Ok sakin ang ATC Grapeseed Extract. Feeling ko mas ok pa sya kesa sa Myre-E (440 IU). I also take Sodium Ascorbate along with GSE.

Tried taking vitamin E (generic) for 3 months. Didnt notice effects at first, pero after a while i noticed the skin on my arms look dewy to think i always had dull skin. But i had to stop, cause you can only take vit E straight for 3 mos. ( otherwise you risk toxicity/side effects like acne& oiliness)

Watsons collagen w/vit C + zinc- ok for the first 5 days, but had acne as well ( i think i get acne because of the collagen content :<)

Sisses, feedback for KB naman please, and how much, thanks.

Dahil bawal ang vitamin E and B sa akin (oily/acne prone skin) i'm only taking vit C. Pero walang effect to have "glowing" skin. I want to try gluta sana pero ayokong pumuti gusto ko lang smooth skin.

^haha same here.
I stopped taking Rosypeel for 3dys. Now,I'm using Ishigaki Prem together with VitC Solgar. No drastic effect yet.
Let's see kung magiging ok to.

Ok sakin ang Rosy Peel. It didn't cause breakouts kahit na acne prone ako. After 1 month of taking it, pansin ko may mga araw na mamula-mula yung cheeks ko and same with sis red_yesha na naging mas regular ang bowel movement ko. I take it 30 mins before breakfast and dinner kasabay ng 500 mg ng Solgar Vitamin C with Rose Hips. I also take Biotin once a day after lunch. Pansin ko mas mabilis humaba yung nails ko.

Me too i think staple na ko dito sa Rosy Peel Fresh talaga ng aura ko dito e and sabi nga nakakahelp mag loose ng weight pag before meals mo to itake. sa Myra E naman ok ndin sya saken 400 IU gamit ko every other day lang din kasi nga it stays longer in our system and kumbaga narerecycle sya ng body because of the active unoxidized form compared to the 300 IU version which is a synthetic form. kaya i think yun ang nagging cause ng breakouts pag araw araw maliban nalang siguro kung super dry skin mo baka for the first week you can consume it everyday anyway safe padin naman and 400 IU for everyday BUT that is the maximum na po unless prescribed by your Dr. I stopped taking Oral gluta na since for me ok na yung glow na nakukuha ko. maputi nadin naman ako even before. sa mga gumagamit ng ibang vitamin e pareho lang ba ng effect yung generic brand vitamin e? synthetic form ba sila or natural form? Thanks!  ;D

Snowcaps works fine with me. Kaso when you stop, nawawala din after a few days. I feel energized and less oily ako. Once a day ko lang tinatake. I am not after the puti effect, I am after the health benefits.

^Ako, nag stop lang ako ngayon kasi may sinusubukan akong isang product.
gusto mo ba pumuti? Parang hindi naman ako pumuti sa RosyPeel.
pero all in all ok ito.

I am after talaga sa glow and being healthy. I've read some comments kasi they broke out with Rosy Peel. Although, I would love to try it out.

Hi sis!

My feedback will be based on my experience 2 years ago. Used this product for a month and got no effect. Haha! At least no adverse reaction naman. Or baka napaka-impatient ko to wait for result and resorted to give up on this product. I was convinced to use this because this was always recommended and advertised by shalala and a doctor on his radio segment when Shalala used to be in abc 5 pa.

Ayun, honestly, no effect talaga sakin and ang mahal din kasi, around 19 pesos per capsule that time in mercury drugstore.

HTH sis! 😊😊

Kasi when I was in my 20s, nag-take ako ng Myra-E tapos nagkaroon ako ng pimples nun. Pero now I'm in my 30s, I'm taking Steinbach everyday yet no pimples.

Talagang nagkakaroon ako ng pimples kapag nag take ako ng Vitamin E kahit every other day pa.
