In one of my stocks, yes but I've never attended. It's from a global company and the venue is in another country.

PH stocks bago pa lang and not that huge of shares so probably won't be invited.

For those who are using COL Fund Source for mutual funds, I believe you guys were assesed by col using their investor profile, nangyari din ba sa inyo na lets say your rating was 5 but you still want to invest outside your risk profile? Lets say you plan to take equity funds, as per COL, rating is 7, o do you just follow what they suggest to you?

I just finished my risk profile update kasi with COL and I saw this note:

"A client may invest in funds outside of the Investor Risk Profile rating by approving the waiver form that acknowledges that the client is aware of exceeding the risk profile. The waiver form will appear automatically when the chosen fund is outside of the risk"

has anyone here tried using the EIP (scheduled/automated) feature? i am trying to schedule a monthly investment kaso the system keep saying that i need to have a matched subscription muna. as of now 'confirmed' pa lang yung status ng subscription ko. how long does it usually take to go from confirmed to 'matched'? thanks!

@Annie M. yes, you'll initially be shown just the funds you
"qualify" for then there's an option to display all funds.
You'll be presented with the waiver. It will only show up once.

@Nikki, 5k to open an account.

Matapang ka ba?

Ang all-time high unit price ng Index Fund ng Sun Life Prosperity Fund ay 1.0109 noong May 5 2015 pa

Kahapon (Jan 21 2016) ang unit price niya ay 0.7862

That is a 2,247-pt drop

Kunyari you bought units at 0.7862 per unit

Kung mag reverse ang market at bumalik sa presyong 1.0109, kumita ka ng 28.58% kung ibebenta mo yung binili mo

So, may opportunity ba sa down (or bear) market? :)

Kung long-term ka kamo, tingin mo may impact ito sa future target money goal mo?

ADDENDUM: If you have VULs exposed to equities (Balanced Fund, Equity Fund, Growth Plus Fund, My Future Fund), your best strategy is PESO COST AVERAGING method where you deposit the equivalent monthly premium of your policy and you place your deposit monthly

Interested in Fund Source. I have MF in Sunlife (balanced and equity) but it's not as convenient as transfering/withdrawing funds as in Citisec online. Plus my Sunlife agent is not that up to date, I only learned about their online transfers from another Sunlife agent. Anyway, aside from the convenience, do you think Fund Source will do well? Thanks ☺

Sissies, do you also earn dividends to the Mutual Funds you have opened in COL? Like for example I have opened on Sunlife Equity Balance Fund last year, but since the market is bearish, medyo may paper loss ako, but I was wondering if that earns dividends as well or do they declare dividends din?
