Naging basehan namin ng budget yung rate ng marc parra and brilliantbum na 65k, nice yung brilliantbum kaso sa package na 65k nila walang wedding album pero prenup meron 🤔 E mas kelangan nga namin yung wedding album, so ipapagawa pa namin yun sa labas kung sakali kasi mas mahal na yung rate kung kasama yung album e. Paghiwalay ok sana kung hanggang 70k umabot wag lang beyond na dun haha! Kung malaki lang talaga budget i would go for the rewind media at myio okamoto e. E kaso hindi haha! Other savings kasi will go to the house na. Kung hiwalay naman kunin ko sana si efjay tapos yung nirerefer niyang video, kaso hindi ko pa alam kung may otf, kasi kung may otf lalagpas na sa 70k hehe.. tuloy naaatat na ko magbridal fair sa january. Gusto ko malaman kung sino sino p/v ang andon at kung discounted ba talaga and more freebies. Pagnagiinquire kasi ako mga wala namang freebies madalas. Yung may mga freebies so-so lang ang gawa sa paningin ko.bago ko kasi ipakita kay h2b yung p/v, ako muna yung titingin dahil mas alam ko tumingin ng magandang shots sa kanya ang dami ko ng p/v na nakalista sa excel file ko na lahat yun bet ko. Nagkakatalo na lang talaga sa price, inclusions, at tinitingnan ko rin kung lalong nagiimprove yung gawa nila habang tumatagal. May p/v kasi parang wala ng bago pag nakikita mo ulit yung gawa.

Yung photographer ko, The Gallery. They were just starting up when we booked them. Nagalingan kami sa style nila. When we checked their profile, maganda background nila. They've worked for Nice Print, Metrophoto and Blacktie na. Eto website nila:

Bata pa nga sila e. Ka-age bracket lang namin 24-30 haha kaya super fun sila kasama and andun talaga yung passion nila. Check mo lang baka magustuhan mo din

As to our videographer, we booked A.G Garza Wedding Film pero magchechange kami. We will be letting go of the 10k initial deposit nga e. Kasi may nakita kami na mas magaling. Imimeet pa lang namin sya. I will give update as soon as mafinalize namin.

Goodluck sa pagsesearch sis. Dun ka sa style na gusto mo. May iba kasing couple na ang gusto ay yung medyo dark, yung macontrast, meron din yung very light lang. So decide ka muna alin yung fit sa gusto nyo. ☺️ happy scouting hehe

Taga province siya and yung P/V niya for the wedding is based dun so I'm looking for photographers na pwede ko masuggest sa kaniya who will do their prenup shoot.

Hi everyone! 13 days to go for me! Kabado na ko! HAHAHAH! Just a question, has anyone tried giving the photographer a shot list? Like specific photos you want taken? How did your photographer handle it?

^^I think this was answered by DTS on the Wedding Tip Sheet page. They said it's okay but remember that you booked your P/V teams because you were impressed with their folios and the styles exhibited in it. If you're going to give them pegs, make sure it is compatible with their styles. Like don't give them pegs of candid/casual looking shots when their forte is more on the formal/traditional shots. Maybe better to get your pegs from their folios too?

I think ok lang may peg for photos. This is according to my coordinator ha. Sabi nya yung can ask them naman what style and treatment you want and give them a list of your must have shots. I have a few pegs kasi I really like movement and drama in photos. (Maarte talaga ako hahaha)

Ilan photographers and videographers usually included sa package? I checked with my coord and there's 9 in the P/V team. Di ba ang dami noon?

^ if same team ang P/V mo sis, i think okay lang yan number na yan. With my video team, 7 people. My Photog team is around 5 to 6.

I see, that's normal pala. Usually nakikita ko dito sa Sydney 1 or 2 lang ang dami pala.

Thanks sis.. Kasama ata sa package pero addl cost kung dadalhin pa nila dito para magshoot so parang magprenup sila dito tas magprenup dun. Gusto niya kasi mag The Greenery sa prenup. hehe

sis bridezilamnl sis okay lang naman siguro yun, pero siguro more on pegs nga. kasi pag ganun na may list parang papangunahan natin yung P/V team. What I plan to do is, during the wedding if may gusto akong shot na hindi pa namin nagawa dun ko nalang sasabhin ka "Sir papic naman ng ganito or ganyan". 

