I agree sis chilli, if magbigay ng reviews wag naman exagg kasi we're talking about their business and hindi naman tama na dahil lang sa disappointed ka in some parts eh grabe na yung nega review na sasabihin mo about them. We're taking their lives at risk din since yun ang kabuhayan nila.

Let's treat them as a person, they have feelings and get hurt as well. Hindi porket binayran sila for their service, we have the right na to shout at them and rant at them. haayyys! I hope, they can move on from that event na.

I loved Ms. Kim ang her team more because of their honesty sa pag admit ng mali nila.

To our fellow AK Bride and soon to be brides, as what I've posted last night proper turn over and communication is such a big help so everything will be smooth and stress-free.

^Super agree @sis ANJFinally. That's exactly my point sis. I talked to Ms. Kim and may load naman daw lahat ng tao niya that day. She doesn't know saan nanggaling yung issue na wala daw load yung tao niya. She is really nice. Favor na lang na maaga ipapadeliver nung bride yung mannequin and inextend lahat ng effort kasi last minute preps pala yung bride. The bride also said that she was happy after ng event kasi si Ms. Kim din daw yung nag emcee.

one of the reason why for me mas ok na friends/magkakakilala/dating magkakatrabaho ang suppliers is para mapadali ang buhay ng lahat sa wedding. I remember during our post shoot sa church the video team has to go na to reception they asked kung may photog na sasabay pinasama nung main photog ko yun isa nya tao and thank god kasi kung hindi natraffic kami. Buti din malaki yun bridal car ko kasabay ko 2 coord at isang videographer while yung van service namin nasa likod namin.

Thanks for the input about the bridal car sis Chili1113 and sis shygirlme, mukhang mas efficient nga if the Bridal Car is big enough to accommodate 3-5 more people aside from the bride. Plano ko pa naman na solo lang ako sa Bridal Car. lol Buti na lang palaging may discussion dito about these kind of things

^Ako naman ang plan ko sa mga ganyang walang sasakyan, UBER! Sinabi ko nga din sa ibang members ng ento ko na magdadala ng car na iwan na lang yung car sa parking sa hotel then Uber na lang papuntang ceremony venue, at least di na nila kelangan isipin ang parking bababa na lang sila. At isa pa magaganda ang cars ng uber at malamig aircon so walang problema sa make up nila! Though not applicable nga lang sa lahat, in my case kasi sa QC yung wedding and nasa timog area yung hotel preps namin kaya madaming uber cars sa vicinity

Thanks, chok42 for your post. Good heads up for lapses on part nila Kim. I agree with you na some things there talaga are fault nila. But nonetheless, congratulations to you & your wife. :) Thanks din sa other sisters especially my fellow AKE brides for clearing things up with Kim & her staff. Siguro if we all message her with our concerns regarding sa post, baka ma-bombard sila.

Regarding sa petticoat, I saw in one of those "wedding gown shows" wherein the bride brought along some of her entourage & family to her final fitting. There was something kasi with her dress that they need to learn like tying the corset ata. Something like that. Siguro the couturier assumed na sila Kim would know how.

Hi mga sis, It's been a long time since I wrote something here sa girl talk mejo na miss ko talaga. I've been very busy with work lately kaya di na ko nakakapag post  . anyway, I've been trying to focus on my wedding preps. kaso with work nahihirapan ako. can you please tell me which is your top 10 or kahit top 5 na OTD coordinator or coordinator that you used on your wedding na pwede ko tawagan? I'm getting married next year and I haven't even figure that out yet. mejo natatakot ako sa mga ibang nababasa ko na bad experience. Thank you!

maloushky: what's the budget range sis? I think there are good coordinators for every budget range: for OTD: 1. Below 15k 2. 15-30k 3. 30k and up. =)

But for mid-range the most frequent coordinators I hear of here with good reviews are: Kiss The Girl, Imbitado Events, SMA Weddings, Events and Elements.

For high end: Ruby Ines of Celebrations Event Specialists, Kutchie of Getting Married, Jp Montilla of Complete Work Inc,  Rita Neri, Christine Ong-Te, Brides Maids and Co.

chill lang mga sissies hehe :p i think karapatan naman ni sis na maglabas ng sama ng loob, wag din tayo agad OA magreact kasi yun yung nafeel nya at nakita  on her wedding day. wala din naman tayo dun para magreact. kahit tayu naman pag nafrufrustrate sa isang supplier, ganun din naman ang mga posts. keri na yan, basta we need to be extra careful na lang sa wedding natin, ipaalam sa coord yung nangyaring event para maavoid sa future and make sure na ok lahat ng endorsements ke coord a day before para walang sablay:)

AK bride din here. It's good to know both sides of the story. Both parties have their point of views. Siguro, we can just take the lessons we learned from these stories. Medyo nakaka alarm pag nakabasa ng negative review regarding sa supplier mo, but I'm not really bothered by this. As they say, every wedding is unique, this will not necessarily happen to your wedding. I agree with the sisies here, proper handover is very important.

^^^ Hi sis maloushky, agree with sis Chili1113, sabihin mo sa amin your budget para we can give appropriate suggestions. Kelan kasal mo next year? I suggest you meet with as many coordinators as you can as early as now kasi they are easily booked.

In my case, I've booked with Imbitado Events on November 2014 kahit October 2016 pa ang kasal ko. Ms. Ayie has been super helpful kahit OTD lang. Ang bilis magreply and gives honest feedback and other suggestions.

I've also read a lot of raves for SMA by Sheena and 7ten5.

Hi! Ahh I see, if that's the case, I apologize. Kasi one of the coords just told me about the picture sequencing that is was a tradition / protocol from one of the known provinces in the north - so I thought, the wedding happened there.

Anyways, thanks for what you've shared here. Ms. Kim gave their side also and answered everything professionally. Their lapses as a coord were admitted and their honesty made us love them even more. Me and some of the AK Brides here were fully aware with both sides of the story, hence we opted to move on na.

Grabe ambilis nga talaga ma book ng mga coordinator. I inquired sa Imbitados for our wedding March 18, 2017. ABA! may naka pencil booked na daw, waiting pa ko till end of this week. sana hindi mag confirm lol.

Incase mga sis sino ma recommend nyo other Coord. And ano mas madvice nyo, gusto namin magtipid kaya we are thinking of getting OTD lang but I want some help sa mga small details na [textspeak!] ko alam for the last minute preparation so I'm also thinking of Partial Coord. how much ba mga rate? ^hi sis querubin, kindly take down the below coords ang points given by sis chili. Coords will depend on your budget din.

You can add for budget range our coord Absolutely Knot Events kahit medyo nagkaaberya recently, I would still recommend them for their honesty and for being a professional coord even if na rave sila ng husto. Some suppliers kasi if nabigyan ng bad review, they will bad mouth to the client na gumawa nun, but we've never heard anything from Ms. Kim - kaya lalo ko sya nagustuhan. =)

Pwede mo rin sis i try yung 7ten5 Events, Simple Joys or you may click this link on my blog regarding sa mga coords na na search ko during scouting.

I think if small details lang naman, pwede na ang OTD - ask your chosen coord nalang if hanggang saan yung assistance na kaya nilang i-offer for OTD then i-open up mo rin yung mga things na feeling mo need mo ng help nila kahit OTD kalang para ma gauge din. =)
