^No it's not. Nasa Hong Kong island and The Peak while yung airport nasa island ng Chek Lap Kok. You can take the airport express from the airport all the way to Hong Kong island.

Gabi or umaga? Need at least 3 hrs before flight....May bus dyan going to airport A21, hindi ko kasi alam yung name ng building ng exact stop pero malapit siya sa may HSBC building. Pero I found this link ng stops. Hope this helps you.

Travelling to HK Jan 1-4. Eta is 9am and etd is 6pm. Staying at novotel on tst for 2 nights and then last night isip pa if disney hotel or novotel citigate nalang. Thoughts?

Tentative iti:
Jan 1 (fri) OP, the peak
Jan 2 (sat) shopping. San pwede mag anticipated mass tst area?
Jan 3 (sun) DL (nakakaiyak kasi for sure super duper daming tao!)
Jan 4 (mon) NP, citigate

Traveling with my DH and our 15mo old daughter.

First time to travel outside the country with a baby!!! I am scared. Tips naman mommies. Breastfeeding friendly ba ang HK? Baby friendly ba food sa HK? Not msg-rich naman? Naiiyak na ako sa pagod now palang. Will bring a carrier and just rent a stroller sa DL and OP.

Questions:
1. Disney hotel or novotel citigate?
2. Bus from airport to tst or mtr nalang since with baby?
3. Where can we hear mass (anticipated) near novotel on nathan
4. How much stroller sa dl and sa op?
5. Baby friendly food recos pls.
6. Breastfeeding friendly ba even in public areas?
7. Super cold na ba weather by Jan 1?
8. Worth it pa ba if we add Sky 100? Sa the peak ba to?
9. If we skip OP and just go to the parks? Mainitin kasi si baby. And if cold naman by Jan, then i guess ok din parks. But OP gusto ko din since she loves to look at fishies.


Any suggestions sa iti na mas baby friendly is highly recommended. TIA

^when we were there last year (dec 31 and Jan 1), super lamig. My kids were wearing padded jackets (I got it from Mango kids). My then 4yo son and I had to go back to the hotel after lunch (Jan 1) cause he had fever again (on and off since we landed HK on the 30th). My husband and our two daughters stayed in the park. My son didn't even get to see the fireworks. He was asleep in his stroller during the 31st. He was able to see it during the 1st from the hotel pero yung upper portion lang. Jan 3, it was my panganay naman who had fever so we missed the symphony of lights. It was really that cold!

I suggest get a hotel in Disney. That way if your baby gets tired, you can easily go back and rest for a bit

Oh no! I thought the weather would be the least of my concerns. It should be my primary concern pala! Grabe pala your experience. Which hotel did you stay at? Disney ba? Kawawa your son, parang he went to hk just to stay in the hotel.

Honestly, oa ang price ng disney hotel that's why we were thinking of Novotel. Sige will discuss with the dh. Thanks sis hunny_ally

Sis 15mos by January. We can't back out na since booked na lahat except for the hotel on the last night. And looking forward to the trip din since first ni baby out of the country kahit d naman nya maremember hehe.

abbiesh, we stayed 1 night at The Langham in TST before moving to Disney Hollywood Hotel. Stayed there for 2 days then back to The Langham again. Buti na lang The Langham allowed us to leave one of our luggages there. Ang dala-dala namin to Disney are only clothes for our 2-day stay.

You can layer clothes for the kids. i bought thights that they wore under their jeans plus heat-tech undershirts from Uniqlo. They also have gloves and woolen hats. Very helpful since we usually stay outside even at night time

^^abbiesh, If sanay naman si baby sa lamig, that won't be a problem. Basta equip with winter clothes, fleece jackets, bubble jacket, marami naman sa Uniqlo. Dati nung pumunta kami ng February, we let our daughter wear gloves pa.

- If sa Novotel kayo along Nathan Road lang naman yata yun, ok na yung A21 bus.
- If mag-OP kayo, medyo mahirap lang pag nakastroller kasi may pataas-pababa. I suggest Disney na lang muna.
- If you can afford mag Disney Hotel, go for it sis.

Sis smoothie, Central or Sheung Wan are for an old Hong Kong feel.

May pinuntahan din si hubby na Taipo Market, may MTR station na dun. Tapoas paglabas, fishing village sya, may market na dampa style. Pwedeng magpaluto
