How about working in korea? Kamusta ang mga job opportunities? Mahirap ba pumasok sa tv industry (I'm guessing, yes)? Hindi naman as artista, ibang medyo mataas naman na position.


20, planning to live in Korea on my own. Ipon muna ako sa Pinas, hayaan na mangarap hrhr. Magkano kaya kailangan ipunin? (Pagpunta doon+daily expenses+rent+ave salary to survive)

@kobekitten sis may snow na kaya ng 1st week of december sa jeju? Nov 30 to dec 10 kasi kami mag korea. Mas maganda bang unahin na namin jeju or last part ng trip na lang?

^^That is also my dream. To work in Korea. Lol! I usually see posts re: English-related jobs. I also found one na related sa job ko ngayon at ang laki ng sweldo! Around 100k+ excluded pa ang accommodation allowance.

IDK how foreign people get hired in Korea. I saw this posting na sagot pa nila airfare mo so it means open for foreigner. Haha! Or thru agency ba? I really have no idea haha

I also tried searching for scholarship to study in Korea but none of the programs in their unis matched my interest.

Hello po! magtatanong uli ako. anong ITR ang ipapasa po ba? si hubby po ang  may business kaya sya po ang mag susupport ng expenses namin mag-ina sa trip namin sa Korea. Kasi may 2551M(monthly), 1701Q (Quarterly)  at 1701 (Annual)?  housewife lang po ako pero makarating na ako ng Dubai, HK at Macau ang mga bata naman HK at Macau lang. Malaki kaya ang chance namin ma-approve?  Pareho kami ni hubby na may personal at joint account, alin kaya ang magandang ipasa na bank cert? may DTI at karerenew ko lang ng mayor's permit sa shop.  hindi pala kasama sa trip si hubby. TIA!

That was my dream too! To work there! Looked around corp world puro locals and expats (halos puro puti) walang pinoy sa corp world at wala din babae met some expats from sg and europe swerte nila they were sent there. Rent in seoul is similar to new york daw i heard from american/koreans. Forgot na pero parang minimum wage nila doon was mga P50k-60k ata. Possible jobs are teachers siguro for foreigners. I used to watch glenn coco on youtube aliw sya pinoy teacher who loves korea. Sobrang gel sya doon. He loves korea more than nyc. Maybe you can try to contact him on yt.

question po  yung sa bank statement for example sa BPI, pwede na ba yung sa online banking or need na from the bank pa talaga yung statement? thanks

^Yes sis pwede naman ako nag print lang din ng BDO bank statement via online... ganun din naman yung sa bank sayang lang ang fees...

No problem naman kung supplementary or principal ang credit card basta may maipasa kang soa and photocopy ng cards.

Thanks sis! Actually tumawag nadin ako sa embassy, at oo, pwede daw mag apply kahit supplementary gold card holder. May nabasa kasi akong comment ng KTO sa FB page nila re sa BPI Gold promo na only principal lang ang pwede mag apply. Though nung nag inquire kami sa Korean Embassy, di binigay ni receptionist yung name nya, bawal daw. lols. Pero sya daw yung receptionist doon. Then since si hubby ko yung supplementary, mag papasa din daw kami ng marriage cert. Ayun lang. XD excited nako super. XD

If you've been helping with the family business all these years (and earning from the profits--parang may allowance from parents--but not paying taxes), do the requirements for filipino businessmen apply to you? what if the business is under your parent's name?

Hi mga sis.  Ask ko lang if ok lang ang joint account as document for visa application?  naka joint account kasi kami ni misis and same din kami ng joint account na ipapakita sa visa processing.  ok lang kaya yun?

Finally, naapprove na yung visa namin ni hubby! whew! one month ko din yun inaayos. haha

Tips lang mga sis:
1. be consistent in all your forms and supporting documents; and follow yung instructions sa Korean Embassy website
2. Newly Married lang kami, and lahat ng documents ko (COE, Passport, etc) Maiden name pa nakalagay, which is I think ok lang, basta include nyo lang yung NSO Marriage Certificate nyo
3. For Reason of visit na Part, dalawa yung tinick ko, isa Travel then isa Others. Sa Others nilagay ko lang: Visit Nami Island, Myeongdong, Gyeongbukjong Palace for our honeymoon. haha
4. Better din if indicate nyo na kung san kayo magstay sa Korea; for us nilagay ko na yung address and contact information ng Apple Backpackers. Booked them through Agoda lang with free cancellation.

Yun lang muna mga sis. Research na ko ngayon for our itinerary (Feb 27 to March 5 trip)

Yes sis, via phone =) Yup, nag aaccomodate naman sila ng inquiries. Yun nga lang di sila daw nag bibigay ng name, pero sabi nya, sya daw yung receptionist.

Hm sis, I suggest na if end of year pa naman trip nyo, ipaupdate mo na din yung passport mo, para consistent. Yung sakin kasi, lahat maiden name pa, then nagpasa lang ako ng Marriage Cert to prove na married na talaga.

^asa passport ko kasi ngaun un japan visa. May nabasa kasi ako na pag meron daw japan visa mas malaki chance ma-approve. Pwede ko kayang i-attach na lang? Or for purposes of korea travel wag na muna ako gumamit ng married name

Trench coat OK pa ba ang weather sa Korea by Holyweek or end of march? Namili ko ng mga pang lamig kasi dapat first week of january ang punta namin sa KR kaso na move kasi nagka prob sa passport at visa ang mga kasama ko. sayang naman kung di ko na magagamit kung mejo mainit na nun.

Last year sis, nasa 7-8 deg ang weather Nung March 11-15, grabe, sobrang lamig padin, naka bubble jacket padin kami ni hubby. then nung last week ng March ay nasa 13 deg. Feeling ko malamig padin yan.. Yung forecast this year, same as last year. malamang magagamit mo padin yung mga nabili mong pan lamig... =)
