Hi sis Tehsee! Both of them have really beautiful photos I booked Foreveryday because of Gail's great customer service and he never had negative reviews. I've read one negative review here about Toto where he lost the photos of the his client and didn't bother to explain. Although that was 2013 or 2014 pa yata. Here's the link where I read that:

Aside from the good photos, customer service is also very important for me because I want to lessen the stress of wedding preps as much as possible dahil ang daming nakaka stress sa wedding preps lalo na ang palaki ng palaki na expenses. Gail is also very helpful in terms of the wedding preps. He replies when I ask help or feedback about getting other suppliers

Another photographer who has photos which are a bit similar to Foreveryday and Toto is J Lucas Reyes although I personally prefer Foreveryday or Toto. HTH

Attended a wedding last night of my cousin. All I can say is WOW-- grabe talaga galing ni Pat Dy. Nobody does it like him, no matter what. Heehe. Everyone was amazed. And his SDE is like no other!! He has so many new techniques now!! Galing niya talaga.

Our first choice din is between toto and J lucas but both of them are not available on the day of my wedding. Hubby works in media so i trust his taste and he wants J lucas unfortunately hindi nga pwede so i gave him options and his comments to the following: proud rad masyado daw dark, Foreverday masyado flat ang photos (hindi ko talga magets yung flat na sinasabi nya haha) but good execution daw, pat dy di kaya ng budget how i wish, dino lara not our personality, Nicolai melicor ok naman pero parang may kulang a daw, Toto he got some comments na medyo blur ang ibang pictures pero we checked some output na ok naman baka yung team nya yun minsan nangyayari talga pagdiretso na gamit ng camera, Anne Naig we booked her initially she was really good kasi wala naman kami pa background sa wedding nun but may kulang din daw output kaya we changed her but for me she is really good getting there na, Metrophoto masyadong formal for us and di kaya ng budget namin(pero i like them too) Paul vincent kulang sa execution we saw from a friend their output, Jaja and Nelwin both not available so i didnt show him na. We end up booking chestknots under jayjay lucas because we feel like it fits our personality he loves how they edit the pictures in terms of coloring and layouting and how they capture natural moments siguro same lang sila ng taste ni hubby di sya masyado fan ng masyadong colorful or masyadong dark and i agree with him. So depende talaga sa taste ng couple yun. This is in our opinion lang naman. Everytime magpresent ako ng supplier sa kanya kelangan pumasa na sa akin para we dont end up arguing and mas mabilis magdecide.

^ thanks sa feedback, very helpful and comments ni hubby mo hehe. yung sa flat, i think he means na parang walang dating yung pictures kasi hindi nagsstand-out yung subject, but i think that's because gail has a mellow style. gusto ko talaga sana si gail tho pero nung pinakita ko yung pics niya sa friend ko, na-turn off yun friend ko kasi may pre-nup pics siya na medyo off yung cropping hahahaha. i guess minsan talaga kanya-kanyang trip :p i've spoken to gail tho and sobrang down to earth niya which is a huge plus.

however nasabihan ako na wag daw mag impulse decisions at tumingin tingin muna ng ibang p/vs... eh hindi ko talaga type yung mga mas budget kasi most of them i feel sobrang edited. ang taas ng contrast, sharpness, saturation oh well hunting hunting pa!

oo i agree with gail and maayos kausap. Actually sila Jayjay sobrang bagal magreply it took them two weeks to send us the quote, tapos when we visited them in their office medyo nasungitan ako siguro wala lang sya sa mood sabi ni hubby grabe naman guts feeling ko (mahilig din ako sa friendly kasi) but then since we really want them, we took the pain of waiting and just forget about that sabagay may mood naman talaga ang tao i want to give him benefit of the doubt anyway at the end of it the output is the most important for us. We wont have to direct them what we want and what we need because we know they can deliver. Siguro kung coordinator lang yun or catering or event stylist hindi na because there's a lot of coordination involved. The thing with getting the p/v that suits your personality less hassle with the coordination at medyo panatag ka na and less stress sa dami ng pumapasok sa utak mo. lol

I got Gail for my prenup sis and GTalkers here have nothing bad to say about him. He is getting better at his craft. I like toto too. if you are choosing a famous supplier, don't wait too long. They might get booked by the time you decide.

Chilli, Im glad to hear this. I haven't attended any of my friends weddings who got Pat Dy (missed 5 of them na!) since I was based overseas but I got him since he shot a treasured family photo of mine.

Mga sis... question lang. When speaking to potential p suppliers ok lang ba na tanungin kung willing sila na ulitin yung post processing ng certain pics? May mga photographers kasi na gustong gusto ko yung pics kaso may number dun sa shots na di ko type yung pag process. Baka kasi mao-offend kung in the end tanungin ko, pwede bang less orange yung skin? hehe. I know kasi artists can be sensitive.

They usually accommodate to satisfy the client pero it's just that you are no longer a priority since madami na silang upcoming weddings. My supplier told me up to 3 years na meron pa nagrerequest ng re-edit, but they only do this pag free na form current weddings.

Ang hirap maghanap ng videographer. lalo na its out top priority. Ang daming inclusions na gusto ko. Si h2b pa gusto nya name ng tao yung name ng business. Kasi pag hindi daw baka kung sino sino ang ipadala. Kaya daw minsan hindi consistent yung ganda ng mga SDE's na napapanuod namen.

Please suggest a videographer for me.

2 kasi top choices ko now kasi they both have complete inclusions na gusto ko. Pero ang price nila, sobrang layo like 55k difference. Hehe.

^hermione28, as expected i'd be bias and raise my hand for ghe consolacion. hehe! the extra money will be worth it. magaling na, mabait pa. his videos, pati audio it's so clear. Plus his choices of music, timing and how he create his SDEs based on the lyrics.. nakaka bilib. there's this particular one na super natuwa ako that even the sound of raindrops, very crisp.

Aysa told me they will give 5k discount lang if you will book sa fair on Jan 16.

Kaya its really hard to decide because of the price. Pero Ghe's videos are amazing. Sobrang ganda talaga. Ever since sya talaga yung gusto ko. What if I'll book a difference save the date videographer nalang? Kasi its additional 30k for the STD. Wala naman binigay na discount si Aysa saken for the STD.

^Sis what package are you thinking of getting? Before kasi if you get the complete package (SDE, Documentary, cinematic highlights, raw footage) you get free aerial aside from the 5k discount.

In fairness to Ghe he only increased 5k from his 2015 rate.

Anyway you can definitely get another videographer for Save the Date. My prenup video and photos are done by totally different teams from the ones in my wedding.

I expected na may expenses pero di ko naisip na kayang umabot ng 30k ang expenses. My sister has her very cute prenup sa bahay lang namen sa province sa bulacan, walang gastos! Haha. Jake olaso just came by, nag shoot kaagad at umalis na na parang wala lang. But the video? Wow ang ganda talaga! He didn't even ask for OOT Fee. He's so nice! Kung di lang sya nag increase ng sobra I want to get him also for my wedding.
