Tapos yung wedding review ko pa sabi ko di ako magtataka if tumaas rate nila kasi deserve naman nila talaga. haha! sorry mga sis! HAHAHA

Anyway, you might want to check SoFem (Series of Fortunate Events Management). Mga former WaWies sila and ang introductory rate nila is 10k only with lots of freebies

Hindi sila ang OTDC ko (mine is Imbitado Events), and for sure wala ka pang mahanap na feedback with actual weddings dahil bago palang sila, but pasok sila sa budget and usually mga bagong groups lang ang ganyan kababa ang presyo. try to contact them in FB na lang sis

hello mga sis! I'm a February 2017 bride. I have read the previous thread and when I inquired on the OTD coordinators suggested here, halos booked na lahat.

So i tried to check profile of Badz Gacuma and nagustuhan ko naman. So I booked him.

Anyway, I attended my cousin's wedding last July 17. I noted na dapat iensure nyo yung means of communication ng OTD coord team nyo. Kasi ang nangyari sa wedding ng cousin ko, nagkadelay delay at di maayos yung timetable. And nalaman ko na wala silang two-way radio.

They play a very vital role in our wedding so dapat talaga, maayos yung team na maghahandle.

^^yes anamariavictoria SoFem is at 10k for OTDC but the promo is until end of July only (original price is 15k).

You could try them if you want to take the risk.  I believe they will try their best naman to execute your wedding since they are fairly new.  I'm sure ayaw naman nila mapahiya sa first batch of clients nila or else they won't last in the industry and masisira pa names nilla.  Maliit lang naman ang mundo ng wedding industry

HandC2017, we're planning to get IE too but Anton would be handling our wedding (if ever) since Ayie is not available na on our date.  I asked for a pencil booking muna (just to lock the date) since I want to explore my options pa but everyday, when I think about it, my gut feel still chooses IE because of the numerous positive feedback.  The only thing holding me back is that I only have 3 people who can vouch for Anton's good service as lead/head coordinator (shout out to Missus O; sorry I wasn't able to acknowledge your post but I really appreciate it).

We still have one week to decide since the pencil booking is only good for 2 weeks   We can ask them naman to meet with us kahit hindi pa mag-book d ba?  According to Ayie, Anton would be the one to meet with us na if ever we get them, in short, I won't be seeing Ayie ever but I can still text/email her for other concerns if I want to.

I've read somewhere na may Team B sila Ayie of Imbitado Events. Yung wedding date ko kasi is hindi na available, and since gustong gusto ko talaga sila because of good reviews/feedback, is there any other way para kahit yung Team B nila is makuha ko? Do you think Anton is good enough to be the event manager?

rouged.ramen and cc1818 - have you check other coordinators na ba? you can also check my coordinator stat events and trends. my wedding is not yet done until dec. but I can say na efficient sila and they have numerous reviews din. I was also disheartened to know na booked na rin ang Imbitado events on my wedding date. I inquired last january pa. Ms. Ayie even gave me a free w@w yellow pages which I really appreciated.

yannuh: nako sis, ang laki nga ng tinaas nila haha, pero sa tagaytay kasi kami. Dapat pala pinaisa isa ko na kung magkano talaga yung sa OTD services nila saka OOT fee para alam ko kung magkano pag OTD lang.

anamariavictoria: meron ako alam sis mga 13k kaya lang sa tagaytay kasi yun eh. Yung eventsbyRachelle. Hindi ko lang alam kung magkano OOT nila pag sa Manila. Yung SoFem nga din mura kaya lang bago pa lang sila sa industry, pero I think naman okay sila considering na former wawies sila.

Any batanes brides here who has hired a wedding coordinator in batanes? I've been doing a bit of research and there are a couple of names i'm getting from fb, photographers' batanes wedding posts, etc., but better sana to talk to a bride abt the actual experience :-) shempre mahal ang flights to batanes, so we couldn't fly in a lot of people, and we were thinking baka better rin to have a local coordinator na andun na mismo to assist us in church paperwork, etc. Thanks, ladies!

^^^i think yung Team B ng IE is si Anton na.  If hindi available si Ayie, si Anton ang magha-handle but same staff pa din.  One event lang ata sila per day kaya same staff pa din. I'm leaning towards IE na (hehe! ) but I emailed one more coordinator for their updated rates and with lots of positive feedback din.  We shall see.

^^Thanks ayouweinlove, wala sa shortlist ko si Stat Events, may nabasa ata akong negative feedback about them sa previous threads kaya I crossed them out.  Pero matagal na thread na ata yun ha, so don't be worried.  I'm sure mas experienced na sila now compared before. Hindi ko lang matandaan if pang-ilang thread yun.

Rouged.ramen- no worries i've read it na before pa. starting out palang ata sila nun. it's super tagal na. Ganun talaga sa business may iilan na hindi magugustuhan ang services what's important is yung years na puro positive reviews telling how effecient they were and based narin sa experience ko communicating with them. Super okay That's why, it did not hinder me to get them. Hoping na tuloy tuloy until the wedding day. Based din sa reviews ni sis sophiehotness magaling at maasikaso sila nung naka attend siya ng 2 weddings in tagaytay na sila coordinator. The Stat events team even helped me out to booked some of my suppliers eventhough otd lang kinuha ko. They're cavite based so they dont charge na out of town fee kapag Tagaytay.

If youre looking for positive reviews lang, why dont you try
La belle fete, christine ong te events, kutchie zaldrriaga, events experts of jody liwanag. I'm sure they will really do well on your wedding.

If only we have the budget for those mentioned, I would.  If we can get a mid-range (in terms of cost) coordinator na ok naman ang work, then ok na kami sa ganon.  We're saving din kasi for our future (baby) and eventually migrate abroad so as much as possible, ayaw namin gumastos ng sobrang laki.

May I ask if how much is the OTDC of Stat Events?

ayouweinlove - sis how much ang OTD rates nila? may budget lang kasi ako na less than 20K sana for OTD. singit ko lang ha, ang dami kong nakita sa fair last weekend na coords, naloka ako kasi walang bababa sa 20K yung mga OTD nila! Hindi ko naman sila nabasa dito sa GT na-set ko din na 20K yung budget ko kasi yung mga feedback dito eh naglalaro lang between 10-20K yung mga mid-range coords.

^ their rate is 20k less 20% if your going to book them at the bridal fair plus freebies pa yata. Online lang ako nagbook sa kanila after talking to their team and based sa positive reviews nagtiwala ako sa knila. I wasnt able to get the bridal fair discount but theyre so nice pa rin to give me a good deal. Dami din nilang na-suggest na supplier sa akin that they can vouch for.

Goodluck mga sis in finding the perfect coordinator for your wedding. Ang dami kong nasa list nung naghahanap din ako before, some nakausap ko over the phone, others in bridal fair at true enough mararamdaman mo yung "this is it feeling" kapag theyre the right one na.

Mga sis, sa mga coordinators ba, booking comes first bago ang meet up? Wanted to meet up with potential suppliers sana muna prior booking but not sure if it's the same with coordination. TIA! : )
