sis thank you pala..napabili ako few days ng B vitamins. If my memory serves me correctly, I heard that on this thread previously too pero as far as I'm able to remember B vitamins are for nerves.. not sure how it helps sa veins..google ako later.

mga sis protip:

yung mga libreng kasama na needles sa gluta niyo..tingnan mabuti hehe. So weird, nagiiba yung quality.. the brand of the needle matters But the only difference is pain lang ha, which I'm sure by now, everyone's used to na. lalo na yung mga palagi na miss. LOL!

It takes my seasoned therapist 2-3 times usually AND I've been using the same site over and over na (all the others wont do).. and lahat ng mga IV nurse and medtech colleagues ng therapist ko natakot sa akin LOL so funny kase nag annual examination kami..then my therapist was on break, nagpush and nagdisown and pinawait talaga ako nila sa kanya. (our company client was watching their competencies and may "one hit rule" sila, if they miss too many times, may LOI sila at sermon..)

Hi po. Bago lang ako sa IVG, 3rd session ko palang po with STS 1.2
Anyway, tanong ko lang po sana. Kapag nahihirapang maghanap ng vein sa hands or sa arms, hindi po ba pwedeng gamitin yung sa feet?
Hindi po kasi ako nurse, kaya sorry kung medyo dumb yung tanong ko.

sis @minatay91 according sa prof ko nung college its good for blood circulation and vitamin B is good for treatment of varicose veins... yes better if search you nalang nakalimutan ko na din kasi haha.

^^sis pwede naman sa veins sa paa mag-inject ng gluta. pero I doubt if you would want to do it. Sobrang sakit niyan! remember mga babies sa hospital, sa paa nag-insert ng swero dahil doon mas malalaki ugat nila kasi babies pa nga. Pero kapag adult na sa arms and hands na. I have tried it once, way back. OMG will never ever do it again.

Anyone in here na buntis pala pero nakapag take ng IV gluta. Un ang ngyari saken i did not know that im preggy..  Naka consumed ako na halos 3 boxes of saluta double dose pa ako nun every other day.. Sinabi ko naman sa OB ko na ganon nga its okay lang daw basta itigil ko na. Then ganon na nga ginawa ko..hehe . So halos mag 3 months na ako di nag iiv gluta ok pa effects saken pero mas pipiliin ko chempre safety ni baby kaya ni stop ko na.

Dumating yung order kong glutax kahapon so naexcite ako kaya sinubukan kong magturok mag isa. May backflow naman so pinush ko na, kaya lang nagbulge. My gudness.

wala ako macomment pero gusto ko magcomment hehe ang kulit just finished my 100th 600mg vials last two days ago from single dose everyday to single dose every other day nag every two days nalang me double as advised by some members here glowing phase pa rin ako darating ka pala sa stage na kakatamaran mo rin kasi naiisip mo yung mga nagastos at yung expectation na puputi ka na feeling disappointed at iba pang nega thinking pero sabi ko sa sarili ko inumpisahan ko na kailangan panindigan ko  dahil sayang ang binuong pangarap hehe pero cyempre walang forever  kung di ito uubra sa plano ko na 200vials 600mg na magwhiten 1 shade man lang mag susuplements na lang me pero kapag kapag kapag nagwhiten ako abay maniniwala nako sa forever itutuloy tuloy na haha balitaan ko na lang kayo ulit mga sisters.

@sis ananimus101 naka relate ako sayo sis.. pang 2nd box ko na ng gluta ngayon january.. wala pa rin ako nakikitang effect. plan ko ng gawin twice a week ang inject.

nag try ako mag self inject, kaloka mga sis ni nerbyos ako.. kaya di ko naubos yun gamot.
try ko ulit mag inject next week sana maging successful na

I think the admin didn't allow my previous two replies and inquires to be posted.

Anyway, had my first session with Glutax 15G transitioned from a box of Glutax 5Gs. Medyo scary kasi super high dosage but i just increased by intake of water.

