The prob is, unless makita nya na may problema at may pagkukulang, wala syang makikitang urgency for improvement.

In all due respect, before sa mga interviews ni Karen Davila kay Digong, makikita na she is pro Duterte.

And this:

It's funny how Mar Roxas said something about typhoons like "Yolanda" na marami siyang gagawing tulong to ease the lives of everyone.. pero in fact wala naman siyang nagawa.

pls read  ::)

I couldn't really blame Mar for defending the Administration's stand. Parang sa company lang yan e, kung member ka ng management, you have a duty to do that. It might me to his discredit if he says the current administration made 'mistakes'.

And this Yolanda issue, I am curious why all the blame is being thrown at Mar - sya ba mismo ang naitalagang mamahagi ng donations - as in sya mismo ang mag-aabot dapat at sa kanya hinahanap lahat? Hasn't anyone paused to question other concerned departments? Especially the local government? Anyways, here's how the Department of Budget and Management accounted for the funds, everyone can view these: http://www.dbm.gov.ph/?page_id=14137 - so I really wouldn't dare say 'walang nagawa'.

He answered well in the debate last Sunday. He had facts, he was prepared. He was able to give solid Walang sense? Definitely not him. He's just not charming - so he probably will not win people's hearts. He's not funny. He's not extreme.

The only person that didn't make any sense to me at all was Binay. Yung sagot nya parang templated. Tipong gamit na gamit na. He gave me the most kamot-ulo moments.

For me Mar Roxas is the safest candidate for the presidential post. I used to like Duterte esp. his anti-drugs campaign but he could be a tyrant later on...nakakatakot. He reminds me of a former boss I had who was always drunk even in the midst of the day.

Some people are asking why blame Mar sa lahat ng kapalpakan ng administration eh di ba daw si Binay ang VP and my answer is simple it is because Mar is bragging about what he has done in connection with Pnoy's administration which wasn't felt in reality by the common TAO.

okay sana ang performance niya sa debate, pero he really lacks the charm para maattract ang common masses. he comes off as insincere and pretentious. pag naaalala ko yung mga campaign ads niya dati eh di ko talaga mafeel na i want to vote for him.

if not voting for mar means i'm not decent, so be it.  ;)

Was Martin Romualdez even at Tacloban during typhoon Yolanda?

Kase si Mayor Alfred Romualdez un andun sa ground zero.. he almost lost his life and his family.. ang dami namatay pero this administration tried to bring the numbers down.. ang dami tulong na dumating pero till now tent city pa rin sila.. mas maganda pa un bigay na tirahan ng non govt institutions kompara sa gawa ng sarili natin govt na tumanggap ng ayuda from the whole world. ang dami na nabulok na bigas kase ayaw nila ibigay basta hinde ka ka partido. si Lucy Torres mismo may narration of facts about how the govt made other people beg or scavenge or loot food kase lalagpasan ka ng truck na may dalang tulong since hinde kaalyado un brgy chairman mo.. pati US aide sabi ni Lucy harang ng govt sabi wag daw mag airlift ng food sa ganitong lugar? wth di ba? Si Mayor Alfred hinihingan pa ng formal letter na itake over sila ng natl govt.. during a time of crisis may ganun pa ba na protocol? common sense lang di ba? pero its not so common..

A good read. Very interesting that someone also thinks that assassination plot of Jesse Robredo can be true. A recount coming from a personal friend of the Robredos who choses not to vote Ms. leni because of Mar Roxas

