Hi! I finally booked Dazzle Events by Ms. Rio De Guzman I was convinced since she has a lot of good reviews here in GT and in her FB page. Mabilis syang magreply and madaling kausap. I really enjoy talking to her since she is so nice and smart.

Super galing niya mag explain no? at first sa chat namin hindi pako masyado convinced tee hee! pero nung nag meet kami in person super gaan na ng pakiramdam ko sa kanya umpisa pa lang tee hee! and she is really smart, taga up diliman ata siya if i am not mistaken?

I feel so lucky that we're able to book one of the best wedding coordinators today! We'll have Imbitado Events for our wedding. I'm very excited for our first meeting!

^ Good for you sis. I was an Imbitado bride last June. Wala kaming nagibg problema sa kanila. As in super. Sila pa ang nagka problem sa akin kasi late ko sa kanila naibigay yung turnover dahil sa pasaway kong mga guests. hehe. Pero, as in ang ganda ng flow ng events namin. We only had a short program again dahil sa pasaway na mga guests, pero basta. Alagang alaga ako noon, Anton was my bridal manager, and he took care of me. Hindi ako nagutom, I ate breakfast lunch, and dinner. hehe. Lahat nagsasabi ang organized daw ng wedding namin. Magaling din si Ayie na host.  Di ka magsisi sis

Done reading Threads 1 to 5.  Listed all the coordinators recommended here.  From Thread 1 to 5, I collected 97 coordinators. Ang dami pala nila   Made an excel file and sorted it based on the reviews here.  Hindi pa kasama yung finds ko sa FB

As of the moment, sila Imbitado Events, Kiss The Girl and Marge Montemayor pa lang na-contact ko.

Marge Montemayor is out of budget at 50k OTD.
Kiss The Girl: same but I can stretch naman our budget if kelangan talaga, at least their price is half of MM.
Imbitado Events: decent price with lots of positive reviews, however, birthday ng son niya wedding date namin so she can't personally accommodate us but she said  Anton can take over. 

Question is: is Anton good enough to replace Ms. Ayie?  Halos lahat ng positive reviews ng Imbitado si Ms. Ayie ang nag-handle.  So far, one positive review pa lang nakita ko here about Anton but as bridal manager not as head coordinator.  I have yet to research reviews about Anton but I'm hoping na someone from this group can give a feedback?  Thank you.

^ Anton is very hands-on, assertive, and conscientious.  Magaling ang tandem nila ni Miss Ayie.  With Anton as lead coordinator, better ask who will be the bridal and groom's manager.  Nico was hubby's groom attendant. Magaling din naman daw and maayos, but my hubby wasn't able to eat lunch. But, in saying this, Nico did ask him, but my groom was the one who declined that time kasi may ginagawa. Then nawalan na ng time lalo.  Si Anton kasi, I also said I didn't think I'll be able to eat anything, pero inakyatan nya pa din ako ng food (kahit na Balay Indang prohibits food being taken inside the rooms).  Kaya I was able to take a few bites. Their team worked, kasi others were good followers, and they had good team leaders. 

I think Anton has had experience in being the lead coordinator during the rare instances that Miss Ayie already has a prior booking pero the bride insist na sila pa din mag-handle. I think there was one here but I'm not sure if that bride is that active in GT.

Warning lang mga sis. Don't ever get the service of Alpha Events Management. Malikot ang kamay ng staff nya. Nawala ba naman ng parang bula ang watch wedding gift ko kay hubby Sila lang naman may access sa personal things namin. And what made me sure is nawala din ang sobrang gift for the sponsor na hindi na pumunta sa reception. Sino lang ba in-charge sa gift at nakakaalam ng sobra or di na hahanapin na gifts? Hayzzz Para di na kyo mabiktima sissies.

What?! That is soo wrong in so many levels.  Ano sabi ng head coordinator nila? Naku sis kung ako yan I would've have freaked out on them. I'm sorry it happened to you.

