Never tried shopping at Lazada, but ive heard bad stories about it. Sa zalora nakatry na ko, my experience was 5/5 in terms of customer service, and delivery. Item is also as described so wala akong naging problem.

I've been shopping in Lazada for so many months but never tried shopping for branded shoes, clothes and bags kasi I cannot rely on the computer to show me the actual product.  Photos can be deceiving.  And I'm on the heavy side so I don't really know for sure if the clothes will fit.  I buy the gadgets and home small appliances lang.

definitely, zalora. delivery of items would come in a matter of 1-2 days. i've had a bad experience with lazada wherein my order was never delivered, good thing my mode of payment was COD.

Guys, may fake items ba sa Lazada? I bought Ishigaki kasi 3 weeks ago. Tapos, nun chineck ko Order History ko, parang deleted na yung account ni seller kasi hindi ko na makita yung name niya dun. Medyo nag woworry tuloy ako kung fake yung nabili ko. Though, amoy rotten eggs naman yung ishi na nabili ko, pero nag ka pimples kasi ako ng madami. Iniisip ko tuloy baka fake pala. O nag ooverthink lang ako?

I've tried Zalora countless times and I love their returns policy.

for zalora they do have fast delivery.

for lazada - as long as you buy from sellers that are authorized to sell the items, you wont have any problems. what i meant was, bought my phone, Mi3 and the seller is Xiaomi and ive checked Xiaomi site, they do sell online sa lazada. bought an Asus powerbank as well - but i made sure seller is Asus.

like any online store - pag 3rd party na ang seller - its not actually guaranteed na original sya.

hassle lang magreturn ng item sa lazada kasi you have to go to an LBC branch to have it sent back to them and if you choose to get your money back - pick up at an LBC branch for the remittance.

I always buy Mamypoko diapers from Lazada.

I bought Timex Watch and its not fake.

I bought dresses (may defective merong hindi)

I bought make up. OK naman.

I bought home appliances din. I bought shoes din.

When it comes to return of order, I asked them to pick up the item at my place.

I insist kase na its not my fault na defective yung product nila.

They also have 30 days din naman.


ZALORA, dito ako bumibili madalas ng damit, CLN, Kamiseta, Crissa, etc.

zalora mas sure ka sa authenticity, pero sa lazada kelangan mo lang icheck yung "sold by" kailangan yung brand mismo yung supplier, like kunwari l'oreal product dapat l'oreal din yung seller. ang nakakainis sa lazada yung kunwari nakasale, tinataasan nila orig price tapos nakasale daw, pero regular price lang naman talaga yun.

I've been meaning to buy at zalora parang ang ganda ng mga clothes nila   I've never really thought of buying branded stuff online.  I have trust issues.

I haven't ordered at Lazada.  Too good to be true kasi yung ibang items doon.  Lalo na gadgets and other electronic stuffs.  Mahirap na baka mamaya hassle mag-claim ng warranty.

Ilang beses na ako naka-order sa Zalora and I love the items.  Timing lang din minsan kasi may dress ako nabili dati P150 lang.  And yung favorite flats ko doon ko din nabili P299 lang.

Ginagamit ko yung mga promo codes ni Lazada, cheaper pa din basta reputable naman yung seller. There was a time, had to return a laptop bag dahil mali ang size, ang tagal lang ng refund. Pero over-all wala naman ako problem sa kanila. Always check for the customers review at feedback sa seller.

I finally got the dress I purchased.  Dapat 2 yun but then wala na siguro stocks so I got one dress lang.  I did not know na may small cut sa back ng dress na papa tahi ko nalang siguro kasi ang hassle naman magpapalit.

Same experience. Most times, purchase arrives without a hitch. But those one or two times na magkaproblema, soooooobrang tagal maayos. Still a good site, and (I think) improving naman sila.

better experience ako sa Zalora, nakapag try na din ako mag exchange ng item kasi mali size, mabilis lang din

Recently pa lang ako nakapurchase sa Lazada and enjoy naman ako mas gusto ko kesa sa Zalora (di pa din ako nakakapagtry ng Zalora pala haha).