One thing I've noticed kasi before you when I wake up super oily face skin ko, ngayon it looks different parang galing ka lang hilamus, ewan it looks "fresh" i think and maybe glowing in a sense. Tapos yung palm and soles mamula-mula feeling ko tuloy meztizo ako HAHAHAHA. Inner thighs and inner arms continues to lighten. Chest and shoulders continue to lighten as well.

At first i felt scared kasi sabi ng clinic na I maybe feverish within 24 to 48 hrs due to the Marine Stem Cell na kasama nito na usually ang feedback ng mga clients nila. But I was just hopeful and continue to drink lots of water within 48 hours. So far di naman ako nilagnat. Yey! This Saturday will be my 2nd session (out of 10) for Glutax 15Gs.

I will provide more updates as I come to 4th or 5th session.

Drink lots of water to protect your kidneys and safe IVG sessions!

6 vials or 6 session, on my 5th week nag double dose ako, about 10,000mg of gluta.

Naglight ang inner thighs, chest and shoulders.

my friend na lalake din used glutax 5gs and 15g din kaso now no visible effect sa kanya
(as I have mentioned sa first page ng thread) ...

although restart kasi siya sa pag IVG:
nagstop & then he's been getting alot of sun exposure from summer last year tapos naggluta ulit after a few months. By the way, nagwowork out ka din ba? Kasi siya nagbuild ng muscles (malaki na talaga katawan niya) so we are trying to figure out whether this is a factor why hindi na ganun ka bilis effect sa kanya.  thanks

@ilovejdy now I am 61kgs and 5'2". I used to go gym before for about two years and was also muscular I think I was 56 to 58kgs noon and I was taking Belo Nutraceuticals (Gluta pills) 2 pills a day with Vit C for about a year an a half.

The reason I mentioned it is because (I don't know it scientifically true but I've read it somewhere) since Glutathione already exist in our body naturally and the effect of having much naturally synthesized Glutathione will have a side effect of skin lightening.

The way I see it (I'm no expert) that if your body needs Glutathione or have not produced enough Glutathione and your taking it either orally or thru IV your body will just absorb it is STILL IN NEED of Glutathione and since your body don't have that enough or more Glutathione so wala pang side effect na skin lightening kasi you need it pa.

Some literature says that having consistent Glutathione intake for 3 months of the same kind is crucial kasi this is the time that your body is building a foundation of its chemistry with the Glutathione that you are taking in, they call it Chemistry re-alignment and once it's built this will start the lightening process.

Pero your body's metabolism will also be a very big factor and also that time range (3 months) of enough dosage of Glutathione helps you decide if hiyang ka ba sa product na ginagamit mo if you are then start doing it consistently and try to increase the dosage but not too much. If not, try another product.

I don't go to gym anymore but I do Yoga, I sweat a lot in Yoga rather than in gyms. I'd made sure that I hydrate a lot, drink a lot of water to protect my kidney esp I'm on a very high dosage already.

Hello mga sis. Ask ko lang po sino po nakagamit nakagamit na ng gluta velocity 300g. Balak ko po kasi doble dose once a week then mag ooral po ako ng nuwhite saka po vit. C. O mas maganda parin po bang gawin ko eh 2 times a week kahit doble dose? Thank you po sa sasagot

Anyways sis, I will personally never ever do foot veins just for gluta. EVER. I'd rather drink it LOL. pero I'd rather discard than drink. hahah

too many complications.. there's a reason nobody really does it (unless in extreme emergency situations)

lol nabasa ko intervals dito, at yung mga gluta brands.. I feel so.. adik and oldschool.

also, pakpak tenga comments from those who havent seen me in 5-9 years. They likened me to Anne Curtis. Kahit walang tulog ang lola niyo, ang fresh pa daw. or salamat foundation siguro LOL

you did it all by yourself sis? 30 minutes yung pag push lang hindi kasama sa counting yung pag-prepare? i tried DIY before pero mga 5-10 minutes lang yata yung pag push ko
