Question po. which is better?

1. Much better po ba na exchange ng peso to dollar para dalhin sa HK at doon magpapalit?
2. Exhange peso to HK here at Manila para dalhin sa HK?
3. Withdraw at HK ATM machines using BPI? (San po ako bank mag withdraw?, name ng bank at lugar if ever)

Try mo na lang sa Dragon Hostel. But sa Mongkok ito, marami rin naman galaan sa area na yan. Dito kami and safe sa area na yan. Pag ako umiikot mag-isa lang and inaabot ako ng gabi.

I was in HK itong 9-15 lang, hindi naman mainit, hindi rin malamig. Medyo bipolar ang weather. hehe! Gulong gulo nga ako nung magpa-pack ako kasi hindi ko alam kung pang mainit or malamig ang ibabaon ko. Jan-Feb ayan sure na sure ako na malamig. June-July mainit, Sept-Oct naman ay mainint at maulan.

by the way i have another concern. coz i bught this travelling bag na medium size eh feeling ko medyo malaki sya for hand carry. do you guys know what is the allowed size for a hand carry? baka kasi di ako payagan i-hand carry yun bag eh i never experience pa naman na i-check in ang luggage. konti lang naman dala ko siguro di aabot gn 7kg kasi puro damit, my problem lang is yung size ng luggage ko mukha kasi malaki sya.

^If you think it's a medium sized luggage, change to a small one. Sa Cathay nagtaka ako bakit nakalusot ibang tao , on my flight back to Manila marami with 4 hand carried bags and medium-sized luggages. Ako na isang mini-handbag lang ang nawalan pa ng space dahil sa mga pasaway na iyan, and they did not want me to place it in front of me or under my seat.

With Cebu Pac 2 months ago napansin ko mga tao na they think madami hand carry, just in front ng entrance to immigration, they check the weight and measurements. I heard some people being told to go back to the counter to pay and check-in their baggage.

Cebu Pac ka ba? From their website, "Every passenger is allowed one carry-on or cabin baggage, with a maximum weight of 7kg. Maximum allowed dimensions are 56cm x 36cm x 23cm for Airbus flights and56cm x 35cm x 20cm for ATR flights. ​"

Papalit mo na lang iyong luggage kung pwede or hiram ka na lang.

yeah.. sa DL gate daw it cost around HKD 500+.. plus haba pa ng pila.
alam kasi nila yun ang isa sa pinupuntahan ng mga tao sa HK kaya siguro this comign Christmas eh angtaas na talaga sila ng price..

^yes sis 539 HKD nga sa website ng DL , 448 HKD naman sa Klook.

siguro kaya sila nagtaas ng rate kasi may new attractions (Ironman) , or madami din kasi silang inayos, last January kasi nung nagpunta kami ang daming for renovation.

Will visit HK this Jan (3rd time), I want to skip DL na sana, kaya lang iba kasi kasama ko and di pa sya nakakapunta ng DL

me to skip na sana yung DL however yung kasama ko first time sa HK kaya gusto makapag dl, so i have to be with him.
if open na ang ironman then good maabutan anmin coz next week an punta namin sa HK.

10am we should be in the airport na coz 1pm ang flight back to manila

^ On Nov. 25, pwede pa kayo mag The Peak before Avenue of Stars and Symphony of Lights. On Nov. 27 you can go to NP in the morning then diretso CityGate if you want to visit the outlet stores.

sorry not so much about hk kasi.
i've been there3x na pero sa totoo lang paulit ulit na disneyland at central at causeway lang ata ang napuntahan ko.. hehe

^thanks! That's what I remember too. 2016 pa ang open.

If your airline allows it, try to do an in-town check-in hours before your flight. That's what we did before and we were able to squeeze in a visit to the peak before flying out. We checked-in luggages the night before. We only left the clothes we had to wear on our last day.
