Booked our air tickets already for Spring next year. Hopefully, we can chance upon cherry blossoms blooming already by 6-10 April.

May I have your suggestions ladies kung saan magagandang spots to see the cherry blossoms? Yeouido Park I think ang madalas puntahan and it's already on my list plus yung Changdeokgung. We're not keen on going to Jinhae anymore.

Sis try the library at bukchon, and namsan park dami cherry blossoms. And yung time ng punta mo sis try mo moonlight tour at changdeokgung super nice experience ganda ng palace at night. I hope it falls on your travel dates kasi 6 nights per quarter lang yun alam ko.

We went here last week of September. Since it was our fourth time, food trip lang ginawa namin. Haha!

Don't forget to try Tosokchon's samgyetang and Sulbing's bingsu. The best bingsu!! Dami nila branches so madali mahanap.

We went to Busan also. Ok naman but wala masyado magawa. Good thing two days lang kami dun. maganda yung Gamcheon Village and Taejongdae Resort though.

Ay, yes, will try to drop by Jeongdok Public Library. You mentioned it pala before. It's near Anguk Station Exit 1, right, sis?Siguro isabay ko na lang sa day na pupunta kai ng Changdeokgung since same area sila.

Sis, thanks. IT namin is usual Seoul tours lang kasi first time ko but one of my companions might skip a tour and will do more shopping than kasi 3rd time na nya doon. So Myeongdong yung choice nya.  Ok lang ba yung Myeongdong pag yung usual tours lang - temples, nami, garden of morning calm, insadong... ?

^yes sis good choice ang myeongdong. Shopping haven yan and it's very accessible to other places.

Hi sis, ok lang din ang myeongdong for those activities...for shopping though esp makeup deals good thing to check muna sa ehwa and dongdaemun, madalas mas maganda deals don vs myeongdong.... Insadong is pwede naman walking distance from myeongdong sis mga around 1.2 kms walk siguro pero di mamamalayan pag may kasama hehe... Even the cheonggy stream is walkable from myeongdong din

yay!!! we're so excited for our trip on January approved na visa namin last week sobrang kabado kami, talagang inuna namin visa kasi ang hirap mag plano ng hindi sure hahaha. got our cebupac tix last august. 10k with baggage allowance for both of us na ni hubby! katuwa!! basa basa muna ko for our itinerary. first time namin makakaexperience ng winter!!!!

Yey! Got our visas! ☺ will do our final iti now.. bakit kaya ganun, yung younger sister ko lang binigyan ng multiple entry? Pero pareho lang kami ng travel history and mas malaki salary ko sa kanya.. pero anyway yehey parin  may visa na!! 😊😊😊

I booked at Philstay - the new one coz there's an older one daw. Any feedback from GT sises?   It's in Myeongdong also; occupies 13th floor of a building daw.

I have a backup booking at Zaza and 24 Guesthouse also. But my friends chose Philstay so we'll probably stay there. San lang maganda. Zaza and 24 GH kasi have good reviews here na so ok na ok sana but they didn't choose it. Dati naman sila nag-stay sa Namsan GH and EO.

In Busan, we will try Hotel Angel in Seomyeon area.

Also, do you book your DMZ tours ahead? Nauubusan ba ng slots, mga sis? Saan kayo usually kumukuha - sa guesthouse na? I'm still waiting for the result of my sister's visa app kaya di ko pa ma-book eh. TIA!

^ Thanks sis for the lead, sis. I tried booking online with KTB but it seems they've ran out of slots for Nov 10. Same with Koridoor. Koridoor still has slot for DMZ tour only, no JSA. Medyo di ko bet. But I sent emails to both agencies to ask directly about availability of slots. I hope we still get slots for the tour.

Any other DMZ-JSA tours recos? Thanks!

Just got back from my 1 week trip from Seoul.  Super enjoy ko this time (my 2nd time)
Inuna ko shopping and this time, sa Ewha shopping street ako namili ng mga cosmetics, super nice ng mga sales staff and dami freebies, may tax free pa.  Namamahalan na ako sa Myeongdong, nice lang sya to visit and if kung may nakalimutan ka pa bilhin but don't do your entire cosmetics and skin care shopping there.  Gangnam area subway is also a lot cheaper, minsan bundle pa kaya super sulit.
For other souvenirs, visit Dondaemun and Namdaemun madami mura

^ tama ka sis, marami good finds sa ibang area thank you sis sa pangangamusta ng selfie stick ko hahaha, ayun naabuso ko ang pag gamit, hindi naman bawal, actually ang dami nagbebenta at gumagamit ng selfie stick   kahit nung nasa Cheongwadae ako nagamit ko sya hehe

Hello! Anyone who has tried viewing cherry blossoms sa Seokchon Lake? Maganda din ba doon? Also, is isasabay ko sya with Lotte World, alin mas okay unahin, Lotte World or Seokchon Lake? May passage way ba from Lotte World to the Lake or vice versa--- that is from Jamsil Station exit? Thanks po.

^sis nakita ko din seokchon lake, kasi one time yung tinirahan namin there right across lotte hotel. Yes jamsil station exit. Mga less than a km walk siguro si seokchon lake from the exit based sa map sis. Pero nagsisi kami na nagstay kami sa jamsil noon kasi lotte world lang andun and medyo malayo from other spots saka walang magawa sa gabi although may not so pricey restos sa loob ng lotte mall sa taas yun e forgot the floor. Nasaraduhan din kami ng subway so we had to take a cab from gangnam siguro dahil honest si ahjussi driver inabot kami ng mga 10k krw lang kasi yung iba hay nako ang taga puro 15k krw ang gusto papuntang jamsil

^wag na malungkot sis sabihin mo, pwede pa sya bumili doon haha.  magaganda pa tinda, ranging from 5000-10000KRW pwede din i-hand carry. 

Hindi ako nakapag gala sa Jamsil area.  Next time na siguro yan...
Ang ganda ng nature sa South Korea, I skip the malls and palaces medyo nakakasawa lalo kung nakita mo na isa.  Oo nga pala konting ingat sa mga malls, yung week na nandoon ako nagkaron ng threat sa COEX, hindi sya nabalita.  Buti na lang that day iniba ko itinerary ko.
