Ako din mga Sis, help!!

Sa dami ng good reviews ni IE super heartbroken ako not to get them to think na super affordable sya.
Pero wala eh, January of last year pa ako naginquire booked na talaga sila.
Now I have no choice but to finalize my suppliers and OTD as my target until Feb to book kasi Nov ang wedding ko.
I have inquired with several coords as listed pero hinde pa din ako makapagdecide.
Ang budget ko lang is 20k below sana:

1. Okasyon by Anton - open pa yung date pero wala pa kasing masyadong feedback on how his team handles an event plus his hosting.
2. SMA - they are still open at 18k plus 1500 ako kasi may additional if the guests are more than 200 tapos additional 2500 for the RSVP
3. EBT - Open pa din sya as of Dec 2016, pero hinde ako agad nagproceed para kasing walang connection.
4. SoFEM - open pa din pero parang half hearted pa ko
5. Kredin Events Engr - I met them sa fair, nagustuhan ko yung pagiging detailed nya kasi i am also into Engg Project Management, pero parang wala din kameng connection tapos wala din masyadong review pero parang sya pa alng yung WC na nainterview ko tapos hinde si kredin yung maghahandle ng event ko kasi max of 4 events sila per day
6. 7Ten5 - open pa din sya pero parang wala din connection

Haay naku ewan ko, hinde naman ako naghahanap ng perfect kasi i know wala naman talagang ganon plus limited din naman budget ko.
Pero I want the value for the money feeling.

Any suggestion please.

Maybe this can help. Recommend ko lang yung two know coords ko. Absolutely Knots www.facebook.com/absolutelyknotweddings and Bells and Wishes www.facebook.com/bellsnwishes . Pasok ito sa budget mo.

AK is my wedding coordinator. I got them for 15k with emcee last 2015. I have no idea about their rates now. Ok sila na team.

Bells and wishes was owned by my wedding photo-video team. They now ventured into wedding  coordination. A friend got them in her wedding last December lang. And so far all praises naman si friend sa team. Anyway, kahit sa photo and video, organized sila. No idea sa rates pero sabi ni friend affordable daw.

Parang wala akong kapareho ng OTD coordinator dito. I got The Wedding Bachelors by Chuck. Si Chuck na rin ang Host ko. So far, maayos sya kausap and positive yung reviews ng mga brides na kumuha sa kanya. He's very okay kausap and mukhang very organized yung team nya. Feeling ko nga Half coordination yung kinuha ko kasi nakapag first meeting na kami and we are bound to set our 2nd meeting this month. Very responsive din sya and he helps us on our planning.
I'm just praying that they'll deliver well. Goodluck satin!

@Lyreva, I am planning to get Kredin. I attended two weddings na sila ang coordinator. So far, okay sila. What impressed me most is may emergency kit silang dala ( sewing kit, ribbons, bead, sequins, buttons, medicines, dummy rings, etc.)  Nasa list ko din si Kiss the Girls and Absolutely Knots kaso nasa 20k above ang OTD nila.

One of the best decisions we made was getting them as our OTD Coordinator. At first, natakot kami kasi may di sila magandang review sa w@w and they were not as responsive during the first few months of our wedding preps. Pero once we had our first meeting with one of the team leads (Paj Millena) super gumaan na yung loob namin at kampante kami. Akala pa nga namin siya yung ma-aassign sa amin eh. And finally, Paj contacted us again to let us know that Ia will handle our wedding then nag meeting kami. Napakagaan din kausap and alam na alam niya yung ginagawa niya. Madami din siya nabigay na tulong dun sa problem namin with crew meal supplier, balloons supplier, etc. Kahit na super busy siya she tried her best to reply sa mga messages at email ko.

On our wedding day na, super aga nila as in. Wala naman ako masabi sa pagiging on time nila. They were all pretty and presentable at mega assign na sa bawat staff. Mabilis kumilos at very organized. May time na nawala sa paningin ko sila, little did I know may naging problem pala sa crew meals kasi di naipasok lahat at nasita ng hotel. Good thing about it, hindi ko naramdaman na may problem kasi bumalik sila sa akin ng resolved na. Wala din kami prizes sa games kaya agad-agad bili sila ng mga kailangan. Para silang girl scouts na handang-handa! Hahaha! Nakakatuwa. Kinikilig ako sa tuwa sa kanila pag naaalala ko. Pati mga gifts sa PS naibigay ng maayos.

