Pag may problema si employee.. He owes an explanation sa superior nya.. Pero si superior or management ang may owe ng explanation and apology sa clients nila. In Mar's case we are the clients. He owe us an apology. Kung may nagkulang sa subordinate ni secretary mar at ng admin sagutin nya yun kasi nga sya yung nasa pwesto sya ang accountable. Sa nangyayari ngayon he is denying na may pagkukulang. He didnt even apologize and admit na may lapses. Ang masama blaming pa yung mistakes sa subordinates. Aning klaseng management iyan? Not very good.
Akala ko ba pinanood mo yung video ng explanation ni duterte? Nagexplain yan at hindi ibig sabihin gusto nya maunang mang rape. Demeaning words yun sa mga prisoners na nang rape at pumatay sa australian. Ang pagkakasabi nun is out of anger na nidedegrade mo ang pagkalalake nung mga criminals. Hindi mo need magsorry sa bagay na hindi mo ginawa. So hindi sya nagsosorry dahil yun ang assumption na sinabi ng ambassadors sakanya. You said normal lang na hindi maganda nasabi ng mga ambasadors kasi citizen nila yung na dehado... Well guess what, ganyan din na feel ni duterte during that time kaya nya ininsulto yung criminals through that words. That is referring to the criminals not to the aussie victim.

Yup. Misleading and misinformed ang perception mo sa leadership nya. Read mo ulit maigi itong lines na ito May pagka-tyrant talaga ang leadership style ni Duterte. Yun tipong dapat sumunod ang mga tao not because yun ang nasa batas but out of fear na papatayin sila. From a democratic gov't baka maging communist ang Pilipinas just like China and North Korea. Kontrolado ng gov't ang lahat.


Unang una paano ka magiging tyrant if ipapatupad mo lang naman ang batas? Pangalawa sino nagsabi na papatayin kapag may nilabag na batas? Maraming klase ng paglabag sa batas pero not everything eh mag issue eh punishable by death. Kaya binigyan kita ng example ng gravity ng paglabag sa law. And I still stand na yung heinous crimes such as murder and rape and etc deserves death penalty.


Yung pagiging dirty ng hands... We are all guilty of it. Magaling lang magtago ang ibang leaders. Sino ba ang leader na super righteous at walang masamang nagawa? Meron ba? As far as I can remember kahit ang 1st president of the republic of the PH ay maraming masamang nagawa. You really cant deny that fact. It just shows na duterte is willing na mapasama sa mag mata ng tao at i risk not lang buhay nya kundi pati reputation nya for the service of his country. May ganyan ba sa ibang candidate? O baka puro pose lang sa camera at pagpapapogi alam? Worst baka for the benefits lang ng business nila kaya di nila mabangga ang mga bug corporations na nagpapahirap sa bansa?

I already read the article kaya nga sabi ko sayo hindi kumpleto ang details. Sabi lang nya yan di nga natin alam ang buong details. So yeah wala pa din ako masasabi jan. Btw college student pa sya jan. If possible focus tayo sa political careers nila kasi baka later on baka pati nakasuntukan nung high school maging issue pa.

I hope hindi naman nagmukhang unreasonable ang mga explanations ko sayo. Let me know if may hindi reasonable I'll find time to expound pa.

Social media is getting so messy because of this election. I just hope we can stop justifying that our choice is better than others. We will only see what we want to see, no point convincing someone who already made up his mind.

I am for Mar, my whole family is for Mar. This does not mean I am making a wrong choice because when you look at it, ang dami din maibabato sa ibang candidate.

Supporters will keep on throwing bad things over other candidates and that's unavoidable. Ang titignan mo lang talaga ay kung sino yung may 'tunay na nagawa nung sya ay naninilbihan' vs. Kung sino yung puro mga drawing at pangako lang.

Yes, yung may tunay na nagawa. Mar for one has his own lambat sibat program, the cheaper medicine bill (his bill was the one approved, and not the one which was first passed sa congress), and so on. I think it is unfair for Mar to be judged poorly because he is handling a national task, with larger scope of course, when you compare it to a Mayor. In fact, I am thinking that our Mayor, is just the same with what Duterte has done for 20 years in Davao, only that our Mayor has been with us for 10 years or less. Peaceful? yes. Economic advancement? Yes. Hospitals? yes. Roads? yes They are even very strict sa No Parking Policy and they make sure that proper fare is followed. I live in Albay, by the way. But all these does not mean our Mayor is better than Mar, Mayor is very different from ruling a nation.

