ako naman ayaw bumili ng clothing items/shoes/etc sa lazada/zalora. more on household items ang binibili ko. so far basta madaming positive reviews, dun ako binibili. so far super early naman ang delivery saken. kakabili ko lang ng mosquito lamp, weighing scale, electric griller at happy cook. all in good condition naman

marami na ako nabili kay lazada, okey naman siya. wala ako reklamo. depende naman siguro sa seller. better check the sellers review before you put your order and the review of the product. kay zalora once lang ako nag order pero wala rin ako ma-say, ok ang quality ng clothes nila.

Just now I got my refund on LAZADA. okey talaga ang experience ko sa Lazada, mayron akong order na hindi na-fullfill ng merchant nila dahil out of stock na siguro. Sa ibang bansa pa kasi manggagaling ang order ko eh. So nag email ang lazada sa akin na nagsosorry and nagbigay sila ng 200 voucher sa akin para pampalubag loob then pinaprocess na nila ang refund ko. 3 days after ng email nila ay nakita ko na ang refund ko sa bank account ko.

Bought a number of items na din sa Lazada, gadgets, toys, household items, madalas okay, minsan hindi. Bought a Lenovo phone na si Lenovo din ang seller, super mura lang compared sa store and okay naman nung dumating, still being used til now. Yung cpu naman after several months lang nag crash agad and according to the technician, hard drive and power supply. Within the warranty period of 1 year pa naman but the seller is in Caloocan pa and sobrang hassle if ipapaship back ko sa kanila for repair. Siguro luma mga components sa loob kaya nasira agad. Basta I check muna sa other online shops and actual stores to compare and pag mura talaga saka ko binibili sa Lazada. I also make use of promo codes para sa discount. Sa Zalora na try ko na din several times, okay din, may isang beses lang na maliit pala sukat ng pants. Di ko na binalik hassle pa binigay ko na lang sa sister ko.

actually. kahit mga from abroad na items, they offer free shipping for most of them. medyo matagal na hintayan pero it's still faster than going via foreign postal services na dadaan sa customs natin (which is where the item gets stuck)

I shop at Zalora for fashion items. Lazada for everything else. I like both so far, and will continue shopping at both. Zalora -- being mainly focused on fashion and style -- has better curated items, faster shipping, better packaging, and better after-purchase service. Though Lazada has a wider shopping selection and, as of the moment, has a wider range of areas that they ship to.

I've bought more from Lazada so I have had more interaction with them. My inevitable bad experience with Lazada was when the item I got looked different from the product image. Lazada refused give me a refund because, as they said, I received the item in good condition anyway even if it was an entirely different color and texture.

I also find that many items at Lazada are outrageously overpriced even with the so-called discounted price. It's not uncommon for me to see an item priced at around P300-P500 on Lazada and then see the exact same thing at a store selling for P50-P150.

The things that seem to be good deals on Lazada for me are mostly in the electronics department.

Was just talking about the price thing sa Lazada in another thread! So true. Of course, kahit overpriced yung product, I consider that it's getting shipped to me (sometimes for free), and that saves me the time and effort of heading out to buy it. For stuff that I simply can't find locally, I'm even more willing to spend the extra.

dami ko ng nabili sa lazada. usually max 2 days nadedeliver na, but now ang tagal ng delivery. dec 12 pa na-order wala pa din until now (although nakalagay naman delivery until dec 19). dami siguro nagorder nung online revolution sale nila.

i usually buy gadgets, tapos I check kung sino [textspeak!] supplier (either lazada, villman, or any reputable gadget store). kapag make-ups and perfume lazada supplied lang binibili ko.

yung mga bags nila, sobrang mura nung iba duda ako sa authenticity.

Oo, questionable ang pagiging authentic ng mga branded items na hindi Lazada ang nagffulfill.

Di pa ko naka bili ng mga branded items don. Pero may SM Store na din don. Yun nagtitingin tingin din ako dun.
Aaand did a lot of Christmas shopping online last 12/17. Dumating naman kahapon and kanina orders ko kahit matagal ang sinabi nilang ETA

hay naku, may bad experience na ko with Lazada (pagkatapos ko pa naman bumili ng madami and i-promote sila sa mga relatives/friends ko).

meron akong two orders na na-cancel, kase mali daw yung price na nailagay. nakalagay daw sa terms and conditions nila na they have the right to cancel an order kung mali ang price na nilagay nila. i've already emailed DTI about it, hintay na lang ano update.

Buti na lang naayos, laking convenience din kase sa akin ang Lazada and Zalora. No need to go to the mall to buy stuff, ang bilis din naman ng delivery (except this Christmas season na matagal ang deliveries).

^ I always use credit card. Kase usually may additional discounts pa if you use specific credit cards. tsaka hassle din na magiiwan pa ko ng money sa bahay. pag paid na, i-rereceive na lang ng helper.

so far ok naman quality -- clothes, appliances, gadgets ok naman lahat ng nadedeliver sa kin so far. Sealed and brand new naman dumadating.

yung sister ko hindi nagustuhan yung isang nadeliver sa kanya so binalik niya. narefund din yung binayad niya. hindi mahirap magbalik if you don't like the product.
