Hi sis, pa update naman kasi gusto ko din subukan yang cindella in the future kapag nakisama na ang veins ko hehe Namimiss ko mag paka vain!

Anyway, a friend of mine swears by this brand, hindi ko nga lang nattry pa sa sarili ko kasi nasanay na ako sa favorite gluta brand ko, but im interested to try it now.. Kaya I need helpful feedback sana hehe

^ Hmm for me ha, wala pang visible effect sa akin. Although merong mga nakapansin na na pumuti ako. Pero baka naman kasi because of TAD yun. Yung sinasabing liliit ang pores because of cindella, hindi ko pa nakikita! hahaha. Di ko pa naman ubos yung isang box so im still giving it some chance.

Cindella is Thioctic acid or Alpha Lipoic Acid which is a glutathione booster. Ang usually na ka pair niya is Luthione glutathione meron na 600mg and 1,200mg may kasama din silang special vitamin C

5th box ko na ng tationil pero hindi pa rin ako sa satisfied, though last 3 boxes ko lang yung every other day,then nuwhite + fern c (day & night) for non iv days , ordered saluta 1800mg and vita whiteplus(vitamin c and whitening bale ito yung ipapalit ko sa fern c ) crossing my fingers na much better ang combo nila. Will update after 1-2 months

After consuming 1 box of saluta and 1 box of sts 2.4mg parang walang effect. Parang umiitim pa ko? Or dahil lagi ako exposed sa sun though protected naman with sunblock and scarf. Huhu. Or too early to tell?

Mga sis anyone here taking psych meds? And meds for high cholesterol and high blood sugar? Safe pa rin Kaya to continue my gluta drip / gluta push sessions? Meds na I'm currently taking right now is lithium which is hard in the kidneys daw tapos I have a high cholesterol pa and high blood sugar (im not taking any meds for it yet but might start soon ).

1st shot using saluta 1200mg kahapon and sinabayan ko na rin ng Luxcent luminous sa glutaworks. hope na maganda effect sakin since kagagaling ko lang sa swimming kaya mejo nagdarken skin ko hehe

I think its too early to tell sis and try to avoid sun exposure lalo na ngayon grabe init kahit pa may sunblock ako bumili pa ako umbrella na may uv protection haha bukod pa sa sunblock , saan ka nagoorder ng saluta sis?

I agree sis bootski. for more than a year ko na on gluta, mas narealize ko na hindi mo makukuha sa madalian at biglaang dosage ang pagputi. nasa consistent use lang at tagal mo ng paggamit

I have long wanted to try IVG kasi sa oral di okay. Which brand po most recommended niyo?
I am also having thoughts between iv push and iv drip. Nakakasira daw kasi ng organs ang iv drip in the long run?
