This thread is getting more and more interesting and the more I know now who to vote..

There is another video from a campaign of Mar Roxas, it is said to be an Envelope campaign of Mar/LP, a reality on how they gather audience during campaign. This happened in his campaign in Pikit, North Cotabato last March 31, a day before the bloody farmer's protest-rally in nearby Kidapawan City.

Grabe yung sobre wala palakpak and all wala sobre. I wonder ilang sobre na ang napapamigay even before the campaign started.

Ang maganda lang dito now is madami trabaho ang nabuksan dito election season. Kitang kita mo naman online. Open ka ng FB or Twitter etc pare-pareho ang post, hashtag etc. Halata mo naman na galing sa press corps ang nilalabas na ipopost sa social media. Well at least more jobs sa ating mga kababayan.

personally i think those who are voting for mar are the ones who are contented with the status quo. they are afraid of change. they are scared of the unknown.

i have friends na pag tinanong ko kung sino president nila they say they will vote for mar. and when they ask me sabi ko duterte. my other friend said "nako gulo iyan". i try to change the topic na kasi i don't want to get into further discussion about politics.

but with her remarks it's as if hindi pa magulo ang pilipinas. it's as if pag si mar ang umupo magiging mas ok ang mga tao. i have some friends who are news reporters and mar din sila. i don't know why.

I'd prefer to go for a president that will surely bring us to top. Slowly but surely. Singapore and Korea were not changed for 6 years. It took them decades para maabot kung saan man sila. As per the study, it will take 24 years pa para maging kalevel natin sila. Like Davao, it took them 22 years to make it what it is today. The president will only sit for 6 years.

So for me, consistency and continuity are the key. Also as a president, there's always a diplomat way in handling things.

If this is true, That's good to know. CHANGE should START from WITHIN not from the president.

If this is the case, we don't need federalism. Any president will do to the Philippines if people knows their own responsibility sa bayan.

I'm not sure mga sis Kung Wala ngang kalat after that campaign rally. Pero when I attended the campaign rally sa lugar namin we were told many times na wag mag-iwan ng  kalat and that there are trash cans around. Tapos may mga taong nangunguha ng basura during the campaign rally.

Just for you to know. Some people are really for a change. Pero yung current government, current officials, they are making everything hard for the people. Mga taong gusto magbago pero ang mga officials ayaw magbago kaya prefer nila ang same corrupt system nila. LTO na lang, Customs na lang... jan pa lang tignan mo nangyayari sinong hindi mawawalan ng gana sa Pagbabago kung ang official at government ay pinipigilan ang lubusang pagbabago lalong lalo na sa hindi pag ako at pagbibigay ng accountability sa mga kapalpakan na nagagawa sa serbisyo? Kung palpak pala, bakit hindi pa palitan? bakit hindi pa mahatulan? Kung jan pa lang hindi nakakagawa ng ganyang aksyon ang admin na ito, ano pa ang expected na pagbabago?

well, that guy who made that donald trump comment certainly doesn't know duterte. ibang iba sila sa lahat ng bagay. sa yaman pa lang, no point of comparison. at di ko kelangang patulan LOL!

Change is the only constant thing in this world. I live in the Philippines and I want change too. But I have a lot of things to weigh before choosing the person to be my leader. There's a lot of approaches you can choose to change this country, DRASTIC CHANGE without certainties or CONTINUITY and CONSISTENCY.

I prefer the latter approach. Slowly but surely. Sabi nga nila, don't believe if someone is selling something TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE baka ma scam ka.

What's TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE Promises? All contenders promise a lot from Education, Economy, Poverty, blah, blah.. But 3-6 months to Stop criminality is soo tooo gggoooodd tooo bee truueee.

I was born in Mindanao. I studied and grew up in Mindanao. I stayed in Davao.

It's my responsibility to keep my self safe. It's my responsibility to secure a job. It's my responsibility to feed my own body. It is my responsibility to strive to be successful that someday I will no longer depend on our Government's help.

I grew up from what Rebledo said, laylayan ng Lipunan but was able to change my life not because of my government but because I work slowly until I reach where I am right now.

If you want change, change yourself first and everything will follow.

i think some want real change while others want continuity and consistency. i understand this. im one of those who want a change. im fed up with philippine's status quo. im fed with trapos.

i was born in Mindanao. I grew up there too. studied in a state university. i dont believe that a filipino is responsible for himself alone. government has to do his part as well. we pay our taxes for them to do their share of the responsibility. we alone can make our lives better, not the government. but we need their support - infrastructures, transportation, utility, honest service from BIR, city halls, DPWH, etc., and in times of calamities, of course, we depend on them to help us, to rescue us.

honestly, many people has stopped depending on our government. they're going to other countries as immigrants and OFWs to depend on another country's government. how sad a pinoy's fate is.
