titto's in kapitolyo - their beef tacos is tasty but the service is the worst! we ordered 2 kinds of tacos and a main. my goodness i think for the first single order of taco to arrive (just the simple looking usual taco ah) eh 30mins then we waited for another 15-30mins for the second taco kind of taco (single order din). tapos anonther 15-30mins for the main. i haven't been so pissed in a restaurant. i would've understand if they were overflowing with customers (like in rubs or silantro) but noooooo. there are still empty seats pa naman. and i dont think they're lacking in waiters kasi some are just idling around. i should've clued in on their horrible service nung pagpasok namin sa restaurant eh we didn't know what to do kasi no one is at the entrance to guide us if we'll just seat ourselves or someone will designate a table or maybe go to the counter (thinking it's a bit like fast food) to order. kaloka!

gyro v in sm north- sulit nakuha namen na voucher sa metrodeal, their chicken in rice was tasty!

gino's pizza in katipunan- yummy pizza with kesong puti, pati spiced honey na condiments masarap din

gastropub in pasig- di ko lang matandaan name ng stall- pero un mexican bulalo pwede na tender ang meat medyo weird lang ang soup kase mexican style

Mad Mark's in BGC - we love the Johnny Double Black Ribs, the meat was soft & tender, we also like the sauce, mashed potato was okay, steak burger was quite dry

Herbs and Spices in Venice Piazza - we ordered ribs & chicken with rice, mac&cheese and coleslaw for only P299, ribs was soft and juicy, didn't try their chicken but my sister said it was good. The serving size of the ribs & chicken was big, good for two persons. Lasagna maison was just ordinary. For the price, okay for big group, sulit naman pero may umay factor

Soul Chefs in Lilac St. Marikina - Masarap food & affordable

We came here by mistake, tagal namin paikot-ikot sa Lilac looking a place to dine, medyo busog pa din kasi kaya wala kaming maisip.
Then I glanced upon Soul Chefs (hmm korean food I thought hahaha) nung frustrated na din si hubby na we can't decide, sabi ko may nadaan tayo Korean kanina, we decided to go there.
Pagpasok namin wala ako nafeel na korean vibe haha then looking at the menu, hala ano to kala ko ba korean? hinde ko masyado type ang menu, Hubby said lipat na lang kami but pagod na ako so tiyagain na lang namin.
We ordered crispy pork belly and rice as per recommendation ng waiter, hinde na ako nagadd pa ng iba at hinde ako naman ako interested.
While waiting for our food dun ko narealize sa menu na it's SOUL not SEOUL hahaha, hubby and I had a great laugh, okray okray pa ako ako naman pala eengot engot.
Well, ang sarap ng pork belly! we can hear also the group of friends on the next table talking na ang sarap halos lahat ng inorder nila. I wanted to order more pa sana pero busog na kami. We will definitely  go back here and have another crispy pork belly and will try their other dishes too.

Neil's Kitchen - Westgate Alabang

The place is instagrammable.

We are a group of 11 then dun kami pumwesto sa mejo loob na room. Ang init.  Bukas naman daw yun aircon kaso sadyang madami lang daw tao.
We ordered Padthai, Bbq chicken, kare kare, sinigang paella, carbonara. Masarap lahat, mejo pricey pero sulit na din kasi malaki ang servings. Na-disappoint lang ako kasi considering na December na at malamig na ang panahon, ang init init sa kanila.

Gringo (Burgos Circle, BGC) -- I had baby back ribs with garlic rice and fried bananas as side dishes. Food was pretty good considering its reasonable price.

Morganfield's (Uptown, BGC) -- Their half slab of baby back ribs is HUGE. But bitin when it comes to smokiness and flavor. We also ordered their bacon cheeseburger but this one failed miserably. Lasang extender and I expected so much more for a burger priced at almost 400. Halos same price with Chili's but Chili's is much better plus it's tried and tested na.

Mama Lou's - masarap sana pizza nila pero too thin yung crust. What I like is the Truffle Mac n Cheese and their Steak!

Eduardo's Peri-Peri (SM Fairview). Not sure if they have other branches.

Peri-peri Chicken - Sulit for 129 pesos (with rice and drinks na ata)! Mas nasarapan ako dito kesa Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken.
Baby Back Ribs - Whole slab for 299 (with rice and sides) lang! Good for 3 na yung 1 whole slab. Order na lang ng extra rice. If I remember correctly, 1 pesos lang ang extra rice (half cup) but that rate is hanggang max of 3 servings lang. Meaning 3 pesos for 1 1/2 extra rice.

The Tipsy Pig Gastropub at Capitol Commons

6-hour beef shank, boneless crispy pata and spicy chicken wings are good while their number four pizza (aka four cheese pizza)  is just okay.