They assigned me Joni siya daw yung magiging kasama ko the whole day. My gosh napaka alagang alaga ko sa kanya! As in wala ako naramadaman na kahit anong pagaalinlangan kasi she really took good care of me. Napakabait, maasikaso, at magaling. Lahat ng mga endorsements ko, bilin ko alam niya. Wala ako masabi kay teh girl, kundi siya na! Kay husband they assigned Luis ganun na ganun din ang naramdaman niya. Hanggang ngayon di pa over si husband sa Events Embassy kasi galing na galing siya at lagi niya pinupuri everytime na papag-usapan namin yung wedding.

Napaka dami din nagbigay ng feedback sa amin na napaka organized ng wedding namin. Until the last part ng endorsement smooth sailing. Umuwi kami ng walang iniintindi at iniisip because they made sure na okay ang lahat (my number 1 bilin ay bawal may magutom! haha! So mukha naman na lahat ay busog at nakakain on time -- super kasundo pa nila si Rio our emcee and other suppliers). Ang pinakamahalaga pa sa lahat mapapagkatiwalaan sila sa pera! Sila na din kasi nag process ng final payments per supplier. I highly recommend them. Sulit na sulit talaga!

My top 3 is Imbitado, Anton and Events by Thoffy. Booked na si Imbitado and Anton. So si Thoffy na ang choice ko.

Pero si H2B sabi niya wag muna ako magbook since baka naman makahanap pa daw ng iba na mas mura. My point naman is baka hindi nako makakuha at that price range na known na magaling. mejo in demand din kasi un wedding date namin na 8.18.18 so gusto ko sana i lock na un mga suppliers this early.

Meron pa bang mas mura sa rates nila na proven na magaling? I want to book Thoffy din kasi as emcee. Better din sana kung walang oot for Tagaytay. Right now si Thoffy has 3k oot.

Hi Sis, backread ka for choices. I got Kim of Absoulutely Knots as wedding coordinator and emcee in my wedding last 2015. She was very much ok then, lahat ng aberya with other suppliers nagawan nya ng paraan. I was saddened by her reviews lately. Hindi naman sya dating ganun.

Anyway other option is Bells n Wishes www.facebook.com/bellsnwishes . My friend got them for her wedding last December. I was their guest. New pa lang sila sa wedding coordination pero matagal na silang wedding supplier. Ms. April handled photo-video team kasi and sila ang p/v ko nung wedding ko, kaya I was surprised to see her coordinating my friend's wedding. You can try them. So far what I've seen in my friend's wedding, they are ok.

^parpol_haze - Hi sis! You can try Stat Events and Trends, they are my OTD Coordinator, hindi pa tapos wedding ko pero so far so good naman sila.  Magaganda din reviews sa FB page nila. Got them for 20K  with 1 freebie of my choice (Choices are: Host, 3 hrs magnetic photobooth, Bridal car, etc...)

Nakachat ko kanina si Ms. Rio of Dazzle Events. 23K yung OTD nya with hosting. Good deal na kaya mga sis? Parang gusto ko na siya ibook eh.

Ang natitira na lang for me:

2. Events Embassy - kaso 25k OTD lang wala pang RSVP
3. Events: Simplified -  medyo last option ko sya kasi nagkaissue pala sila before ng booked HMUA ko.

Help! Torn ako between Imbitado Events and Okasyon by Anton. Medyo significant rin kasi yung difference ng rates nila e.

I am still yet to meet them personally (Okasyon this week, Imbitado 1st week of Feb) to get that "this is it" feeling, pero kung si Sir Anton e nagwowork rin naman under Imbitado before, considering na mas mura ang rates nya, ano pa yung reasons why I should choose Imbitado over Okasyon?

Hi Groom2017! Yes, natuloy kami. Expected naman nila na hindi ka talaga magbook with them during the meeting, hingi ka lang ng appointment. Idiscuss nila yung details ng R&R nila, timeline, saka kung nakawork na nila yung ibang mga suppliers mo.

Decided to book Anton na kasi si Imbitado sa Timog lang meet-up e, taga South kasi kami.

I'd like to recommend my OTD, Joanna Ruhmor of Tie the Knot. Hindi pa tapos yung wedding namin but so far so good. She's nice, polite and very organize with her work. Ang dami nya rin naooffer na advises sakin based from her experience. She's been in the business for a while na rin and wala pa ko naencounter na bad review sa kanya. She helped me book my L&S supplier and also Wedding Band and more importantly nakawork nya na rin iba pa naming suppliers so panatag ako na di magkakaproblema sa chemistry and collaboration nila come wedding day.

Question lang, if the OTD contract states "unlimited consultation", does it mean pwede tayong humingi sa kanila ng recommendation kung sinong mga suppliers ang okay?
Or sa semi-planning services kasama yung ganun?