^^inamin ba nung head? mahirap din kasi mambintang pag ganyan lalo na hindi lang coords ang nasa preps, i had my fair share of wedding preps na sa mga experience ko as an abay, i notice talaga andami lagung tao na di mo kakilala even mga assistant ng photovideo teams andon. pero if it were truly them na kumuha, nako, sobrang unforgivable yan, dapat we ought to ask din our chosen coords kung gano katagal na sa kanila ang mga tao nila kasi i hear some teams parang indefinite sinu sino mga makakasama sa mismong araw, di mo tuloy alam if kinuha lang sila out of nowhere just to fill in the promised number of team members.

so far, happy naman ako sa preps and consultations with my coord, SMA Weddings. napapabilis ako ng decide because of Sheena's inputs regarding suppliers na dapat ibook. dati kasi parang wala pa ako maaccomplish halos pero now may linaw na preps ko kahit papano hihi. she replies fast kahit mostly online communcation kami and masipag sya mag explain ng pros and cons ng mga plano ko without being pushy sa mga personal preferences nya as a planner. oh, and otd lang pala ako with her pero i really feel i am getting way more than that so far. happy that my friend who got married last january and had her team also vouched for her kaya sa gantong item, super confident ako.

Sorry about what happened sis C+C.. but were you able to discuss that with your coordinators? Yung sobrang gifts for sponsors, though nakakainis nga naman kung pinag interesan pa yun pero baka pwede pa patawarin. Pero yung gift mo kay hubby, as much as possible dapat maibalik! Pero mahirap rin kasi talaga magbintang nang wala masyado proof. For sure wala naman aamin..

Grabehhh to.... ! ang dami ng mga bad feedbacks sa mga different coordinators, kaya yngat kayo mga sis sa pag bobook. tama sila sis mahirap magbintang, pero im sure naman na naka hanap ka ng tamang reason kaya yung coord talaga yung nakikita mong kumuha. question lang, nakunan ba ng videographer yung gift bago nawala? i mean for SDE sana hindi rin sya masyado mahal na watch sis, ang sakit na nga yung nawala bka mahal pa

May narinig din akong nagpapanggap na staff ng mga coordinators and nanakawan ang mga ninang, nakauniform pa grabe.

My coordinator prepared a documented list of things that I will turn over to her team on the day of the event like mga cash balances to other suppliers, souvenirs etc. This way malinaw na nasa pangangalaga nya na to on the day, and kung may mawala man may accountability sya dun. With regards to the other members of our coordinator's team na usually namemeet na lang natin sa day mismo ng event, I think it's one of the things that we need to discuss with our head coordinator, and to all of our other suppliers for that matter, to relay that we have concerns like these para aware sila na that we are expecting not only good but also honest services from them.

Just want to share sissies.  I signed a contract with my OTD coordinator. Yung package na kinuha ko is with emcee na. However my bestfriend would like to sponsor na lang the emcee, may kilala kasi sya na magaling daw talaga. I checked the contract prior asking the OTD coordinator.  Ang nakalagay lang, if may changes it should be written. Walang nakalagay na bawal magdowngrade whatsoever.  I wanted to downgrade Sana our package para syempre, makatipid.  However as per the OTD team,  hindi na daw pwede magdowngrade since yun ang nasa contract. I explained to her na wala naman nakalagay na bawal ang changes but she still refused. My wedding is on April 2017 pa. So no choice na kami haha

Hi ladies, I need help. :-(

I was one of the Modern Events brides. We're still in the process of getting a refund, but at the same time we're looking for an alternative OTD Coordinator na. Hay. Since it happened, nag slow talaga ang preps namin ni fiance. We were really disheartened by what happened.

But moving forward... Can you ladies suggest coordinators that have rates na hindi lalagpas sa 10k? Sino sino na ba ang may ganung rate ngayon? Really important samin na hindi lalagpas sa budget ang coordinator.

Hopefully you guys can point me in the right direction. Thank youuu :-(

I told her that na Sis @Nikki27 Sabi ko wala naman sa contract.. Blah blah... pero hindi daw talaga pwede. They can only offset a freebie daw but not downgrade a package. Hindi na ko nakipag argue kasi ayaw ko naman na mag away kami. She is really firm na hindi na daw pwede. sayang tuloy yung Sana na tipid din namin. sent you a PM sis kung sino.

You can check 7ten5 Events and Absolutely Knots. Sila yung na-encounter ko here with the lowest rates and madami din nag-book from the previous threads. I don't know lang their current rates but a few years back, mababa pa fee nila. Someone got 7ten5 at 8,500 lang for OTDC.

Maybe you can book them sa mga bridal fairs (if they participate) para may discount.

^ako i got them (7ten5) for my Sept 2015 wedding at 8500 lang. Kaya lang 12k na ata starting nila now. I can vouch for their service naman so good choice talaga if sila kukunin nyo:)