The Frazzled Cook food is super delish, very family friendly too! Definitely, thumbs up 👌 Yung Truffle Pasta nila, kahit heartbroken ka sasaya ang puso mo sa sarap.

Ito yung status post ko nung na try namin. Grabe ang dami naming inorder lahat talaga masarap.

Wooden Spoon at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell: Crab Pancit - kinda intrigued but we like it, Boneless Chicken Sinampalukan - i so love this the taste was heaven!, Shrimp Pampango - served with crab fat sauce, so crunchy and yummy!

Uncle Cheffy at Venice Piazza: Cheese Panizza- very greasy, Uncle Cheffy Salad-don't like the dressing, and the Family Platter was so disappointing! The bbq was dry, the rice was awful, even for dessert  the Chocolate Parfait failed us. In short will never come back to this restaurant.

Tim Ho Wan at Glorietta: Baked Bun with BBQ Pork-so yummy, the bun is like mamon, Vermicelli Roll with shrimp and Prawn Dumpling, Spare Ribs Rice were so good! Worth the hype!
 
From Davao trip
Lachi's Sans Rival Atbp : we ordered Unforgettable Grilled Pork Ribs, Country Chicken Mozzarella, servings were big! For desserts  we got Triple Chocolate Cheesecake (which i totally love!) and their best-seller Lachi's Classic Sans Rival (so-so)

Lyndon's World's Worst Ribs & Awful Chicken: got curious with the name, so we got the ribs and it was delicious & very affordable! We also ordered Bulalo and Vietnamese Rice Noodles, the meat was not soft but we enjoyed the soup and noodles.

Jack's Ridge Taklobo Restaurant : Seafood Supreme,Grilled Tuna Belly & Pork Sisig - big servings, affordable price. nice view, perfect

Just came back from a quick Manila vacation so only tried a few new to me
and family in Eastwood.

Bizu - only the macarons are good; Sorry I had their roast beef, mas masarap pa iyong sa Beef Barn na mas mura pa.

Mesa, Kyochon and Gloria Maris - for meet ups with relatives. Value for money and masarap lahat nang orders namin. I don't want to recommend a dish kasi lahat ng orders namin masaya kami.

CBTL - bad coffee and bad service. On a Christmas night only 3 staff members working with a lot of makukulit customers holding their precious dogs arguing for their free coffee from their rewards card. Nagtiyaga na lang ako maghintay with my sister for an hour kasi Pasko and we wanted to relax, otherwise nakipag-away na sis ko sa mga customers na cause ng delay of service because of free coffee.

We had garlic fried rice, scallops, crispy pata and kangkong. Not bad yung scallops but the crispy pata was not the best. Garlic rice couldn't taste the garlic while the kangkong was a bit sweet for us.

Samba at shangri la the fort. Restobar siya. Nakalimutan ko na yung inorder na food pero seafood siya. Ang alat grabe. Plus the service was really bad. Ang tagal mag serve at parang di namamansin ang mga waiters. Tsaka the cocktail drinks are too strong for my taste.

Ladera Splendido, Tagaytay

Hindi ako sure kung masarap ba o hindi yun orders namin, sa tagal nila magserve, nawalan na kaming lahat ng appetite. More than 1 hour nila bago sinerve yun food, sana sinabihan nila kami na ganun para sa ibang place na lang kumain. Poor service.

ooma - great food, babalik kami dito
Ippudo - meh, hinde namin masyado nagustuhan
Comida China @ c5 - masarap naman but parang namahalan ako sa food nila considering konti lang orders namin
Hanamaruken - good food, my sis ordered for me yung recommended rice topping niya, yummy naman. Yung ramen ng sis ko masarap din.
Katsu Sora - parang yabu except may salad bar sila, for the tonkatsu mas masarap pa rin Yabu
Tempura japanese grill - upgraded ng konti sa Tokyo Tokyo (?) chicken teriyaki not good, wala ako maalalang standout dish
Tapsi ni vivian - sarap ng tapa in fairness
Aristocrat - hinde ko naman first time but super tagal ng huling kain ko dito more than a decade, si hubby first time, yung chix barbeque hinde ganon kasarap medyo malamig kasi parang hinde bagong luto, ininit lang?

Happy Tummy - i love thai food, ok naman, acceptable. kaso yung thai milk tean nila parang yung nestea instant
Canto Ribs - nagcross order kami, well masarap naman medyo nakulangan lang ako sa sauce
Good taste - blockbuster ang pila so nagtakeout kami, hinde kami nasarapan, as in si hubby ayaw niya daw bakit daw sikat yun lol
Volante Pizza - not a fan of their pizzas although pwede na tska affordable
Vizcos - nagtakeout lang ako nung famous strawberry shortcake, sana kinain ko agad kasi parang hinde na ganun ka-ok kainin the next day
Chocolate de batirol - quite pricey yung menu nila ah, the classic tsokolate just ok but their bibingka so yummy!
