Cell Site Tower Lease

I plan to buy land as an investment, and I'm interested to know everything from finding a leasee to the documents/requirements needed to comply with telco standards.
I can't find that much info in the internet about this.

^ can't help with the the above but you also need to check yung residents ng vicinity.
usually kasi may mag oppose diyan na lagyan ng cellsite due to health hazards etc

Hi sis london, I made a few research regarding health hazard, so far wala naman proven health risk pag may cell site nearby. & naobserve ko din may maliliit na cell sites na nagrerent sa taas ng ibang bahay and buildings, so I guess safe naman. Dito din samin may malapit na cell site pero sa land lang din within residential area. Ganon sana plan ko, maglagay ng cell site sa developing residential areas.

hmmm... not sure if this will help. my father in law in marikina meron silang telecom tower sa bahay nila. though kasi yung telco company mismo yung nag offer. pero yung naging consideration why sila yung napili kasi may roofdeck yung bahay nila and mataas din kasi yung bahay. and isa pa that time wala pa rin kasi masyado tower sa area nila.
