How much to ask for damages from the company?

mga sis, ask ko lang, kasi un friend ko na naterm siya sa company nya, nag ask kun magkano damage ang pwede nya i-ask sa company, naka NLRC na un complaint nya against the company nila, naterm kasi siya ng wala pakundangan so now may mediation na, then the company was asking how much un damages na gusto nya...what amount kaya ang pede nya ibigay para mabayaran siya?

Ask niya yung mga money claims niya and other benefits. Kung ano talaga ang dightfully dapat niya nakukuha if nagwowork siya this would constitute actual damages. If hindi magkasundo or matapos sa mediation, if magtjloh tuloy kaso saka siya ask ibang damages like moral and exemplary, etc.

may natanong ako isa dito sa office na iba naman kaso sa NLRC pero less than 1M daw ang nakuha hehhe parang tiba tiba naman un...

so ang makatwiran na damages ay un kunyari mga months na suspended or floating ang status nya, full salary then leaves na di pa nacredit...sige sabihin ko un...

Anong ibig sabihin nya na walang pakundangan? May reason na ibibigay sa kanya ang company kasi alam ng company na puwedeng magfile ng complaint sa NLRC.

sis rochelle1025, un nga eh, dapat di ba may valid reason, ang nangyari, un mga dati nyang offenses na nakapag serve na siya ng mga corrective actions ginawa pa din issue, tapos itong last na ni walang coaching, walang papel, walang PIP...tapos tanggal na agad