https://www.facebook.com/eva.m.poon/posts/10153486587096767

Quote
I had been struggling with this for the longest time and I have to say beforehand na mahal ko at idol ko ang pamilya Robredo, bawat isa sa kanila. Alam ni Mam Leni how much I admire each and every member of her incredible family hence I have been asked so many times why I am not ‪#‎RoRo‬ as everyone expected. So let me be my usual honest self here on FB(na alam ko alam din ni Mam Leni) and say na na-disappoint ako talaga nung tumakbo si Mam Leni (kaibigan ko siya sa totoong buhay at dito rin sa FB) hindi dahil sa hindi ako naniniwala sa kakayahan niya( she's a lawyer) or her principles(Sir Jesse always paid tribute to her as the woman behind him) but moreso because of her choice to run for VP with Mar.Yan ang totoo.Ngayon lang sa FB ko, lumabAs ang post niya About her President being the best choice Kaya just allow me to share why I struggle with this and why I won't vote for any VP when everyone thinks she is the lesser evil choice because she is simple and sincere. I agree on all those points and laud and love her for it but it doesn't mean that is the best choice for me or for us.We shouldn't settle.I sincerely wished she had said no to Mar then I would've applauded her for it. You see, that was the harder choice to make. Her choice of Mar says a lot and let me share why it matters to me.
Pero nung naging DILG Secretary siya, I knew he'd be in trouble. How could he not be? The one truly honest politician in a sea of dishonest wolves. The first Xmas after he was at the DILG, umiba ang hitsura niya. Mukhang pagod, tumanda. He humbly apologized and swallowed everything. The following Xmas I saw him I told him to keep strong and that we would pray for him. He told me na yes, he needed our prayers. I get nine million per district." ... I understood what he was saying. It was normal to just sign and he was struggling all by himself NOT to. To be honest, I believed the stories and suspicions that the government did it...that maybe he was assassinated.Because he was not going with the flow I believed in the possibility. I struggled to accept that the bodyguard lived and he ddn't.Kung buhay siya ngayon, I don't think we would be arguing on who would be President. So l freaked out when I saw the photo of Mam Leni with the Pnoy people at the wake smiling in front of Sir Jesse's ataul on the national dailies.Inisip ko paano niya kinaya?Naisip ko nun such bad taste dahil ni imbestigasyon kung paano nangyari, walang ginawa sina Pnoy at Mar.Nung ipinalit si Mar ke Sir Jesse that's where they lost me fully. Walang kaalam alam si Mar sa ganon. He was never a mayor who dealt with local government, policemen, etc. and sureenough, he proved, all by himself, what a disappointment he could be. So why is she choosing to support the govt that she knows firsthand still supports graft and corruption? If you know my wall, hindi pa viral noon, I would repost scenes of Mam Leni commuting kasi totoo un, pati si Sir Jesse ganon. Pero how I wished she had said no to running for VP this year on the same premise that as much as I believe in her and Poe's sincerity, learning from Cory (when it shouldve been Doy or Salonga) , we shouldn't vote for people based on surnames alone. I wish she had run for Senator first instead. That experience coupled with her being congresswoman would've made her an absolute choice for me as VP or maybe President in the next elections even. But for this election, I've always remembered Sir Jesse Robredo's firsthand account and kept in mind his practice about doing what's right and not popular.Integrity when no one was watching.Sir Jesse was truly brave.Hence I chose Digong for he, like Sir Jesse ,are of the few who are truly brave. One ,standing up against the ‪#‎silentmajority‬ who just want you to sign blindly and in exchange, give you their full oligarch support. I want to support someone who is bravely choosing to fight against the establishment so that more people in government wouldnt have to struggle signing like Sir Jesse did.Doing what's right would be the norm, the popular.Mam Leni I wouldve supported had she been braver-saying no to the party who would continue the corruption, saying no because it's not yet the right time and saying no,I believe, in being the running mate of a man who is , passionately fighting to continue everything that was wrong about the government Sir Jesse struggled to be part of.

^ Sis, nalungkot naman ako sa post. I like Jesse Robredo pa naman nung buhay siya.

I agree. It's heartbreaking actually. I like Jesse, how simple and humble he was. He had also proven himself and no taint of corruption at all. My husband also heard that theory before. And he said that good people go to heaven first talaga. Knowing my hubby, he dislikes politicians with the exemption of jesse Robredo and Duterte. He respect both.

sis KVsWahmmy: Agree. Bakit lahat isinisisi kay Mar? Yes, he's the DILG secretary pero yung distribution ng relief goods, local gov't na ang gumawa. Kung nabulok yung mga goods, it's not Mar's fault. Syempre hindi naman lahat ng under kay Mar belong to liberal party. Yung iba oposisyon.

Yun tipong dapat sumunod ang mga tao not because yun ang nasa batas but out of fear na papatayin sila. From a democratic gov't baka maging communist ang Pilipinas just like China and North Korea. Kontrolado ng gov't ang lahat. The Chinese and North Koreans are struggling to get out of their countries pero tayo naman papunta sa communism.