Re Roxas: I'm working in the airline industry for many years. Of course, mga kaharap namin palagi mga passengers and we always experience complains from them which is common kasi transpo industry. Pag may nag-complain, we receive memo(s) from the Customer Service Dept na naka-cc si SVP, si VP, AVP, Manager and Supervisor (CEO not included). Attached sa memo is the letter of complaint from the customer. Of course, we are expected to respond ASAP. Nasa employee na yon kung sasabihin nya ang totoo o hindi. Kung totoo, expect mo na ang apology sa letter. Kung magsisinungaling si employee, mahabang investigation pa yan kasi ipapaalam kay passenger yung side ni employee at syempre sasagot ulit si passenger. And process will just go on and on hanggang may mapagod at magsawa sa kaka-explain. It's either the employee or si passenger ang mag-give up. Ngayon, mag-aapologise lang ang mga nasa management kung fault talaga ni employee at nauna ng nag-apologise si employee. Kung si passenger ang may fault, no need to apologise kahit anong gawing kulit ni passenger (except nalang kung magreklamo sa media syempre idedefend kami ni AVP for Customer Service). Kung nagsisinungaling si employee at mapapatunayan yon, gagawa ng paraan yung immediate superior para umamin at mag-sorry si liar employee (sa desenteng paraan). Yung apology letter ni employee yun ang magiging basis para mag-sorry ang management sa passenger. Bakit ko kinuwento? Para maintindihan mo what goes in the corporate world when dealing with customers na di nalalayo sa situation sa gov't.  Ngayon kung walang umaamin na mga subordinates sa lapses nung Yolanda, paano mag-sosorry ang gov't especially ang DILG? Paano nila i-explain kung bakit nangyari yun? And one more thing, dba Leyte yon? Balwarte ng mga Romualdez? Makikipag-cooperate ba yun sa Aquino gov't? Kaya nga it's really shocking nung nagsalita si Martin Romualdez and cleared Mar's name.

FYI, hindi ako nanonood ng mga videos ni Duterte explaing why he said this or that. Lagi namang flip-flopping lang ang contents nun. He should always be careful and responsible of every statement na binibitawan nya especially he is running for president. No need for further explanations.

Re Duterte's leadership style: That's my view of his style. If you don't agree, so be it. Magkaiba tayo ng opinion. I'm sure iba rin ang opinion mo sa leadership style ni Roxas.

Re "dirty hands": How sure are you na lahat ng leaders or lahat tayo are guilty of it? Kilala mo ba personally ang lahat ng tao? I'm sure the other GT's here will disagree with you, including me. It seems na hindi mo naiintindihan ang meaning nyan. Dirty hands means to ​become ​involved in something ​unfair or ​dishonest

Sis, nasa corporate world din ako. Medyo Airline industry din. Medyo mahaba nga ang sinabi mo. Pero yung mga nangyari, that was urgent. Lives at stake. So investigation investigation pa ba nung time na yun? Or sisihan pa rin like "you are a romualdez"? kaya hindi maayos ang naging coordination? Hindi ka ba nanonood or nagbabasa ng news about sa actions ng goverment during that calamity? Wala ka bang kamag anak na mismong 1st hand experience nila na nagkwento kung ano ang kapalpakan na nangyari doon? Ikaw ba masasabi mo satisfactory? Kung ikaw ba ang boss, at overall in charge doon, masasabi mo ba na grade A ang results? yes or no? Well, kay Mar, yes na yes sya. The fact na hindi nya nakikita ang pagkukulang, makikita mo kung gaano ka-palpak sya. Wait, nakita mo ba yung viral video dati? Yung meeting nya prior sa typhoon pero without asking PAGASA at nag assume na sa later date dadating yung typhoon? So ayan ang naging results. Satisfactory ba? Kung nabasa mo yung news about sa sunken ferry sa jeju ferry sa Korea... you'll notice na yung principal, kahit hindi pa man tapos ang lahat ng investigation nagbigay sya ng apologies dahil regardless kung ano man ang results,may life na nawala at for sure mapipigilan yun kung walang kapabayaan. In the end, kahit hindi naman principal ang directly involved sa operations, nag apology sya and later on nag suicide pa dahil sa burden na dinadala nya dahil sagutin nya pa rin ang lahat as principal. So ngayon, balik tayo kay Mar. Gaano ba kakapal ang mukha nya para ipamukha sa lahat na hindi daw nagkulang ang government?

Hindi ka nanonood ng videos ng explanation nya? Then sasabihin mo no need to explain? Then it sums up nga talagang di mo maiintindihan sya. Then ibabalik mo yung sinabi nya about san beda student dahil nabasa mo dahil sinabi nya? Teka ha.. baka eto yung tinatawag mong pagiging unreasonable. You only look for faults pero hindi ka tumitingin ng other side of the coin?

Yup. Alam ko ibig sabihin ng dirty hands. Sino bang previous president ang hindi nagkaroon ng dirty hands? Si Erap? Si Marcos? Si PNoy? Si Cory? Sino? Dali... baka meron... or magaling lang sila magtago? That's reality. Ikaw ba, never ka nagkaroon ng dishonest or unfair deeds?

Incomparable nga naman ang achievement ng mayor vs. a dilg secretary/previous dotc secretary & naging congressman pa (kung may achievement nga). natural na makapag pasa sya ng batas because that is their job. alam mo kung kanino ko maicocompare si mayor, sa tinatamasa namin federalism dito sa ibang bansa. alam nya kung paano gamitin ng maayos ang budget ng lugar na nasasakupan nya. do you even know that mayor is in talks with australian suppliers for the improvement of davao city? grabe no, pati ganitong mga bagay naiisip nya at gusto nyang i-adopt. sana ganun din yung ibang mayor, o kaya ibang politicians, di yung sasabihin nyang sya ang ama ng call center industry (obviously alam ng lahat it was gma who started all that), o kaya sasabihin nyang, anong kinalaman ng gobyerno sa kaso ng tanim bala sa naia. o kaya bahala sa buhay nila yung mga nasalanta ng yolanda. pero sa debate, lakas ng loob magsabi na hindi daw palpak ang administrasyon. hehe. nakakatuwa minsan si mar pakinggan eh.