Sis LilaFowler ang sa amin 11 lahat sila. 2 prof photographer and videographers then each of them my assistant na tig isa, then 2 lights men and then 1 driver. Pero since ang dami and out of town kami, sabi ko kung pwede 6 lang ipadala nila. hahahaha. 1 assistant nalang for photo and video and then yung lights men dun na kami kuwa kasi meron namang mga nagaaral ng photography sa province namin or yung mga assistant ng photographers dun, experience din naman nila yun hahaha..

I just wanna share. I'm also a member of the wedding suppliers group in fb. May naglakas loob dun na supplier na magrant for his clients na kinuha yung p/v na sikat na dahil sa mga celebrity clients nila. Sabi dun, hindi daw equal ang service nila pagnon celebrity ang client nila iba ang treatment. Like kung celebrity ka the day before nakaabang na sila sa pagprepare for the shoot. Pero pag non-celebrity 4-5hrs before wedding sila dumadating, and mga freelance ang photogrpahers, etc. ang daming nagcomment na totoo nga daw yun as they have also experience it. Not worth the money dat. Buti daw sana kung mura lang kaso 160k ang service nila for their ultimate package. Actually, sabi rin ng gf ng bro ko. Umatend sila ng wedding ng friend nila tapos yun ang p/v, hindi naman daw ganon kaganda ang gawa. Parang hindi sulit yung magbayad ka ng ganong price tapos mas magagaling pa yung nasa 60k-80k range. Wala lang just want to share. btw, i think the p/v that they're talking about is nice print.

For me, as long as they meet what is in the contract, then that's fine. If our contract says they need to be there 6 hours before the wedding, they should be there on the dot.

I would not use the celebrity photos in their portfolio to judge the quality of work kasi hindi naman yun ang normal service nila. On top of that, celebs are used to being photographed so iba ang labas ng product nun.

Sis raiizea, oo nga ano. Kasi if you're on a budget (Like me ) parang ang mahal na din sa akin ng ganong range. Ang kagandahan ngayon, we have a lot of options na din. Research lang talaga and look for feedback from real couples din.

Tama ka sis LilaFowler, Important din ito sa akin. They need to deliver on what is stipulated in the contract, then I'm good. Plus iba talaga output if the couple is used to being photographed nga (e.g. yung recent photos nina Alden and Maine )

On showing photo pegs to photographers- It's better to consult this with your supplier before booking them. Photographers kasi has their own artistic style. Perhaps they can use your pegs as a reference lang.

Just to add, you can't really take it against photographers if they only arrive at the stated time on the contract kasi that's all you've paid for.

When they take on celebrity clients, a lot of that is beneficial to their business. They get a lot of free marketing kaya they are willing to go the extra mile.

I've read that too. They're pertaining to Nice Print. Meron din daw SDE na hindi nacomplete on time.
Sana hindi yun mangyari sa nga future NP brides dito. Pwede din nyong iraise sa kanila yung negative feedback para ma-address nila at hindi na maulit.

^^actually isa yun sa nabasa kong reklamo dun sa mga comments. Like the prenup daw, ang napagusapan is 6hrs, pero yun daw pinadala ng nice print said na 4hrs lang daw, kaya nakipagusap sila and change the team kahit gustong gusto daw nila magpalit ng p/v, 80percent na daw silang paid, and their not happy sa output. Well, hindi siguro sa lahat sila ganon. Pero nabasa ko lang kasi na mejo madami yung negative feedbacks hehe.. pero wala din sila sa pinagpipilian ko kasi saken ordinary pa masyado yung shots nila sa eye ko and saken hindi worth yung ganong shots nila sa price na 160k. Hehe.. just my point of view lang. Sa dami ng nakita ko ng p/v since i started lurking here in gt. Ang dami pala talagang magaling na hindi naman super high price. Nagiging super high sila magprice dahil nakikilala na sila. kaya maganda pa rin na ibackground check maige yung mga p/v. Good thing there's gt! I love all girls here sharing their experiences, suppliers, etc.

^^ im also im budget sa wedding. Pero still thinking kung dapat bang magsplurge kami sa photo and video, wala nga kaming balak na magsplurge sa mga suppliers, but we also don't want to compromise the quality din. Lagi ko kasing iniisip din yung after wedding budget namin kaya sobrang research talaga ako sa mga suppliers. Matagal pa naman wedding namin pero we want to book all or all major suppliers na sa 2017. As of now, nakabook agad kami ng church, catering at venue kahit 2018 pa kami. always checking my desired p/v baka sakaling magpromo e haha!!
