Nakabook na kami kay Ram Marcelo yesterday. We're happy na we meet him first before booking. Kasi ang gaan agad ng loob namin sakanya. Siguro dahil bata pa siya kaya palagay na agad. And ang dami niyang binigay na tips which is really helpful lalo sa planning, these tips are more on the photographer point of view. Videographer naman ang hahanapin namin. Any recommendations na around 50k ang range kasama na sana [textspeak!] aerial if ever? TIA!

Hi sis chellai_kawaii, you can check Vidlens. They are my chosen videographer. I think they are within your range and also they are friends with Ram as they have worked with each other a couple of times. I see them commenting in each other's FB post.

Hi sis, i'm a newbie here. Been following this thread but ngayon lang ko ng decide mg post. I have a BIG problem with my photographer, Toto Villaruel. I booked him on Dec 10 and the contract was sent to me one week later along with the acknowledgement receipt. Then, last week ng email un assistant niya saying na my nauna daw na couple na ng book samin.  I don't believe them kasi after 1 month saka palang nila nakita un issue?

Hay naku sis. Same here. I was about to pay na but I hesitated kasi baka mag change date kami. When I asked him to extend the date sabi nila booked na daw date ko. I sgree super unprofessional niya. May email thread pa kami and everything. Buti na lang we didn't push thru w/ our payment. I guess it was a blessing it disguise that I didn't booked Toto Villaruel since ganun pala siya kagulo kausap.

^sorry to hear that mga sis, yes very unprofessional nga un at unfair sa part mo na nabook ka na then eventually will cancel ang booking because na overlooked and a month after pa bago nila napansin? How irresponsible.. This things happen but sana mas naging maingat sila and i think what made him more unprofessional is when he pushed na maging photographer mo ang wife nya and giving you free prenup basta wife nya ang kunin mo. I think mas maganda pa na ginawa nya is to personally apologize and give you the free prenup na lang dahil din sa hassle and stress na binigay sayo.. I just hope they improve their quality in negotiating with clients and be more responsible about booking to avoid double bookings.

^^^So sorry to hear that ACC. That's super unprofessional! The admin had the gall to push you their other services pa. I really think you should demand for refund. Tell them that when you booked them, you booked them for Toto and not Nicolai so they dont have the right to hold your payment. Gosh, medyo mayabang ah. Most likely, since its the admin who made the mistake, she doesnt want to lose a client else patay siya sa owners. Maybe thats why shes pushy.

^Yikes hindi pala to isolated case... Sayang, he's a popular supplier pa naman. Anyway I just backread in WaW about him and there are bad reviews about him "forgetting" booked dates and not bothering to explain or reply to his clients when he's at fault.

This is also a review of our favorite supplier. Di pa kasi kami engaged, alam namin ni h2b na siya na talaga ang kukuhanin namin videographer. We like his style. No fuzz, no drama, just candid and good vibes story telling. And the way he treats light & color..ooohh luvveet.

Priority ang photo and video so we allocated big chunk of the budget for these. At nung first meeting with him, its meant to be. Tropa agad. Also he is the first supplier we ever booked.

Mabilis magreply sa inquiries. Check.
Meeting time, his team was early. Check.
During shoot, hindi nakaka stress mag direct. Chill lang kami. Check.
And the output is waaay more than we expected. Check check!

I dont see much of reviews sa kanya dito so i decided to create a specific thread for him.

Yeah sis, parang trend nga. Before sometimes the bride or groom would have a boudoir shoot as a gift to their future husband / wife respectively. But now sabay sila! Ako hindi kaya. His parents and my grandpa would have a heart attack! Hahaha.

Should have known to expect this after my prenup video took 8 months (and was shown to us day before the wedding lang).
