It rains daily for less than an hour. Usually lunch time and then sa gabi. Things can change by July.

Will be going to Baguio next week for Father's day celebration. Nakacheck-in kami sa The Manor.

Mga sis, what would you recommend na activities within or near CJH lang? Dalawa kasi dala kong kids, my 5yo daughter and my 7 mos son. Gusto ko lang ng relaxed vacation, di masyadong toxic.

All the while I was thinking na ang tanong nya is dun sa area na may mga museum and halls kaya sabi ko lakad lang haha

Hello Sisses! Just sharing our Baguio trip last June 17-19. Dumating kami ng Baguio 4am via first class ng victory liner. Yung weather, ok lang, malamig pero hindi ganon kalamig katulad ng dati. We headed to Venus Parkview Hotel where i do our reservation. Nagbaka sakali kami na pwede mag early check in kasi super aga namin dumating pero sadly hindi daw pwede kasi walang available na room. So iniwan na lang namin ang gamit namin dun and nagsimula kami na kami magtour. Here are the places na pinuntahan namin:

Day 1 - As early as 5:30 am - Lions Head
By 6am nasa PMA na kami pero wrong move kasi 8am pa pala ang visiting hour. We have no choice but to wait then.
10am - Camp John Hay - The Manor - the place is so beautiful. The Garden. Nawala ang antok and pagod namin. Picture opt.
12:00: Botanical Garden - since maaga pa kami for check in pumunta na din kami dito para mabawasan yung pupuntahan namin sa hapon.

By 1am nasa hotel na kami for check in but was disappointed kasi di pa din available yung room. So we waited until 2pm pa talaga para maka check in and pahinga.

We started again our tour at 4:00pm. We went to Mines View & Good shepherd.
5:30pm - Wright park - buti na lang maliwanag pa so nag horse back riding and picture opt pa kami. We went also to The Mansion pero hanggang 5pm lang pala open so sa labas lang ng gate nakapag pa picture. hahaha

Was not able to eat at Ketchup Community kasi ang daming tao. We just ate at SM na lang because where going to buy extension cord na din kasi sa hotel, 2 lang ang available na socket for 6 person room ha ( by the way, we got economy room good for six at Venus parkview)
10pm - night market at session road.
1am - finally rest na


Day 2 - Woke up early for our La Trinidad trip

8am - La Trinidad Strawberry Farm - no strawberry picking and sobrang putik. huhuhu. We just bought lettuce na lang and we ate strawberry taho and ice cream there.
9:30 am - Lourdes Grotto
10:30 am - Baguio Cathedral
We ate at Jollibee near the cathedral  as our meryenda before we go back to hotel to take a rest.
3:00pm - Burnham park until sunset.

6:30pm -  We ate dinner at The Solibao Restaurant near Burnham park. Ok [textspeak!] food and mura lang. 
8:00 pm - headed to SM again. Had our coffee at Starbucks because its our last day.

DAY 3 - We just fix our things na lang kasi the bus is schedule to depart baguio at 12:10 at the afternoon.

Will definitely go back.

My bf and I will visit Baguio this coming August. Ask ko lang mga sis if anong mas okay, Hotel 45 or Baguio Village Inn? Or kung may iba pa kayong affordable accommodation na pwedeng irecommend, please share. Thanks!

Hi sis, I haven't tried Baguio Village Inn but I've tried the two hotels of Hotel 45. Yung sa gitna ng session road and yung sa upper session near SM. Yung sa near SM is fairly newer than the one sa gitna ng session. I say fairly newer kasi luma na talaga ang branch sa gitna ng session PERO the rooms sa pinaka top floor are better than the rooms sa ibang floors and yung rooms have private T&B while yung ibang rooms sa baba are shared.

All rooms sa branch near SM may sariling T&B.

I checked sa map yung Baguio Village Inn and medyo malayo na sha sa town for me. Best bet would be Hotel 45 kasi Session Road lang sha.

There's a nice transient house in front of Microtel na less than 1k lang ang rooms. My mom and her friends stayed there kasi Microtel was full and they were really tired na. I just forgot the name pero yun yung suggestion ng guard sa Microtel. I will try to find the name, letter C nagsisimula lol

^ Thanks sis! I read some blog reviews na mas okay nga daw sa hotel 45 extension than the main branch and their rates are almost the same kaya we'll probably stay there. I googled that transient house near Microtel, is it Cosfort Transient Suites? Hindi ako sure ha basta nagbased lang ako sa description lol Lean season naman so okay lang siguro magwalk in?

Nasa list ko rin yung Upstairs Bed & Bath since malapit lang talaga sa SM kaso ang dami kong nabasa na negative reviews eh.

Btw weekdays kasi kami pupunta, meron pa rin bang night market sa Harrison Road from Monday-Wednesday? Yan din kasi ang habol ko pag nasa Baguio eh haha!

^ Hi sis, yes Cosfort!! Yung 1 bedroom nila is around 700 lang last time. Yes pwede mag walk in dun and safe naman ang lugar. I've recommended it to friends.

May mga friends rin ako nakapag stay sa Upstairs pero alam ko kasi medyo luma na and mas sikat sila for dormitory type na rooms.

Night market is every night. Walang pinpiling araw at panahon at night market. Kahit umuulan basta hindi bagyong hagupit eh merong night market hehe.

I already inquired through their fb page and their latest price is P900 for rooms that can accommodate 2 pax. Mas affordable compared sa hotel 45 and valencia. Based sa photos, mukhang maganda naman yung place tapos ang lapit lang din sa SM Baguio.

Sana hindi masyadong maulan sa August. Mas excited ako magfood trip eh haha!

Question sa mga sis natin na transients close sa center nagsstay, malamig pa rin ba? Naexperience ko kasi nagstay kami dun sa isang transient house sa may likod nung victory liner medyo mainit. Lumamig lang nung gabi na kaya usually mas nagsstay kami dun sa mga malalayo.

Gusto ko sana itry yun cosfort since katabi lang ng victory para dina nakakapagod magbiyahe.

Hi sis. May mga jeep pero sobrang konti lang and aantayin nyo. I recommend na mag kontrata kayo ng taxi. Aantayin nya nalang kayo tapos hatid pabalik ng town. Siguro mga 400 pwede na yun.
