who do you contact for rates? i messaged them sa fb tapos sabi kasi nila mga 7 days ago iiemail nila ako ng rates pero never dumating yung email. I wonder if busy sila recently or hindi lang talaga sila palasagot agad? I messaged them again so I guess I will give them another week.

I'm eyeing Imbitado as well pero I need back up plans just in case biglang mabook si Imbitado eh ang bagal ko magdecide ng venue

^ Sis sino pa option mo aside Imbitado and Absokutely Knots? Have you checked others like Kiss the Girl, 7ten5 Events, Bridaland Fantasy, Events Embassy and Events by Thoffy? I know same price range sila.

^^hi sis mitch2526! AK Bride here, and nakipag coorinate ako kay Ms. Kim thru email sis! Sa FB, hindi lang si Ms. Kim ang may hawak nung account, minsan kasi may nag post yung about sa nagyaring personal matter kay Ms. Kim kaya hindi sila nakakapag reply agad.

Try to reach her email sis, she's very prompt nung nag iinquire ako sakanya last year. When I sent the DP Slip, she sent the contract and all the sheets right away as well para mapag-aralan ko na daw ng maaga. Baka busy lang sa mga nag daang events, Q1 of the year is isa sa mga busy months for wedding eh. =)

Had my 1st meeting with my OTD Coordinator, Ruby Ines. I am so glad I got her.

Before this I was already so burned out and tired of wedding preps. But after meeting her, I felt so  relieved.

What really made me happy is that I was having a slight issue with the playing time of my strings. All Ruby told me was that she will take care of the prob. and talk to the the musicians who she has a good working relationship with and has never given her time restriction issues.

One thing, is that unlike other coordinators she just gave me a list of what to bring. She never made me answer endless worksheets/spreadsheets like what most coordinators do! I hate that because I feel the coordinator is just passing her work to me. With Ruby, she is the one who prepares all the lists, while I just sit there and supply the info. =)

When we met we went through EVERYTHING.I really felt like no stone was left unturned. I am really glad I got her!!  =)

^ That's actually what you need at this point -- to feel relieved because you don't want to look too stressed on the day of your wedding right? At least you and Ruby instantly clicked and I think it's  important to be able to really trust your coordinator to do their job. Good luck on your preps!

^ Wow that's a different story! Better finalize your guest list now and make sure 99% of his guests would rsvp or else you'll have headaches for the rest of the weeks until your wedding. You definitely don't want that diba? Kaya yan sis.. Inhale. Exhale.

Sissies! Help naman. Kasi actually, (insert hahahaha 😂) sa tagal kong pineprepare ang kasal namin, until now, hindi ko alam ano ano ang iaask ko sa OTD coord ko. I mean, ano ba mga need nila gawin that day? Ano ba mga need ko na idemand sa kanila?

All my suppliers are booked by me. Though, minsan nagaask ako sa kanila if nakawork na nila to or ito or when there are mishaps. But i cant figure exactly what else ang gagawin nila the day of wedding. Di ko maimagine. 😂
Im not used of asking them every now and then. And i have this feeling na sa araw ng kasal, handson pa din ako. Haha.

So guys, help me to figure out whats the roll of OTD? what else they need to do? Hehe. 😂😁 thanks guys! 😘

^2x lang kami nag meeting ng otd ko. nung 1st wala ako masyado maisip na tanong hindi pa din complete kasi suppliers ko pero nung last meeting namin mostly handover ginawa and since host din namin sya nag ask sya about games etc then nag send sya ng forms for the hand over, guest list, special request, tapos yung mga sasagutan namin for trivia/games

^ask the coord sis, kung pwede sila bumili ng breakfast. yes sis si coord magtetext sa suppliers to remind them about the wedding, saan hotel at room number mo. tapos ask nya din yung call time ng suppliers. sa day mismo nakikipag coordinate din sila kung yung suppliers nasa venue na (ex.si photobooth kung nagsiset up na ba sa reception) nung sakin kasi bago ako mag walk sa aisle pumasok si coord sa bridal car ko nag chikahan kami sakto nagtext si photobooth sa kanya sabi nga nya nagsiset up na daw.

Sis ang role nila ay gawing efficient at smooth and hassle free ang wedding day mo. Sila ang gagawa ng mga bagay na posibleng makalimutan. Bibili ng mga posibleng nakalimutan. (Pero reimburse nila sayo after ofcourse) when you meet them sabihin mo yung mga problema nyo. Para makaisip sila ng paraan.

In our case, diniscuss namin sa otd coordinator na problem talaga namin ang magddrive ng cars. Kasi dad ko sasama daw sa bridal car. So sino magddrive ng car nya. Yung car ni hubby sino magddrive ng car nya after mg ceremony. So galing sa team ng coordinator yung mga nagdrive.

Basta mag turn over ka nang maayos sis. Wala ka dapat problemahin sa big day mo

Sis stylus, sila nagdrive ng car or they got somebody else? Thats one of my problem also. Sino pwedeng magdrive ng sasakyan considering na si boyfriend is with the bridal car.

Hi mga sis! Finally booked 7ten5 Events, thanks sa mga nag review sakanila dito. I also sent messages sa mga recent couples nila on facebook, and puro positive feedback. We chose the package with the host.

^hi mga sis, share ko lang, we booked stat events and trends for our tagaytay wedding. Cavite based sila kaya No OOT fee na. They respond well to inquiries din After paying the DP they will send you na the list of spreadsheets that will somewhat guide you sa wedding preps.

Hi mga sis! I inquired to 7ten5 for OTD and quoted me for 23k 😞 dahil kasama ootf since sa nueva ecija ang wedd. Can you recommend others? Or may kilala kayo na based sa NE? To lessen the cost sana. Budget wedding lang din kami. Btw March 2017 pa kami.
