Fernwood Gadens Tagaytay

Hi mga sis, may mga future Fernwood Gardens Tagaytay bride ba dito? As far as I know pwede kana magpabook sakanila kahit di pa sila open. So for me, I want to take a look at the venue muna. Any info how much ang venue? Their facebook is not that active kasi. 

I saw a sponsored post about free venue tour sa Fernwood sa Oct 25 (https://www.facebook.com/townsdelight/posts/10153034197250981). Tamang tama malapit na siya so balak namin mag punta before kami magpabook at base dun sa facebook post, may discount na 30,000 so it's a plus factor samin ni hubby.

Any thoughts? Ideas or payo?

Not being nega..but advising brides not to book unfinished venues kahit pa nakita mo sya in mid-construction phase. Kasi i've heard several horror stories already of couples having to book another venue with a few weeks left kasi hindi fully natapos yung binook nila na venue by the promised completion date. Sobrang stress lang. Avoidable naman.

nakita ko lang din to sa post ni Monica ng Infinite Soul. hmmmm based sa comments, tagal na daw na news na magbubukas pero di ata matapos tapos. hehe.

^Matagal na nga daw sinasabi na magoopen pero nagka management issues... well that's all i heard. I wouldn't know further.

What i had in mind na example was actually my own venue-- they built an indoor space and my friend's friend booked it for her Dec 2014 wedding...what happened was di natapos on time and they had to move the wedding from Tagaytay to Sofitel! Change pati church. Sobrang iyak daw yung bride. And when i dropped by last week i asked kelan matatapos... 2016 pa daw. So just a rule of thumb, not to book any venue until tapos na talaga at di kayo ang first wedding doon kasi baka may sumasablay pa (power, bathroom, etc).

If I remember it correctly, there was also an eventplace na supposedly eh almost the same name na Tagaytay venue din, Fernridge Tagaytay yata, some brides also took the plunge and paid the deposit despite it not being ready pa. Ang ending, they had to go and change venue kasi despite the promises that it would be finished eh hindi sya natapos. Andito yun sa isa sa mga threads.

That's a very scary situation nga sis, dko ma imagine.  Pero thanks sa advice! I'll keep that in mind. Actually nag hahanap pa rin naman kami. Will try to go there lang just to visit the said venue sana.

Yep may point naman talaga siya sis. Naghahanap pa rin kami ng mga venue around Tagaytay.
