagal, chances are, 9 times out of ten, he's just not that into you.  If he is, walang makakapigil sa kanya to be with you - masaktan na ang dapat masaktan, masagasaan na ang dapat masagasaan.

yes tama si engr_neechee, kung gusto may paraan kung ayaw may dahilan. Hindi lang naman chemistry at timing ang kailangan sa relationship marami pa and hindi mo yun makikita sa isang day tour lang TS. And sis sa dami ng pwedeng i-quote si scherbatzky pa, she's a sl*t hahaha..

Timing is everything! Kung para sayo nga yan pati universe magcoconspire for you to be together as what the others say if it's meant to be everything will fall into place. If it isn't kahit anong gawin niyo di tayo aayon yan.

It happened to me whenever isa samen ang avail yung isa hinde at kahit ipilit namen maging kame madaming nasasaktan, madaming naapektuhan so how can theat be a right love if it's always the wrong time? Hay nako. Haha. Ang toxic nung meron kame nun. Eventually wala na rin kame nagawa so naglet go na lang kame both.

The way I have experienced it -- Timing & Priorities are 1 and the same when it comes to relationships.

Kung ang priority eh ibang tao  o ibang bagay (career, for example) -- then the Timing is wrong.
Kapag ikaw na ang  priority nya AND sya  na ang priority mo -- Timing for you 2 is right.

Yeah timing is a b!tch indeed.

Met a married guy. We both get along so well but we both know it just can't be us. So okay lang na friends kami. He never took advantage. Kaya lang it is so hard to remain just friends. We tried so hard cause we both don't want to lose each other but if we continue seeing each other baka saan na mapunta cause the attraction is just too much. He admitted that he is always thinking of me and he felt so bad that he thinks of me even during his intimate moments with his wife.

Oh well. Maybe in another life na lang. Can't believe this really happens. Akala ko sa movies lang. But we stayed "good" naman. Kakahinayang nga yung friendship eh. Too complicated na lang talaga. Mahirap sobra.

Napa-share tuloy ako. Sakto naman pagbalik ko ng GT may ganitong topic. Para bang nang-aasar eh. :p

may ganito din akong issue hehe.. might share it here since i've never told anybody in person.
we used to be friends. we hung out too many times. then na-develop.
one day, ewan ko kung anong nangyari but we suddenly fell apart. he said he only wanted to be friends. mejo malabo kasi hindi naman kami though i was expecting that we would go through that road as well anytime soon.
that same time my ex (now my husband) came back. 3 years later we got married.
sa loob ng 3 years na yun, yung friend na tinutukoy ko sa taas - nagkikita pa rin kami though hindi na ganun kadalas kasi nagkaron din sya ng girlfriend. but the chemistry didn't change. as in masaya pa rin kami and there were times when i think, bakit nga ba hindi na lang kami? hahaha.
even after i got married, we still see each other. as if we were the same goofy ones 3 years ago. hindi ko alam kung naiisip nya rin minsan na sayang, kasi wala -- kasal na ako eh! haha. mahal na mahal ko naman yung husband ko, however iba rin kasi yung samahan namin nung friend ko na yun. i can say na meron talaga kaming spark. hanggang ngayon naiisip ko pa rin sya, maybe more now than before. :'(
