Traveling outside the country with my kid

Hi sisses, merry christmas! Not sure this is the right thread for this, but im looking for a legal advice.

Im planning to go on a 4-day vacation with my 14yr old kid. It's the first time that we'll go outside the country. I am separated from my husband for a long time, and he's in another country. We don't have communications with him.  I use my maiden name in my passport, by the way.

My concern is, is there any need for his consent if I take my kid outside the country? Should I get documentations or anything that the immigration might ask for before the flight? If anybody had a similar situation, I really appreciate any inputs. I wouldnt want to have any mishaps on this travel because my kid has been wanting to go for 3 years now... Thank you!

Not sure if rules have changed, but as far as I could remember, puede naman so long as you bring your child's birth certificate proving that you're the mother.
