LAZADA OR ZALORA

Hi Girls! I'm only new here in female network.  I'm just wondering which one you think best when it comes to online shopping, Lazada or Zalora?

Regarding Lazada, it was in the news recently when it was sued by the local distributor of Etude House, for harboring a merchant who was selling fakes.  You might want to be more cautious.

Zalora is more on fashion while Lazada has the other things like Kitchen, etc.
SO if you wanted to shop for clothes or shoes, Zalora is your shop.
Go to Lazada if you wanted to check something else.

I shopped to both online shops. Both are ok.

Suki din ako ni Zalora and Lazada. More often kay Lazada kasi sila yung mas madalas ang codes. Pero I don't buy something expensive sa Lazada, pati na rin clothing items, bags at shoes. Mainly ang binibili ko mga gamit lang sa bahay. Kahit sa Lazada pala me mga fake din so make sure to check reviews and check the seller din. Pag fulfilled by Lazada, most probably genuine yung product. Pag sa iba, check na lang.

Sa Zalora, walang fake AFAIK. Mas expensive lang kay Zalora pero ganda ng quality, madami na ko nabili dito lalo na nung nauso ang codes. Ngayon wala masyadong codes so di muna ko namimili dun. But I just bought two bags kanina kasi may 300 pesos off min 1k. hehe

Maganda ang quality sa zalora as compared to Lazada.

I bought a mango clutch bag from lazada nung dumating parang galing ukay ukay hindi ko alam kung lumang stock o gamit na. Pang gift ko pa naman sana sabi ko nakakahiya ibigay ako na lang gagamit. Mga twice ko nagamit siguro nagtanggalan mga turnilyo. Hindi ko na binalik hassle pa. May time din na bumili ako nang toys nung dumating sobrang maalikabok hindi man lang pinunasan. Pero in fairness may mga magandang items naman ako na nabili sa lazada like household items, powerbank etc.

Zalora maganda quality new items talaga. Pati packaging halatang inayos bago ipadala.

Suki din ako ng Zalora pero hindi ng Lazada. Dami ko kase nababasa and naririnig na complaints about them. Idagdag pa yung recent issue ng Etude House with them.

I personally prefer Zalora over Lazada.

Ang dami kasing fake products sa Lazada eh or hindi maganda yung mga quality. When it comes to delivery, same lang ng sila ng time frame. Sa clothes mas gusto ko talaga sa Zalora, daming mura especially pag ginamit mo yung mga promo codes nila at okay pa rin yung quality.

Mas mabilis din magrespond ang mga csr ng Zalora.

I've been meaning to purchase some items in zalora but every time I'm gonna pay na after a few hours of convincing myself it is indeed a good deal, the price of the items I planned to buy seem to be out of stock or the price became higher na. Hmm baka talaga not meant for me hahaha I'm waiting for the price to drop a little more then I think I'll buy it na talaga right away.

My bf tried the lazada and most that he ordered parang not good quality and pwede mabili sa divisoria at a cheaper price so I'm not convinced to shop in lazada.

Zalora. Nasubukan ko na both, in terms of quality of the service and sometimes of the product itself, Zalora hands down. Never had a problem with them, even the processing of a returned item was easy. Lazada kasi hit or miss. Once ordered a face product from them, kaso walang expiration date na nakalagay, only manufacturing date. I asked their customer service, kaso wala naman reply. Nagresearch ako online, 2 years after mfg date, ayun paexpire na pala kaya pala malaki discount. Di ko rin sya mareturn kasi nung nagreply na cs nila, lagpas na sa allowed return date

Looks like both sites are on sale today 11/11 but unfortunately nag-down ang Zalora.

Lalong super down ang Lazada. Every 10 mins ata ang maintenance nung gabi na at swerte lang maka check out kasi soooooobrang bagal at madalas error pa.

Nag shopping ako from both nung 11.11. There were REALLY great finds sa Zalora. Dresses na normally 700+ up to 2k naging 200+ to 400+ na lang. Sa guys naman nasa 100-200+ magagandang tshirts and polo na. Bags naman, merong mga 200-300+. I bought around 12 dresses, 10 shirts for my h2b, 5 bags 2 sandals lang kasi mabilis naubos ang sizes. Then dresses,shirts and bags din for my xmas gifts. That was 12 am of 11.11 so di pa nag down ang zalora nun. Plus, there were codes pa so I saved another 2000 sa codes alone.

Sa Lazada, I don't understand the sale haha may schedule kasi and chosen products lang. Not at all enticing. Plus dagdagan pa ng sira sirang site at app. Pero madami pa din ako na order. Pangit lang sa Lazada, yung isang order mo kung maraming items minsan di sabay2 na shi-ship.

Sa dami ng orders ko di ko na ma track lahat.

I bought several items na sa zalora but not yet sa lazada. sabi kase ng iba, madami daw fake dun. sabi naman ng iba authentic naman. baka matiempohan kase ako kaya ayaw ko pa magtry sa lazada.

Hi sissy. Newcomer lang din ako dito. Hindi ko pa na try mag online shopping sa Zalora/Lazada kasi scared ako. but a few days ago medyo na tetempt ako na bumili sa Lazada (I was eyeing for an ASUS Zenpower and a Lacoste Multicroc Bag.) Nag search ako ng reviews ng items nila na for sale there and marami ngang nagsasabi na kadalasan fake nabibili nila (especially bags and gadgets!) One of the reason is hindi nila tinitingnan 'yung part na 'Sold and Fulfilled By:' na nasa right side ng screen. May iba't-ibang merchants kasi dyan and mga resellers so kapag hindi mo napansin na hindi galing sa Lazada, ayun fake ang item. So be wise sa pagtingin ng part na yun. Sa Zalora naman I think mas okay dun sa mga reviews na nabasa ko. But pocket wise, I will never buy from online shops. Visit ko lang sila whenever I need reference of prices ng items

afaik lazada and zalora are sister company base on what lazada agent claimed..  she explains that almost online shoppers from lazada were men,  and zalora were women.

I often shop at Lazada pero it's true what they say about being careful because there are a lot of fake products especially those not sold by Lazada. A few months ago, I bought a Mango bag. It was really cheap and I thought it was a steal. The bag was ok but turned out to be fake. Just 2 days of using it, nasira na yung kabitan nung zipper niya and there a lot of threads hanging sa bag. I also saw a post in FB, a lady who bought a bag from Mango who had the same issue. According to her, when she went to Mango store to ask about some info on the bag she bought in Lazada, the SA claimed the item was fake. They even let her see the original bag for her to make a comparison. I guess, I'll just shop for supplements and some inexpensive items na lang on Lazada like baby wipes or nappies. Anyway di naman lahat fake sa site. I also ordered a Casio Watch and it turned out to be original naman. I just ordered another Mango bag from Zalora, just want to try it. It's more expensive than Lazada but they say, the former is more guaranteed to sell original products. Anyone here, who has an experience buying Mango products in Zalora?
