mga sis help po.. yung mga fans ni maine, does anyone recall her guesting at ABS CBN before she was discovered by GMA? She guested daw at a show na starts with M, yung show nila is about V.. but the show is no longer there daw.. replaced na with C.

Ang ganda ganda ni Maine kahapon. Yung features nya nga pang beauty queen, kinulang lang sa height.hehe! During her dubsmashing days, may pagka-bumbayin ang tingin ko sa kanya.

Nag abang talaga ako sa sa performance ni Maine and she really showcased her talent, dancing, drum and I'm sure she can sing pero parang reserve pa yata yon sa duet nila ni Alden soon. This girl rock and exudes with sex appeal and charisma. She's so easy to love. Ganda niya kahapon, sayang wala si Alden pero okay na rin para mas kilig ang next meeting. Swerte ng EB they got Maine. She's so marketable.

Joining.   Was late in catching the Aldub bug, but thus far it has altered my regular schedule.   There's something about Maine that makes you want to know more about her.  She's like no other in the local biz world which makes her a rare gem.  She's like the antithesis of the typical self-absorbed stars in showbiz nowadays.  That's why people took notice. 

Talk about the universe conspiring for all of these things to happen to her, Alden and the rest of them in their wonderful show.  I keep remembering the song in "I must have done something good" in Sound of Music.  She and Alden seem like very grounded individuals.  They do deserve all the blessings coming their way.  Sorry, I better go to the Aldub thread as this is Maine's thread.

i wouldnt say na malas ng ibang network at pinakawalan pa ni si maine. kasi hindi naman natin masasabi kung kinuha siya ng abs dati eh sisikat din siya ng husto.

i remember nung bago pa lang siya sa eb bilang yaya dub,di naman siya naging "hit". actually, dami nga may ayaw sa kanya kasi naiirita sila sa tuwing pinapangit ni yaya dub ang mukha nya habanag nagddubsmash.  nagustuhan lang siya ng tao nung nagka-aldub na. ngayon kahit pangitin pa nya mukha nya, wala na naasar kundi naccutan pa.

Love her IG post! She's not afraid to admit that she has a lot of insecurities. Breath of fresh air talaga. Hindi kagaya ng mga iba nyang ka-age nya na artista na puro OTD or pacute posts.

Stay grounded, Meng! Rooting for you. Para syang little sister or a best friend na you want to see succeed in the future.

^Read her blog and nakakatuwa sya, and hindi sya takot sabihin kung sino talaga sya, di sya yung pa-goody goody, aminado sya sa mga flaws nya and di sya takot mabasa ng mga fans niya yung mga sinulat niya dati.  Mas nagustuhan ko tuloy lalo sya!

For me, si Maine yung secret ingredient ng phenomenon! She has the hidden charm na di mo maexplain kung ano hehe! 

Mahasa lang ito sa workshops and maalagaan mabuti ng management, malayo ang mararating niya.  And for sure aalagaan sya ng EB family... look at Ryzza Mae talagang ginawan nila ng paraan na maiba naman nung di na masyadong cute sa paghohost.  Wag lang sya lumipat sa GMA management at naku di sila magaling humawak ng talent IMHO hehe (peace!)

Hindi ako masyadong fan ni Maine pero di ako magugulat kung magiging super big star siya. Kasi yung mga naging super big star naman like Nora Aunor and Judy Anne di din naman ganun sobrang diosa sa ganda. Maski si Kathryn Bernardo.

To be honest, I don't think she needs showbiz talaga. I mean, she can go a long way even without being in showbiz. Siguro kaya din sya naging super sikat agad kasi walang kaere ere sa katawan and naging sikat sya without even trying to be one.

Hindi sya yung tipong magpapaka trying hard sumikat lang. After all, hindi naman nya kailangan.

Maine is one of the customer ng Nike Park Trinoma.. actually family daw nila according to my bro na nagwowork dun hehe. Pinakita nya pa saken yung pic nila papausbong pa lang yung kasikatan nya nun sa EB. Mayaman daw talaga sila.. May ari ng shell station/s sa Sta.Maria Bulacan.

Nakita ko lang to.. Masasabi ko sobrang yaman nga nila haha. Bambi Fuentes rin ang make up artist tulad kay Marian Rivera.

I do not offend anyone, just sharing an observation -

I do not get why people make a big deal sa pagiging rich ng fam ni Maine. Kung sha mismo & her fam, hindi naman nila pinangangalandakan na "mayaman kami!"

Meron pa ako nakita sa FP, buti pa daw sila, kahit rich, tatay/nanay ang tawag. Ano kuneksyon ng yaman sa language na itinatawag sa magulang?

Siguro their point is that it is very rare for a rich girl to be in showbiz and to make such an impact. Kasi sanay tayo na yung mahihirap/ordinary people who rose to prominence in the biz, right? (Nora Aunor, Sarah Geronimo, etc).

Though yeah, di ko rin gets yung sa nanay/tatay.
